I came in cuz I needed a good set of tires and stuck to the Rain because I write all year round. I came in and talked to him about the tires, he showed me a sent told me he can have them the next day. I brought the bike in as they were putting the tires on he also realized that my brakes were getting a little bit low contacted me immediately by the end of the day I had new brakes and new tires put on the bike. He really watches out for his customers and their safety.

Had a nail in my tired and needed it replaced asap for an upcoming bike rally. I brought the tire, and they took care of me quickly. Richard was the gentleman who helped me when I got there and was very friendly. I would definitely get service there again.

Twisted Throttle Cycles installed new speakers for me. Excellent sound for my tastes. Plus, they've done my regular maintenance for a few years. Pricing is very reasonable and return times are very good. I highly recommend taking your bike here for maintenance and upgrades

The guys here didn't have what I needed. They could order it, let's be clear. But I needed it sooner. They told me where in town I could probably find what I needed that day. They were correct. Thanks guys. Not many places will give that level of customer service. Update to my previous review. The last two times I've come by to get something, tonight being the second time, they have closed 10 to 15 minutes before the posted closing time.

I ride a 2015 Kawasaki Concours 14, which is not the easiest bike to work on. This is where I tell everyone I know to go. Great prices, excellent service, and will always do the right thing. They don't do work you don't need and always help save you money. Very flexible with military! My 2 years here was money well spent. Thanks guys!

If I could give this company a "0" I would. I don't ride my motorcycle often and after they did the repairs I have had all types of issues with getting the seat mechanism to release and finally letting someone else look at it, bolts, spacers, and correct adjustments to align everything weren't done correctly. I drove off on the bike and my mirrors weren't even tightened or adjusted. A total freaking disaster.

0 rating for phone service. I have not been to this location, but I tried calling them to ask them questions because I have children at home I cannot take with me. When I finally got a hold of somebody, a man answered the phone very rudely while still trying to give the greeting twisted throttle cycles i figured ok maybe they are busy so i let that slide and when i asked my questions all i got was one word answers still in the loud rude tone, so i just hung up. Professionalism is dead.

Both times I've been to this shop they said they would call me back to get a job done. Dropped off a 30min job, that took them 4 day of constant reminder to get complete and still didnt have the job done. Avoid shop unless you are using insurance to pay or know personally know the shop mechanics.

Man what can I say about twisted throttle cycles? Well they are absolutely fantastic I have a road glide special came in with a leaking gasket left with what feels like a new Harley put a cam in tuned it and a new exhaust. Customer service was excellent despite my consistent calling and checking in they were very honest and fair priced. if you ever see a bad review the customer was wrong felt like family at twisted throttle 10 out of 10 recommend.

Considering the 4.5 stars I'm fairly certain that my experience is isolated.Unfortunately what began as a 5 star experience dwindled to 1 quickly I bought a used 05 Road King and brought it into Twisted Throttle for an "all points inspection" to determine what work needed to be done if any. Their initial inspection found very little wrong with the bike aside of some filter replacements and fluid flushes. The one moderate issue was the gear switch arm appeared to be stripped and after closer inspection turns out the gear shifting assembly needed to be replaced. The repairs were about 400-500 total so I wasn't too upset, but since these repairs were supposed to basically make the bike new I was looking forward to it and the fact that I did get a great deal in buyingthe bike after all.Keep in mind that their inspection never once found leaks of any kind as that fact will come in handy later. So they completed all repairs and I take the bike home. A few days later I noticed a leak right around the same area that they had worked in and called them and after making a note to mention to me that the work had in fact been within the last 30 days, they would address the leak. While I was there I asked them to also have the bike lowered and adjust the handlebars. They never call you so you have to call CONSTANTLY in hopes to get someone. Several times I had to just randomly show up in order to get an update. So anyway I arrive to find out they broke a piece off of my bike when adjusting the handlebars and the manufacturer no longer carries the part. He did find the part used but in order to get it the larger peice of the headlamp had to be purchased along with it which would increase the cost exponentially as the part itself was only about 5-10 bucks. He told me about the peice online as though would I be interested in purchasing it, me buy it with my money....I was so floored by that insinuation that I was speechless. I mean seriously guy, YOU BROKE IT!! I don't know what kind of business ethics you have, but in my line of work, you break it you do whatever it takes to make it right, PERIOD! I decided at that moment I would never return to this shop for new work on my bike.I was only home for a few days and I noticed the leak had dripped on my garage floor. It had been very cold and I hadn't ridden it and I just happen to glance over and see it so I called them and they said to bring it in so I did and they claimed they replaced all the seals and gaskets and that they never worked in that area which of course was absolutely absurd. I called, and left messages and text multiple times and after over a week they finally called back and said to come get itApparently they had done nothing at all to it this time that they didn't do the first time, it was still leaking. He called it a "residue", but the fact is that it was without a doubt a slow fluid leak of some kind and they couldn't tell me what type of fluid. I think they probably knew it was their fault but just didn't want to face it because they couldn't figure it out or knew it would cost them a pretty penny so they just gave me the bike back and said sorry, we don't know what is causing the leak...wow, just wow.I think they got offended because after they initially worked on the bike and I spoke to them about the leak I told them that there was no leak beforehand and I think the mechanic got his feelings hurt over that statement, nevermind that the statement was 100% true!!! I did notice after that they all started treating me differently. When I first came in they acted like I was family, but after I made that comment there was no mistaking a change in how they interacted with me.They would not even look me in the eyes when they spoke to me, and they spoke as little as possible.I spent a total of about 1500 bucks on this bike through their shop and now I've got a leaky bike with a broken accent peice, and that's all I have to show for itIf you feel that you are going down a similar path with them GET OUT before things get worse!!!

I screwed around and screwed around tryin to find someone that welded frames while I was working cuz I didnt have time to actually spend time looking. Now that I'm retired I had plenty of time and went looking. The welding shops said "yeah yeah well do it..just bring the frame in!" which wasnt gonna happen unless I stripped the frame first.. The HD dealers said they send their stuff out..but only 1 shop out of all of those shops gave me the name of a shop to go to..it took a few weeks to get it in to Twisted Throttle but I did and I'm happy I did. Them guys did an AMAZING job! Couldnt be happier..well I could but itd be illegal..cant even tell there was work done unless I told you were to look and even then it's hard to tell! I will definitely be goin back to these guys..they're willing to work with you..doing what you want if they can and dont charge an arm and a leg..just a nut but you really only need one so..give em a call..you wont be sorry!

I left my motorcycle to get fixed and I went to get an update. They were really nice and professional. Told me all the details about the motorcycle and what needs to get fixed. It s my first bike and first time to leave it to get fixed so I was worried and anxious about it. I ve called and being annoying and still they were really professional to get me an update. I would recommend this place 100%.

Had to have a rear tire changed on my Dyna WG on a Monday. I brought the wheel and tire in and they had it done in about an hour. I hardly had time to finish my beer, but I did and then had a couple more.

Allen the owner is an honest man and a competent motorcycle mechanic/technician. His prices for parts and labor are lower than virtually any other repair and service shop while the quality of his work is higher. I recommend him highly.

Had a zx14r primed fairing set I needed sprayed a solid color and installed, $2500! Ordered a already painted fairing set and installing it myself for less than $500. But alot of reviews are good so will try back when I have another bike issue. My budget was not $350, that's what yall said on the phone. $350 - $500. But ok
