We got a flat driving through Kingsville (we had out little boy with us), after my husband put on the spare, we were excited to see there was a Pueblo not too far from us (champoozie!!) We got there and the man working said they COULD NOT HELP us because they were too busy. He recommended we went somewhere else (to Firestone down the road, but we had purposely chosen PUEBLO over them). TOO busy? Well, this was Saturday afternoon, right before 5 (they close at 6, according to Google) ...so MY guess is that the"gentleman" was aching to get home and start on his 6-pack rather than to help a Family in need...or maybe Firestone is giving him kickbacks. Anyway, we just went down the road to Rent a Tire or something like that, they helped us there .I guess Pueblo can have 1 star because I did use the lady's room and it was pretty clean, they have a beautiful mirror (aesthetics are important!) and a baby changing station.

Go to this place ONLY if you ve got snacks, drinks, a full phone battery, a book to read, and tons of free time. We came in with a little nail in our tire. They are friendly, yes. They do the job, yes. But they have one speed: Mosey. After an hour and a half of waiting for them to patch our tire, they came in and said it will be just a few more minutes and they ll have the tire on and we ll be good to go. Thirty minutes after that, another guy comes in and says we need a new tire. Two hours of waiting for a tire patch, only to find out they damaged the tire beyond repair. So my husband pointed out that we drove in on that tire and it was a simple nail. Eventually they said yes they damaged it and it would be a free new tire. But when they were the ones that destroyed a 6 month old tire taking two hours to patch a little nail hole, I feel like a free new tire is literally the least they could do. Learn from our experience: Just go to Goodyear or somewhere else. This place is sadly not worth it.

Had an oil change and they didn't try to add other services that were not needed. I highly recommend them.

Staff took care of me quickly and very friendly. Loved the couches!! It was great to sit on something so comfortable while my vehicle was being serviced.

Really great people!! We were getting a flat tire a few minutes before closing time. They fixed our flat and didn't even charge us! I am disabled and changing a tire is very difficult for me. I can't thank these gentlemen enough for their help. May God bless you for your kindness.

Son's car broke down an hour and half from home so we drove up and dropped the car with the part off at the shop. Went and asked for status update during the lunch hour, (after car was moved into bay) said they would go check with the tech. Figured I'd wait in the lobby. Job took less than 2 hours to do repair, car was done by 1:40 but they charged me for 3 hours of labor. If you want to get ripped off, perfect place. I'm assuming once they know you're from out of town and don't have a choice, they take you for a ride. If you can, do not go there, find another place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really great experience here. Lovely main office/waiting area. All staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, got the work done in good time and with fair prices. Would definitely do business here again. The old bikes and other pedaled vehicles in the waiting area were a lot of fun to look at. Clean bathroom.

The best place in town for vehicle maintenance and a cash bonus for registering to become a new member. I put my faith with my car maintenance; they explain things without sugar coating it. The reason I always come back! My only complaint is when I tried to redeem my reward and my $30 off promotion the employees are not trained properly. The employees told me to come back when the manager was here because he knew how to fix it. Why have a reward system if staff is not trained properly?Service: Auto tire replacement

I took my truck in at 8am for an alignment and front tires replacement. I was told it would be about 2 hours. The alignment was completed within an hour so I sat and waited for my tires. I finally left at 1pm because I was tired of waiting. I went back at 5:30 (they close at 5) and my truck was still outside. I was told I was next. The man apologized and explained they were short handed. Upset but I didn t make a big deal about it. My breaking point was after the vehicle in front of mine was completed, another vehicle was pulled into the bay to be serviced. I went inside and was told that I was the last ticket for the day and I would be after that truck. Last ticket for the day? I left my truck at 8am and was just told that I would be next. I politely asked if the alignment was completed, paid for that service and left. My whole day was wasted, waiting for my truck to be worked on. I m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the gentleman was very nice and respectful. I m just very disappointed with the service or lack of.

It was quite a wait but they fixed my rotors. My car runs smooth again and doesn't shake when I brake. I love the lobby area. Nice table to sit at. Chairs are comfortable too. Temp is right. Just a great experience all the way around and Andres is quite nice and helpful.

