Always a greeting when walking in to the store. Always help ready to assist. Good sale prices on items throughout the store during holidays. Discounts available when signing up for them. Discounts work on total purchases. Sign up. Worth the minute it takes. Good customer relations when you walk through the door.

Went in to ask for help with a fuse on my car, the older guy working was as rude as they get and refused to help me. A woman working the counter came and happily helped me wish I remember her name to give her credit for working in such a miserable environment. I will never go back to Napa. O'Reilly's has my business for life!

I came in for new wiper blades on my truck. The clerk helped me when I couldn't reach to remove the old ones, and advised me on my options for replacements. Very satisfied with the parts, price, and customer service.

The older gentlemen, I think I overheard someone call him Walter, needs some customer service training. I have been buying parts from this location for years, and have had great experiences every time. Today I met Walter and that changed. He right off of the bat said, I can t do anything with that , in a demeaning tone, when I brought in a part to get a replacement just like it. This is the kind of service I would expect from O reilly s, not Napa. He almost made me walk out of the door and drive to Marble Falls within the first five seconds of our interaction. I will not spend another cent here unless I m dealing with Tom. I only gave 2 stars because, in the long run he did his job and got me the right part.

Extremely helpful as always! Looked up my part...gave me options and had me in and out in minutes!Thumbed my nose at the rude and auto ignorant folks at O'Reilly's on my way home!

Very well organized and very dependable customer service . NAPA DOES KNOW HOW ...... WOULD GIVE THEM MORE STARS IF THERE WAS A OPTION TO DO SO. GREAT WORK GUYS

This is a great parts store maned with caring people. With a parts stores they have to order some parts but they do care about their customers and they will try everything they can to get you back onb the road. This is a real tast of the old days. just remeber they dont give anything away we want them to stay around a long time.

I asked for the basic package which was supposed to include vacuuming the front floor, checking the tires, cleaning the windows and checking fluids. None of these things were done.
