After two years of no issues with my tires this happens. I don t travel often but this night I decided to go grocery shopping. Low and behold I got a screw in my tire. I went to Walmart Super Center in Harker Heights and on Stan Schleuter I was told by a black woman in HH it ll be a five hour wait and a black woman at the SS location told me we can t get you in today! I was beyond disappointed. I pulled up to the center on lowes blvd and even with the long wait just to get checked in I was not turned away. I wasn t told it ll be a five hour wait. The men were nice and attentive to my request. The manager explained every charge on my ticket. The Auto Center does not get enough credit. The customer service hands down is the best I ve ever witnessed. Communication is key to successful business and this auto center will be my A1 for always. I won t ever go to any of the auto centers they failed miserably. Go to to Auto center on lowes blvd quality over quantity and guess what I was in and out in less than a hour! Not top that!!!!

My trip to Walmart was absolutely awful" it took them 3 1/2 hours to do an oil change and change out the air filter!!! The lady also said they was gonna vacuum the floorboards, but they didn't" so I would love too know what the hell they was doing for 3 1/2 hours because they was not super busy so can I get a explanation plz?? Ruined my Saturday for sure. I will never take a vehicle to that store ever again!!!P.S. I only gave a star cause I had to to post a review.

Service was good when they got to my vehicle my vehicle was there an hour before they got to it and no one else was there when I arrived

I almost died. Old battery. Replaced for a beautiful price..However, Terminals are uber warped. I am a single mother and live with stresses beyond eternity. Even though WalMart (due to liability rules) couldn't FIX the problem, TLE gave comfortinf and sound advice to get my truck back on the road THANK YOU WAL MART AUTO CARE ...and GLEN (the boss man) for bringing my smile (and running truck) back to LIFE!!!!!!

if you have 3-4 hours to get an oil change, this is the walmart for you... expect slllooooowww service.

The slowest ever oil change known to man a hour a half, the district manager should be fired for allowing this to happen, and that rear door to get out is pathetic just for the cashier to push a button a couple times just to get out to get to your car. They should stop doing car service altogether.

Purchased new tires, was told one price. I even had that price confirmed before returning to pick up my vehicle and when I go to bed the price is $50 more than I was told.They broke one of the lug nut bolts completely off.

Waited 20 minutes for service. There were people inside walking around. No one even took the time to come to my door cuz that's what they asked you to do to explain what was going on. Apparently there were only two people in the whole shop and the manager who I had to call explained and gave me a dozen excuses. This is worse than poor this is Walmart but you can't get service at Walmart then what the heck. So be prepared not to be served,

Brought in 2 key blanks to have a house key copied. Neither of the copies work and I'm out the money for the blanks, making copies and having to do it again for actual working keys. (3 stars is because the employees were very nice and they tried).

Poor customer service. I went there to change a tire for my SUV. The service member named TIM assists me and tells me to wait 30 minutes. So, I waited two hours and found out no one knew about my vehicle. It was sitting at the parking. I did the inquiry, and one of the employees told me that Tim clocked out an hour ago and didn't tell anyone about my service. So, I refused to get the service and report to a manager. Who knows that they will fix their issues or not? Not going there again.

I took my car in for a oil change on Saturday morning and Sunday morning my car was ticking and the oil was bone dry. They did the oil change in 2min. We took it back to them there was no leaks at all so where did 3.5qts. Of oil go?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

No manager on duty, no manager pic on wall. Employees don t know how to time manage! Waited 2 hours. All I needed was a new tire I bought there to be put on a rim! Crazy such a simple thing took so long. There should better communication to the customer!

I,LL never bring my vehicle to this place, came for a oil change, after a hour of waiting I was told they didn't have my filter on hand. Thanks God my wife was in the area and took me the O'reilly to get a new filter. 90 minutes later I was told my vehicle was ready so went and pay for the service. When I go to my vehicle and check the oil it does not look or smell good, Oil is dark and smell just like used oil.When I asked the manager he told me they do not drain from the bottom, they suction from the top (Not good). I believe they are recycling the oil because the viscosity and color of the oil was not even close to new and expensive full synthetic oil

1 star for the price and 1 for nice employees.3 hour wait for tires smh.. No Gawd! A customer was so upset he was cussing and screaming about waiting 3 hours however the employees were cordial but not knowledgeable: they didn't mention the lifetime balance for the tires or give the option of new valve stems for the tires like they did at The bunny trail location, where there was only 45 minute wait.

I went late on a Sunday afternoon to have my tire plugged. The tech was fast and friendly. It's been two weeks since they removed bolt from my tire and no issues! Thank you!

