Trident did an A+ job on my truck, which was damaged badly from a hail storm recently. They took care of the rental car and my deductible, and they acted with timeliness and efficiency in the process with my insurance. They also came to me, as I don t live close to their shop - a luxury that I don t get with most shops in Austin. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in central Texas that needs hail repair and I will use them again myself if needed in the future. Great job, guys.

Trident Auto Hail Repair, repaired my car after September hail storm in Round Rock.They did a great job removing all of the dents. They followed up with buffing the car making it look nice and shiny, almost brandnew.They even detailed the inside. My car needed that : )Ulises, my contact with Trident, was especially helpful. He picked up my car in Round Rock and left me a rental car. I'm especially thankful I did not have to mess with contacting a car rental place.They had my car for about 2 weeks.They worked directly with my insurance and discounted the deductable.I did call Trident for a status update and spoke with Jay.Thank You Ulises and Jay for the positive experience.

Wowwwwww, what an experience!!! Jay and his team of professionals went above and beyond for my 2015 Lincoln MKS. It looks brand new, they did an awesome job. I was really impressed with all the work they did. Everyone take your car here for any hail damage, you will be glad that you did. Professional, friendly and Jay is one of a kind...Thank you Jay!!!!

Shout out to Leilani and Mike..From the moment I walked in the building, they were welcoming. I explained to them what happened to my Truck and immediately stopped what they were doing and pulled my truck in to evaluate the damage without hesitation. I even believe one of the technicians paused his lunch to take a look and give me exact pricing (not an estimate with hidden fees like others). I left my vehicle overnight and they were complete with it by midday the following day..Talk about fast, friendly, and easy service. You can't teach this stuff..some businesses have it and some do not.TRIDENT is the Truth!! Jay was also attentive and welcoming to his place of business. With all of that Great service, I was amazed how it turned out....flawless execution with details. If anyone is looking for PDR work.Dont waste your time going anywhere else.Trident will get you right with fair, honest, and reasonable repair prices!!!

The team at Trident are absolutely AWESOME!!! My car now looks BETTER than the day I bought it. They took care of me every step of the way with dealing with the insurance through the whole process. It was 100% hassle free and the turnover time to fix was super quick. Much props to staff over there. If you need the damage on your fixed ASAP, look where else. This is the only place I will go!!!

This has been the best experience with auto repair I have ever had. They went out of their way to pick up my vehicle and deliver a rental. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed of the status of my car. Not only did they do an amazing job but when i picked up my vehicle they had detailed the car for me. Major bonus points, they covered my deductible with nothing out of pocket to me.

I don't have enough great things to say about this place!! They really took care of my truck and made it look all pretty again!! Many thanks to Jay and Leilani for everything!! They had it for about 2 weeks and they also gave me a loaner for that time. Couple hiccups with my insurance company but with a little communication btwn myself, Leilani and Jay we were able to get everything resolved!! Please go and see them if you have any hail problems on your vehicle, they WILL take care of you!!

Great And Quick service! My car was well detailed upon return as well. Jay and his staff were very communicative between my insurance and updated me on the status of my vehicle.I definitely recommend them for any auto body repair.

Wow! Did the fix my dents? Or did they just buy me a new car? I had a lot of hail damage and they got done in a timely manner. THEY EVEN DETAILED MY CAR! They did an excellent job and I HIGHLY Recommend Trident auto hail repair.

I am forever grateful for Jay and his staff. I had my hail damage repaired else where and had been fighting them for over a year. My son had his hail damage repaired at Trident Auto Hail Repair and was very happy with the job they did. He told me not to bother with the other place and drove me to Trident Auto Hail Repair. Within 10 minutes, my car was repaired at no cost to me. I can't believe that there are still people like Jay and his staff in this world. It was like being with family.

I worked with Matt, he was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, Trident was professional and answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond with my truck, they even fixed my top taillight, that I was about to replace, so I was very surprised when Matt showed up and told me they replaced my light. They also did a little touch up paint on the some scratches I had. Trident provided me with a loaner, and tried to get me into a Kia Soul lol with 4 kids and having 2 additional kids, however, they worked very hard to ensure I had a 3rd row, since I typically drive a Yukon XL, they definitely went out of their way to ensure they could accommodate me and my needs. I would absolutely recommend Trident for your hail/dent repairs.
