Fast and friendly service. Even though there was a mix up with the GMC app, Rod took swift care of things and got my vehicle into the shop and serviced. Both Rod and Johanna were courteous and helpful about how to streamline appointments in the future. So happy with my decision to purchase and maintain my vehicle with Neessen.

Very satisfied with the service you provided for my buick. Spoke to Hannah on the phone, scheduled service for me. She seemed to think it was the battery causing issue. When I took it In , she's also the one who helped me. Service took about 2 hrs and she was right, the issue was the battery. There was no charge to me. I've always had excellent service here at Neessen, that's why I drive the 1.5 hrs here to get my car serviced. Definitely 5 star service!

Love the vehicle I bought a month ago. Shame I can't say the same for the service and process to buy it.Still have an issue with not receiving items that were billed and supposed to be included. Also, not a fan of the forced "options" that the dealer included. Such as the window tint which was not properly installed. I notified them about it but have yet to receive an appt. to get corrected.

Took my truck in to see why the radio does not work anymore (only 58k on the truck), the "technician" said it needed to be replaced. Instead of spending the $800+ qoute, I did it myself for half the cost. I took it back in to have it programmed but they failed to do so. I took it to another dealership and they said its the control module, not the radio. I don't know why I paid 170 for a diagnostic that got me no where but $400 on equipment I didn't need to spend.Update: It was the HMI, replaced and now I have my infotainment working. Neesen, you can contact me if you want to discuss the issue. I also have a head unit to sell now, I will do it at market value and not dealership value.

Figure in an extra $1,000 for all vehicles. Agreed on a price with my mother-in-law, then they added a grand for theft deterrent for parts. Said they do it to all their vehicles. Other dealerships charge $300 for this. They also won't negotiate prices from what I was told. Not paying $1,000 for something I don't want. Walked away and bought elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Nothing but lies and disappointment.I purchased 3 vehicles within 3 weeks and you would think they would take care of the customer....We went there with a pre-approval and a trade in. From the start the salesman (Donovan) was not listening to what we wanted, how much we wanted to put down, payment we wanted and having BOTH of us on loan. We were told it wasn't possible. We reluctantly settled on a Silverado. THE NEXT DAY half way to San Antonio truck already having issues, shaking, check engine light on and parking brake going on by itself. I advised right away, said I did not want this truck I wanted something else. The following day took it in and instead the put truck in service and gave me a loaner a Dodge. After the weekend, I am told there is nothing wrong and they did nothing. I did not want the Silverado, didn't feel comfortable and told them I wanted the loaner instead. Then I'm told that the loan was already funded and there was nothing I could do. Very upset at this point I spoke to the sales manager (Lalo) who said he was going to do the best he could. After 2 days I am told he worked it out. They instead got another loan for the Dodge and took the Silverado as a trade in, STICKING ME WITH ANOTHER $6,000 ON THE LOAN FOR DEPRECIATION FOR TRADING IN THE SILVERADO WITH ISSUES AND THEM NOT LISTENING FROM THE START AND JUST LETTING ME GET ANOTHER VEHICLE, WHICH CAUSED HIGHER PAYMENT and there was nothing I could do because I was not going to deal with the Silverado. I also purchased a Maxima for my son which is good but Donovan did try the same stunt with not listening to what we wanted. Also, they said the truck was detailed and had a full tank of gas when it was ready for me to pick up AND IT WAS NOT!!!!!I DIDNT EVEN GET MATS FOR THE TRUCK. I HAD TO COMPLAIN TO FINALLY GET THEM when I cosigned for my son's deal.Now after this sale of the Maxima was done I am told there was an issue with the deal for the Dodge and had to go back in to resign yet another loan application BUT NOW THE NEW LOAN WAS WITH MY HUSBAND AND I.... BUT DIDNT YOU ALL SAY THAT WASN'T POSSIBLE???Before I went into your sign AGAIN, I asked to speak to someone above the sales manager which I was told was Randy. He was not in the office and would not be in but they would get him a message. The girl at the front desk was not helpful and rude. I had 3 other people calling me but not who I wanted to speak to I asked for an email address and was told, She didn't have that information (REALLY!) I guessed at his email and then it was confirmed by Lalo after he called me. I sent an email and Randy responded and said it would be investigated and he would call me in the morning. That was today AND NO PHONE CALL FROM HIM.CONFIRMATION my feelings of distrust and lack of self respect from EVERYONE I dealt with there.LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE NO WAY I WANT ANYTHING ELSE TO DO WITH THIS PLACE. I REGRET WALKING IN THERE!!!!I did receive a voicemail from Donovan with an apology and to bring truck in for full detail and gas but at this point I'm just done with them.

As usual with the Neessen service dept. Excuses were made. Truck was taken in for a scheduled appt for an oil change. Time of drop of was 2:10pm and truck was reported ready at 3:40pm, when picking up my vehicle I asked about the "60 minutes or less, or it's free". The excuse was that because I did not wait in store that it did not apply, and then referred to Time of invoice wich was 30 minutes prior to me receiving the call for pick up. I did not have time to dispute the point so payed for my service. I got to my truck and quickly noted that the truck was not washed nor vacuumed as noted. I have never yet to be pleased with Neessen service, I do not buy my vehicles from this dealership and only choose it for service do to being close by. I refer anyone who ask to My Chevy dealer 100 miles away before sending them to Neessen Chevorlet.