Took my car in for an alignment for pulling right. I had a brand new set of tires put on last week and theyve gone maybe 50 miles. Get the car back, numbers on the print out were virtually untouched and they tried telling me it was pulling due to a bad tire that discount in CC has now told me is perfectly fine. They cheat you out of money. Dont go here.Service: Wheel alignment

Great place for tire change..�Andres Salazar did an�excellent job changing my tires. The poor man was working by himself yet was able to get my tires changed in about an hour and a�half. Mean while�he was answering phones and talking to in coming customers. Andres is a true multi-tasker and should be commended�for his work ethic. Next time I look for someone to change tires I am going to Pueblo's.

I stopped at this place because I was traveling and my tire pressure light came on. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful even though they were about to close he checked my tires. They were so nice and courteous. Thank you for helping me out.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was referred to them by the local Ford dealer after the dealer's alignment system broke during my alignment of my F350. They took my truck in right away and had it ready in about 30 minutes. It was great! And the truck's tendency to pull to the right is much reduced. The only thing keeping it from being perfect is that my front tires have slightly different wear - which will be addressed when it is time to replace them. Definitely recommended.

Great place to patch one tire if you like waiting for about 2 hours minimum. -__- Gave this place 3 chances because it's a local business but that's unacceptable and it has happened every time (on weekdays and weekends). Gonna go back to using the chain shops around here that usually had me ready in less than 40 mins max for a simple patch.

This place has to be the slowest tire service in town. I had a nail in my tire and I only came here because BORDER TIRE(the best tire place in town) was closed. When I arrived, they said they would be able to get me in right away. 45 mins later they finally took my truck back. Then the "tech" took his sweet time fixing the tire. I dont think this guy knew what he was doing because I sat here and watched him try to plug my tire for about 20 minutes before another tech took over. After about 2 hours of waiting my tire is "fixed".

At first impression, this establishment looked very nice for the area. Large, clean waiting room. Well, that all changed after a 3.5+ hr wait to change out 2 tires. They take your job and then don t give you any updates along the way. If we knew they were busy , we would have left and came back or went elsewhere. Very bad experience and I wouldn t recommend to anyone.

I had bought tires from them. In the rewards that I have it's free flat tire repair. However, they refused to come and help. Since I am working from home, a neighbor helped me out and he went at 4 times to get someone to my place. Every time he went it was excuse after excuse. Never again will I but tires or any of their services. Very disappointed they don't follow their promises.

Great quick service. I had to make an unexpected emergency stop to fix a belt and pully, the mechanic was great. He explained everything that was going to be done and what the problem was. If I lived in the area I would use these guys again for any car maintenance I need.

Went to get an inspection and had to wait an hour before they failed me. K that's fine. Then I ask why I failed so I can go fix the problem and come back. The fat guy at the desk tells me he doesn't know and that the inspector left already for break and won't be back for another hour. Refused to call the guy or get me answers. So now I'll have to wait till tomorrow because they'll be closed to start this process. At this point my wife muttered "this is ridiculous" and that fat dummy "demonstrated" good customer service by freaking out about her comment and pretty much wanting to fight her! His exact words were, "what do u want to do about it, huh!?!" And started weezing heavily cause he was so upset. I told him he needs to calm the hell down b4 there's a real problem and we left. What I should have down is socked his fat face!In other words STAY AWAY! or at the very least don't complain about anything...

Have come back 3 times to Pueblo for different work on my truck. They are normally pretty busy, but worth the wait. Great service, reasonable prices, and solid work!

Friendly and knowledgeable service every time I go to get work done to my truck or Jeep. Alignments, tire rotations,fix a flat and installing new tires. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend!!!

it was ok BUT the previous Pueblo Employee put the lug nuts on front right side tire absolutely too tight. This latest employee had to use a breaker bar to remove the tire and that damaged the lug nuts. The wrench wouldn't remove from the nuts without force. I feel Pueblo should replace them... if they want to retain me as a customer. I bought this set of tires from Pueblo.

They are friendly and very helpful. I came in expecting to wait 2 to 3 hours was out there in 1 hour. They have very reasonable prices and and go to when you have tire problems.
