Always quick work on oil changes and tire rotation.Concerned about their "suggestive selling" of other products and services. Was told I needed an engine air filter, cabin air filter and wiper blades. Well... These were all replaced less than 2 months ago by myself. I watched them do the work, don't recall them even ever checking these items.

Formerly the only place I got my oil changed. But now they seem to have turned into a clip joint. $80 for an oil change with tire rotation that they couldn't do because my lug nuts swole up? They also tried to sell me an air filter and air conditioning filter and a brake job. This was my last time going to this place.

Not very Quick at all. Came in for a Tire Repair of a simple nail in the tire. Came in around 4:30pm on a Tuesday and waited an HOUR! Before the they pulled my vehicle in and touched it. The facility is very clean, and is very well equipped. They only lack the staff to operate. This is my third time visiting each time at different times on different days and every time I only see a max of Three mechanics that are in no rush. 3 mechanics and 8 bay doors. Something doesn't seem right?

I needed to get my daughter's car's transmission and radiator flushed, but had little time to wait. My daughter was leaving out of town and had a long drive to make. Our service advisor, Valerie, said she could get us in, even though they were pretty busy being the day after Thanksgiving. She asked if I could leave the car and offered me a courtesy ride home. I took the ride home and before I knew it, Valerie was calling me to tell me the car was ready. Really quick service for being such a busy day. She even signed me up for a service rebate that I didn't even know was available. Outstanding service all the way around.

Took my car on short notice and they were able to get it done in a timely manner. The receptionist was great and kept me updated on my vehicle status. I appreciate the service and recommend. I will definitely come back. RIP to the possum they found under my hood.

I showed up with my RAV4 to buy new tires and spend well over a $1000 on my vehicle maintenance just to be told..They don't have the tires even though they didn't check anything but look at me when they told me and they will have to order parts and then it will be a three hour wait.Note: There was 2 cars in the bay but not parked.Not going to take my vehicles anywhere in Kingsville anymore..

Had the works service done on my vehicle, and noticed a knocking noise coming from my engine bay. Prior to leaving out of town, I stopped on the side of the road to check it out. The engine oil cap wasn t placed back, and was falling through the hood latch, almost falling out. I had oil over my engine cover as well. Had to go back and make sure they did the job again, and correctly. I would only come here if this is the only option. Receptionist are great, but some of the techs can t be called the same.

We were passing through town headed home from a vacation when our car started to sputter. We pulled over to the nearest mechanic even though our car is not a Ford. When we tried to get to our nearest dealership, the car died completely. Nate was able to get it started for us long enough to get to the right dealership around the corner. He was so kind and generous to do that for us at no charge. We cannot be more grateful.

Bought new tires, price matched. Tune up, transmission fluid, fuel ejectors cleaned and everything else for 100,000 mile service. Quick service and awesome receptionist. I will recommend this place and always take my truck there.

I bring all my vehicles here for oil changes, drive from Alice. Service here is great, they always check entire vehicle out and are very friendly. The wait is a little long but it is worth it.

Came to Quick Lane for oil change... Name says it all Quick Lane right?? Nope....been waiting 45 minutes and vehicle is still parked outside and has yet to be serviced, while there is one vehicle in the bay out of 6 bays.... Not recommended for Quick service if ur in a rush!

Price increased $25-$30 on the Works. Expect an $80-$90 bill for an oil change and tire rotation.

Showed up more than 1/2 hour before closing time and was told they couldn't service my vehicle because they were closing. Mind you there was only 1 car being serviced

Here s a bright idea, let s let everyone go to lunch at the same time. Idiots. Nobody available to do oil change. Two thumbs up on that quick lane.

Highly recommended. Cool staff. They even have shuttle service while your vehicle is being serviced.

While their actual sales team is knowledgeable, their repair department is simply the worst of the worst. Get your car repaired at a second hand mechanic for cheaper and better service.
