Patti was instrumental in helping me navigate the claim process with State Auto.She made multiple calls on my behalf to get the process moving in the right direction.She is always willing to help when the client is in need of that help!!!! Tommie Curby is one of the best agents I have worked with - empathetic, careful and thorough with her research for the best, most affordable for me, a low income teacher-writer. What a delight to spend time with her at the Lent-Gann Insurance office and out in the community.

I first met Rene Lentz Gann in 2013 when my husband and I moved to Kingsland, TX. She certainly made us feel welcome and was very helpful in so many ways. Circumstances led us to move away from TX but in 2021 we returned to Kingsland. I was thrilled to find that Rene was still working for Germania. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing good, affordable insurance coverage. Recently I was having some difficulty with a claim I had filed and stopped in to see Rene. She was able to get the issue resolved the same day! I highly recommend Lenz-Gann Insurance. Rene has become more than my insurance agent she has become my friend.

Been doing business with them for over thirty years. The name has changed over the years but the quality of the service remains top notch. What I value the most is their concern for their clients best interest and the fact that they respond quickly to your calls or emails. Rene, Lee and Josh live where we do and share our values quality people you can trust.

I went to a dealership after work and after going back and forth I finally made a deal. Let me tell you Josh personally handled getting my new car on my policy after hours. He took his personal time to make sure I was taken care of. If I didn't show proof of full coverage, I would have had to drive an hour back to the dealership the next day to get my car. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism. I highly recommend Lentz-Gann for your insurance needs.

Rene Lentz-Gann is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. She intuitively knows what coverage we need, and is so willing to be creative with how to fulfill our many requirements over the 15 years we ve been with her. She faithfully and reliably looked after our best interests. We re moving to Mississippi, and it breaks our hearts to have to find someone besides Rene to keep us covered and safe. She s become a good friend and we will miss her terribly. Germania is a solid, dependable company who stood by us during an 8 year frivolous lawsuit (which we won). I have recommended them to so many of our Texas friends. I can t help but also leave a note of gratitude for Josh and Lee who were always so willing and capable to step in whenever Rene was unavailable. Come to Mississippi you guys!

Not impressed with customer service, takes days to get a quote and they didn t seem to care if we walked away. Gave them a chance because we have worked with them before, waited for a quote for days. Decided to shop around, got an offer, same day within minutes from another company, signed with them.

We highly recommend Anna with Lentz-Gann insurance. She is an amazing agent that goes above and beyond what she needs to do for a client. She has helped our business tremendously. She is patient and on the ball when we need anything. Definitely use her and Germania insurance.

This is a very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly office. We changed to this agent cause our other agent never got back to us when we would call and leave message after message and couldn't get policy changes made. This office has been fantastic in taking care of house & auto and always answers the phone even during lunch hours. So glad we now have an agent that cares.

I have been with this insurance company for over 21 yrs It started when I went to Rena mother she looked at our current insurance and laughed and said there ripping u off she then set us up on a policy that protect us more and saved us money , Josh and Rena have keep that honest as keeping us covered and getting us the best price out there the local insurance company is great
