Didn't get his name but his customer service was awesome. I need to make notes next time I visit places. He took his time to make sure part was correct and said if it don't fit, bring it back. But it did work. He remembered me when I went back to get additional item and again, great customer service. We are all busy, but it's nice to expect great service instead of the usual silence when pulling to pay and they just take your card and don't bother to say thank

The guys at this Auto Zone were awesome!! So very helpful. My son (16) was struggling to get the new windshield wipers on my car, and it was sprinkling. The guy behind the counter saw him and came out to show him how to do it. Above and beyond service, and I appreciate it so very much!!

I bought wiper blades to put them on myself. I wanted to learn how to do it myself. Two men came out, asked me if I wanted help, and I told them I was learning how to do it myself. They kept insisting on showing me before just doing it themselves before I could even say anything. Not once did I ask for help. Completely unprofessional. Get the hint when someone tells you they're trying to do it themselves. Leave them alone.

Great workers, working together as a team to help the customer. Very knowledgeable and has the parts needed, older cars parts may need to be ordered in but for the most part yeah everything you need

Bravo! As always for years, The Manager is great he is always on top of things and no matter how super busy that guy is, if you tell him hello or have an issue he will stop what he is doing and help you out. Great manager, Autozone is lucky to have a manager of this caliber. Thanks for your help and always putting customers first Dave!

The people are very friendly and knowledgeable, I was on a road trip and my vehicle started acting up. I ended up finding this place and the man at the registered helped me out. He explained everything in detail and provided me with the parts needed.

They read the code on the check engine light, gave me the part i needed and i saved myself at least a hundred bucks on diagnostics fee and labor. Replaced the part myself with the help of youtube. Badabing badaboom done.

one lady that worked there was very rude, didn t know anything. I think her name was Nicole. She has the worst customer service ever. Will never go there again and really second guessing calling corporate!

Thank you to Auto-Zone employees of Kingsville for wearing masks. I visited the store two weeks ago and today, and all the employees were wearing masks and a safety zone was set up six-feet from the counter. My son and I both went in wearing our masks. The other customers, on the other hand, have obviously not heard about the spike of COVID-19 cases in the Texas. I thanked all the employees aloud and a thumbs up for wearing masks the both times that I visited and left the store. Thanks guys and gals! I needed a new battery for my car and they had it in stock. They also offered to loan me tools to change the battery. The best part is that they offer a discount for veterans, so that saved me some money.

This guy's at auto zone has a great staff very knowledgeable in their profession. When your in doubt on where to go to get a part go to them.

Never had a problem here. Helpful staff. If its not in stock it can be ordered and depending on the time, you can get the part on the same day.

The few times that I've been to this store, they never had the things that I needed..The there was a guy that worked there that i took a battery to, to see if it was still good and he told me that it was, well it turned out the battery was no good
