I will give them 4 stars customer service good store it s clean except they living bottled water out side in hot water

From a semi driver point of viewNo laundry room either.Parking lot is sufficient for backing and maneuvering for fuel.Arby's is the restaurant attached.Showering area can def be deep scrubbed!

Great Truck Stop Loves has everything a driver needs a warm shower a hot meal and all the snacks you can take fule up while your there diesel and def keep on Trucking Loves Travel Stop

Efficient gas station. Plenty of space to walk or walk the dogs, the restrooms are clean, and there was plenty of food to choose from. Arby's was right next door with a connection to the restaurant from the inside. Like the environment and the cleanness overall.

Located off the hwy (west side) on the frontage road, friendly staff. Good pit stop prior arrival to the 'Magical' Rio Grande Valley (RGV). Restaurant within the fuel station. Clean restrooms and friendly staff.

Not that great we stop here to get something to eat I got some gizzards and a cup of ice and gas . The gizzards were very hard to eat and paid so much when the food isn't good to eat at all my husband got himself a slice of pepperoni pizza his was better then mine . They were freaking hard to chew .

Overall, this place is great. Just avoid parking at this location if you just washed your truck. The parking lot is always full of dust. The cleaning crew don't care about the money you may have spent to wash your truck. By the time you come back or wake up. Your truck will look like it's been abandoned for months.

Love unlimited showers, refillsBut maintenance is 24/7 people.Pump 18 stops dispensing diesel... faulty hang up level.

It s a convenient trucker stop but turns out to being a time killer at the wrong time of day. A lot of the pumps are never working, the OTR drivers are rude and oblivious too other drivers waiting to get fuel & the window cleaner buckets were empty. Inside they never have enough hot food on the rollers, coffee cup lids missing, showers and bathrooms closed. Arbys took 15 minutes to cook chicken nuggets, and the truck checkout never has anyone available to check you out! Place is a dump!

A great and clean Love s travel center to stop in for fuel and food. They have fresh coffee and soft drinks. Fast food is available too. The parking lot is very large and clean.

I love loves and always have been there's not anything there that you would need during a road trip or if you were a truck driver that you can't find. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's almost like that feeling when you walk into the grandparents house. I have no complaints about Love's travel stop whatsoever definitely one of my favorite gas stations, convenience store whatever you consider it to be. If I could get it at 6:00 or 7 Stars I would but that's only if there's a cinnabon inside of it.

Who doesn't love to stop for a quick break after driving for several hours. Access to and from the highway is easy, and the loves is right on the frontage road. The inside is clean, including the restrooms. There are different choices of food and snacks and drinks. The hotdogs and sausages on the rolling warmers kinda caught my attention. Not that I wanted to eat them, just watching them spin and seeing the grease that's all over them and the rollers. I think I would struggle to eat one. There was also a restaurant there. I think it was Arby's.

Well staffed and easily accessible. There's not a phenomenal amount of parking but if you arrive early enough it will not be a problem. The food and drink area is well kept and the mini cooler is well stocked.

I love it!!! Perfect spot to stop if you have dogs traveling with you!!! They have a dog park is very safe (I can tell you that , because I have a scape artist ) I feel relax that my puppies can't get out from there, also really clean restrooms!!! Good job guys!!

This truck stop okay, the last time I checked the restroom was clean. The only thing bad is that my card always declines at the pump. I have no clue why. I get a notification from my bank asking if I'm at this location and I say yes. It tells me to try again and still declines. It works at all the other stores in this town and out of town. Sorry but have to do business elsewhere.

The showers were very clean and they even had new towels and wash clothes. Arby's had excellent service the food was hot, served fast and the order was correct. Everyone working here seemed to be friendly and focused on the customer. Thank you!

Nice place to visit as a travel stop, going from tools to groceries, place is well equipped, but staff was non-inviting.

SWEET DEALS in convience store, However, not so with Arby's store. They may claim to have the meats, but the certainly do not have the respectful attitude towards patron customer../

Stopped at Love's to grab a bite at the Arby's. First off this Arby's is always clean and the employee are all quite friendly and respectful. The decor may not be updated but the food is hot and good. We walked in the door and the young lady's the register announced over the mic that 2 customers were now in line. Sort of a heads up to the crew in the kitchen to get ready to fill 2 orders. If there is a problem with your order, they will do it over again for you without an attitude. I decided to get an Apple turnover because I hadn't had one in years from an Arby's. The turnovers in the past went from plenty of apple filling to barely any filling so I stopped ordering them. Well today I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Arby's turnover was Not Stingy with the filling.! It was so gooy good. Plus they asked if I wanted it heated up so that made for another YUM! Yes please! The bathrooms inside the Love's are clean and roomy. I always enjoy looking at the souvenirs as I head towards the bathroom. Again, stopping here is a good choice, but be careful in the parking lot. It needs to be repaved and parking lines redone.

well, the showers were dirty look behind the doors management needs to check up on this. The towels were old they need new towels definitely. I'll post a picture next time I go through there. sad because this was one of my favorite truck stops.

9 out of 10 times I need tires checked they can't do it. Frustrating. Hire more people so showers and bathrooms can be cleaned. Not this one but Loves in general. When it's busy fuel desk doesn't have time to clean. Poor planning on Loves part trying to save a buck.

Very clean rest rooms. Bought gas and some Arby's and while eating we let our dogs play in the dog park they have there. Really nice

We where there over weekend. Very nice employees every time we went in. Only wish loves had a laundry room and a driver's lounge. But employees was very helpful telling me where I could go if I need it done
