$2.50 to wash, $1 to dry (20 min) as far as I could tell everything was working and the attendant was friendly. Best laundromat experience in the last year or so

I wish I could give them no stars. It's superbowl Sunday. Some Mexican people were hovering over me when I was doing wash. Bc your machines are so old and broken ALL THE TIME!! they put their laundry in with mine causing it too not spin out. Yes they did as I said your machines are so bad you shouldn't be in business. So here I am pulling out nasty socks and underwear shorts and long John's that aren't mine....BTW I had 3 washers going. They did it to 2 of 3 washers. I knew I shouldn't have come here. Definitely going back to burnet.

My sister was treated very poorly by a staff member and an older racist lady. Between the both of us we would spend $100+/week for 3 households, hers mines, and our parents. We switched to the 24hr one. Way better! Nobody there is rushing us or touching our laundry.

Half the machines don't work. Dryers are iffy. Crowded with drop off bags. But my clothes got clean. So it is what it is2nd time. Early Thursday. Not a soul. Could let kiddo run dryers worked great took 2.50 to dry 3 loads. Good size loads.

Conveniently located,plenty of washers/Dryers,very clean, Only problem I seen, it doesn't have wheelchair access & a bit small parking lot. Will most definitely use again ! No changes, still a good place to wash clothes!

It really really sucks going there. Most of your dryers didn't work, and the ones that did the employees took half of them. Not anything like it used to be. Now I know you got I left it right there and it was gone not too close after I left. I left a voicemail blah blah blah. Nobody called me back. I don't have a vehicle I finally got a friend to take me there and my rug was gone. I used to take my laundry in there sometimes and just have them do it I wouldn't dare do it now though

This is a very clean, well maintained laundry mat. There are plenty of big washers and some small ones. There are also plenty of dryers. They heat up nicely so your clothes dry pretty quick. This place is spotless. I like coming here. The restroom is very clean and also well maintained. This facility also offers laundry drop off and pick up. They will wash, dry, and fold all your clothes for a fee. The fees are posted and very reasonable. I really like how well maintained this laundry mat is. It is great!!

I have been using there was,dry fold service for my spa for years. I COULD NOT do what I do without this service in our community. Also when its time to wash big blankets from my house it is alway nice to go and get it done in a short time vs doing it at home and while waiting for it to be complete their attendants are so friendly. Recently changes had been made and as I have been using this service for years it was one of the best business moves I have seen. The place is always clean but now it is SUPER clean. Door is always open to pick up and I have 3 friendly attendants I have grown to love and adore and love chatting with them. They are all so friendly! So thankful for Sparkle Wash!

Friendly attendant, very helpful. Very clean facility all the machines worked and it was nice and cool inside being mid July. I was in and out within an hour. Very happy customer. Highly recommend.

There's not enough machines working or available ones. Too expensive the ones that do work . Price of dryers are great. And ones that do work well..

This is my favorite public place to do laundry! They have snacks, drinks, and change dispensers. It's quite, clean, and conveniently located near fast food restaurants, a grocery store, a car wash, and other shopping avenues. I highly recommend!

This Laundry Mat was more of a industrial cleaner for Hotels, Motels and Lodges. There was hardly any small washingMachines much less any larger ones. They had hanging from the ceiling hundreds of unmatched socks, TRASHY....need I say moreI thought I would give Sparkle Wash Laundromat in Kingsland Texas an 2nd chance still the worst place ever to wash....

They're dryers are beginning to suck you out of your $$ and you can't even get $2.00 in quarters if they're change machine is filling up. There's a cheaper and more cost worthy laundromat in town then I prefer to go through.

Never would change to another.... very good service, clean environment with plenty of kind and genuine employee - customer relations. Even with the employees working diligently with their job doing the extra other out going business services.

I love this place! Every employee I've encountered has been super sweet and attentive! I'm in every week dropping off and picking up. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My clothes got stolen from here and now the attendance daughter is wearing my hoodie.. it's not a Wal mart Hoodie it's from the Austin art Institute..the label says image on it. . Ask her about it she lied

This place has gone way down hill since they started the excessive, commercial, wash, dry, fold service. There aren't enough employees to attend to the public AND work on all the W,D,F dropoffs. Machines were filthy and full of old soap or completely out of order. I will not be coming back until this place is completely overhauled.

The worker miss Tommy was a dear sweetheart .But i spent almost two hours and 15.00$ bucks to dry three loads and my clothes were still wet!! Will not go back

Worst experience ever in a laundromat. Young girl working was clueless and surly. Tried to make me spend my money on broken machines to see if they work. What!? Never again. Please avoid.

They are more concerned with there wash and fold than the public doing there laundry. They do not fix there broken down machines

They ban former employees out of retaliation for quitting. Machines are always breaking down at car wash and in the laundromat.