I was in a snit and needed a new tire after normal business hours and had no other option at the time. Despite so many negative reviews I actually had a good experience. Although it took longer than expected, the employees I interacted with were very nice, which made up for the wait time. Not so bad.

Waited an hour for headlight restoration then find out the guy who was doing it stopped halfway into the job and disappeared into the store. They couldn't find him and ended up telling me they wouldn't be able to finish before closing. Another time I went again I waited an excessive amount of time of almost an hour for an oil change only to be told they couldn't do it because the filter was on too tight. Took it to a jiffy lube and they did it with no problems. Walmart is just too big to care.

Oil change was better than average here. They got my oil from shelf. No wait time for me. Very professional people working here. Good prices, clean working area. I will be back. Thanks.

I waited 2 hours to get simple rims put on my truck, I threw a fit and they tried to overcharge me twice for the rim mounting and when I requested a manager,they said there wasn't a manager available in the entirety of WM.. I wouldn't change bicycle tires here. Also WM doesn't accept cash at their quick checkout and only has 1/2 tellers available and long lines if you want to pay in cash. VERY UNAMERICAN! We like our U.S. currency it's what makes America, American! The credit system is COMMUNIST!

Never again!!! All I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation. I got there 2:30pm and I didn't leave until 4:33pm!!! Just the tire rotation took 45 minutes!!!! It's one thing if they were trying to do a thorough job, but that wasn't the case. They kept stopping andchatting like they had all the time in the world!!! And when they weren't stopping, they were just taking their sweet time with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. I could have taken it to the KWIK Lube and have been done in less than an hour. Especially being my truck was the only one in that lane! Nobody was in front of me! I missed my class at TAMUCT bc of this garbage. You will NEVER see me here ever again.

Was up and out early looking for an oil change which to my surprise, the place I wanted to go to was closed til later. Went to Pep Boys formerly Just Brakes (which I will leave them a trifling review because they are trifling), long story short, seen online that Walmart auto center was open and they do oil changes, so I went there. Pulled up and someone immediately got to me to ask what i needed done and bout 25 mins later I was on my way home.

Didn't top off washer fluid as stated they would and left a lot of grease marks on my light colored interior from hands and shoes when they drove my car.

Done!!!......the actual auto workers have always been courteous and friendly. But trying to get through that lethargic female to check in.....forget it!! First couple times I thought it was fluke, a bad day.....no its her. She could care less, inefficient, not friendly and certainly is a bad front man for a business. Sorry guys, never an issue with you or your work but as long as that female is there my vehicles go somewhere else!!!

took my car there because of a flat tire the other day, one of the workers broke off one of my bolts and tried to blame it on whoever put it on there .it was my stepdad and i, and we both tightened it by hand so it makes no sense that the worker had enough trouble where he felt the need to break it off BEFORE getting into contact with me about it. really doubled down on saying that we stripped it too, super unprofessionalService: Tires

So i came to get 2 tires they told me they had 4. I drop my car off and go walk around came back to check on it 3 times and it wasnt ready. An hour and a half later i came back again they told me one of the mechanics wanted to talk to me. So i go out there and he tells me they only have 1 tires and that the next tire they had was 20 more. So this whole time my car has just been parked outside untouched. They obviously have my number and an intercom to get ahold of me and nothing even me checking on it didnt help. Then i asked the guy at the desk why they didnt try contacting me and he just shrugs and says idk.

Technical took a look at my tire, informed me they were unable to repair the tire but would check to make sure they had my tire in stock. Completed the work in a timely manner was very satisfied.

They messed up my oil change last time. Was sent back from a different Walmart location so they can fix it, recieved zero empathy not even an apology. The guy pretty much just said "we'll do the oil here." Well sir the last time you did ya'll torqued my oil cap so badly that I was sent away from a different walmart location but thx for the lackluster customer service and the thievery because it turns out none of my filters were replaced. So if you like ppl stealing from u this is the best location for u for sure.

Staff is not helpful and frankly they don't want to be there. Mistakes were made by them. I will not be taking the cars back here for oil changes. They did not fasten the plastic back to bottom of car and it ripped off as soon as I got on the highway. Plastic bits got into the wheels...total mess and very dangerous.

The auto tire center closes at 7:00 they stop doing cars at 6:00 but I got there at 5:50 and was just trying to get a plug in my tire and they told me they were done for the day.. clearly were being lazy and just didn't want to work.. I would have accepted that more than we're not taking any more cars but you can get an oil change if you need.. what type of stuff is that