Traveling from WA State I needed a fuel filter. We checked in to RV Park on Thursday afternoon and called explaining my situation with us leaving on Monday. I called ready to beg to get in. I talked to Johanna in service and without hesitation she said to come in asap.I arrived and they got me in right away and within 30 minutes I was on the road again.Johanna was attentive to my situation and made me feel like I was her only concern,

This is my second time getting a vehicle here and it was a great experience! My salesman was Orlando and he showed my wife and I lots of respect. He wasn't pushy and listened to our questions. He offered us a great deal on what we wanted and the process wasn't stressful at all. He and his team worked with us on the down payment and the used vehicle was ours. However, within days, the check engine light turned on but they fixed it immediately. It turned on again a week later and they fixed that issue immediately as well. So far, everything is working fine. My wife has what she wanted and we have Orlando and his team to thank for that. Thank you Orlando and the rest of the team.

My dad and I went in looking for a truck for my dad. We told the salesman, Orlando Basaldua what we were looking for and he was very helpful and found the right truck for my dad. We were very pleased with his helpfulness and promptness. He listened to what we asked for and showed us exactly what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time nor his. We are very pleased with this beautiful truck that my dad bought. Thank you Orlando for your help and attentiveness towards my dad!

They charge $165/hour for any maintenance done. Will be late on when they tell you the vehicle will be ready. The service is also slow, apparently took a technician 3.4 hours to replace 2 brake lines. Which makes sense considering it's $165/hour. I have no gripes with the staff themselves that I encountered, but the labor charge rate is absurd, the time it takes to do it is absurd, and they charge a $165 diagnosis fee on top of that. I wouldn't go here unless it's your last resort. Maybe try Mexico first

While my issue was resolved by some very helpful people at your establishment, I am writing this review in order to notify others of Johanna's customer service. The problem I had was with my AC. My car was given back to me and told it was fixed and working. I payed and was upset to discover first day back the AC was still not working. I took my car back and spoke to Johanna about that since I've already paid and was told it was fixed I don't want to keep paying more for possibly the same results. She said she understood and it might just be a defective part. Later the same day she says I need to pay more for a different part. I asked to speak to a supervisor who did end up taking care of the bill for the additional cost. However, when I went to pick up my car, Johanna thought she should still try to make me feel bad and told me several times, "We took care of it this time since it was only $142, but next time you'll have to pay." The issue was never whether I could pay the new amount. It was the fact that I was told my issue was fixed which it was not and instead of trying to apologize for their mistake they just tried to continue asking for more money. Terrible customer service by Johanna.

My husband called to make an appointment to get an alternator put on my truck and a few other issues looked at, appointment was set for Wednesday. We were unable to make that appointment and called to reschedule for the following Monday (today), only to be told that they only schedule appointments and do mechanical work on Thursday and Friday and that if we wanted to schedule for then we could talk to "Blake". Seeing how my initial appointment was not set for Thursday OR Friday I'd say what we were told is untrue. After this experience I don't trust that the dealership will do the work correctly and be honest about what they actually are doing to my truck. This dealership is right down the road from my house so it would have been convenient for me to use them for repairs, however, convenience means nothing if I don't trust that the work will be done properly.

Johannah and Blake really made me feel welcome the Wednesday before thanksgiving and offered a water as I walked in. They made sure my truck was in and out for an oil change and tire rotation while giving me updates.

I took my truck on August 29th and was told by Johanna I would pay a 165 diagnostic fee if my extended warranty didn't cover. Over 1 month later it's still there because the warranty only covered so much. Johanna insisted they needed to cover more and I even told her my husband is a mechanic he can fix just do what's approved. She said no that they should pay. She had mechanic completely tear down the engine just to get the same decision. While adding on to labor fees that I was not told I would be responsible for until the costs were over 2500. She was the one insisting on additional approval. I have even asked why my cost was so high and she told me it's cause the extended warranty doesn't want to cover the amount. I have tried to call the service manager and conveniently got a call while I was at work and couldn't answer. When I call back they send me back to speak to Johanna and all she says is her manager is aware and is gonna tell me the same thing she is. Now I didn't approve to get work done because my out of pocket cost would be over 7000 if I did fix. I asked for a itemized statement saying what I am being charged for an all she says is "it's a lot of parts and hours" but I don't get details. I'm sick of this place and situation. I drove my truck in there and now I have to pay almost 3000 and I will have to get a tow truck or pull my truck out of there because they won't put my truck back together because they will charge more for labor. So they boxed up all the parts and put back into truck. Johanna even mentioned that when boxing the parts it was an additional 4 hours of labor because the mechanic had to connect the steering wheel to be able to even move the truck and they were gonna help by not charging those hours. I was not the one that authorized all the tear down it was Johanna talking to the extended warranty yet I'll be leaving that place in a way worse situation. I will never use neessen service ever again.

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. Elda and Austin tagged teamed my purchase and got me in a 2023 Chevy Bolt EV. I love it so much . I was extremely blown away by the finance guys. I named the price I could afford and he found me a lender in 30 minutes. Great team of people working at Neesen. I am recommending everyone I know to come and get the same hassle-free experience I received. Thank you for everything!!

Like always they do what you ask to fix with no problem, they keep you very informed and took much less time then I expected and now my Navigation is working once again. My Advisor, Johanna Stastney, told me what it would cost just to fine the problem, I said no problem, then she call when they found the problem and what would be the total cost for fixing it and again I said not problem and from time of truck going in and out was just 2 1/2 hrs. The price did not shock me and even cheaper then I expect. Johanna Stastney is an asset to your Dealership and she is a keeper! She knows her job very well.
