I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change, and I must say, their service was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, guiding me through the process with ease. The efficiency of their oil change service was impressive, getting me in and out in no time without sacrificing quality. I appreciated the attention to detail and the thoroughness of their work. I'll definitely be returning for my future oil change needs. Highly recommended!

****UPDATE****Dropped something that rolled under my car. Looked under my car to find the item when I saw how lazily they put the belly pan back on my car.Normally have a great experience here, but not this time. Brought my Type R to this location for the first and last time. Technician got upset because he was reminded to reinstall the belly plate on my car. Left oily handprints on my car and didn't bother to clean them off, noticed when I got home. Sure, my car already needed a wash, but they didn't have to add to the mess. I guess we're in an age where people want a job, but don't want to work. It seems like they have a new crew at this place every 3000 miles. I don't recommend this place place if you have a halfway decent car.

Take 5 Oil never disappoints. I went in to get an oil change and they not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The wait was leas than 5 minutes, they had a car in each slot when I arrived, and we were offered cold water bottles. Once they began working in my oil change, they looked at the filters, as they always do, and advised me when to approximately have it changed. They went over each pricing and the differences between the type of oil. They were so polite, informative, efficient, and professional.

2nd time here and always the same, great customer service!Everyone was courteous and busy and did a great job! I even got a coupon upon calling before getting there making sure they had my filter and oil. Will continue to use this place and highly recommend it to anyone!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in last Friday for an oil change. While I was there everything appeared to be fine. Other than them pressing for me to change out my coolant. I had just checked all the levels on my fluids and I also did not have enough miles on my car to need that yet, so I politely declined. They finished the oil change and I went on my way. Well then coincidentally not 6 hours later my check engine light comes on, and the code it threw was ever so conveniently telling me that my thermostat wasn't reaching temp. Took a look under the hood and guess what I needed.....coolant because now there was almost none in there. Joke is on y'all, I was able to take care of changing coolant on my own. It's really disappointing because other than that the service was good until I found that y'all tried to mess with my car.

Just disappointed with this place honestly, we spent 2.5 hours waiting in line and waiting for the oil change and ended up leaving with NO OIL in the car! Spent $119 for no oil! Thank you so much to the worker Kiel or however you spell it the young guy that works on all the foreign cars! He was so nice and the only reason we didn t get all pissed off at this place.

Josh and Nate are great gentlemen! Excellent customer service. They guide you through the process of getting an oil change and windshield wiper. They can do a complimentary cleaning of your windshield as well, and fill your tires and anticipate deflation if needed. They have great offers and discounts for certain situations. The shop is easy to locate. They take you in line fairly and are also accommodating, and hand you your reminder label so you can affix it where ever you want. The store is easy to find, and their restroom is decent. Your receipts are printed on high quality paper. Your car will drive much smoother after you leave. Be careful when you exit the lot at the right turn.

The technician was very friendly and helpful and kind. They let me know I honestly did not need an oil change yet which I appreciate the honesty and they did a quick and efficient job on my state inspection. U highly recommend them.

Went in for an inspection and it was fast and easy. Very welcoming and respectful staff, especially for it being so early that I came in. Gentleman named Tristan knows customer service and I am grateful he attended me. Very recommended to anyone and everyone!

This visit waiting was I little longer than usual and it was due to the careful and methodical practices these employees take to care for each customers needs. When I was seen, they were quick and thorough at assessing my vehicle s needs. Worth waiting for fast and friendly service.

I take all three of my vehicles to the location on Trimmer Rd. in Killeen Texas. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else to get the oil change, plus I don't have to get out the car.

They did not screw the oil drain plug back in securely, which caused oil to be all in my driveway and none in the car. I took it back, they fixed it but made me pay again. I got a hold of the manager (Nick) who said he would refund me from the original oil change and to allow time for my bank to post the payment. I realized shortly after, I paid cash. Went up there and was told oh corporate is going to mail you a check. How!?! When nobody asked me for my address. Then was told corporate will call you. Nobody has called me and every time I go up there I get the run around.

I normally love this place, but I feel like things have changed and not for the better. I came in for an oil change and state inspection and while the technicians were nice, they were extremely pushy trying to make a sale. They tried desperately to get me to purchase unnecessary filters and to purchase a service I didn t need. When I declined the filter, they asked me if I was sure because the filter in my vehicle was dirty (just recently changed) and the service they wanted me to purchase was essential because the fluid in my car was dangerous. Told me it would only take them 5 minutes to do and was only going to cost me $140 on top of the already $90 oil change, but they would take $20 off if I did it that day. I let them know I would either do it myself or have my husband do it and they again asked if I was sure because it was a complicated process. Pretty offensive because I could do the oil change myself and that s all I came for besides the inspection, but I enjoy the convenience of having it done since I had my small child with me and my husband was at work. I ve brought many cars to several different locations, but I think I ll start going back to the dealership to get my oil changed or do it myself, as I don t like being pressured into sales when that s not what I m there for.

Great jobs guys. Kade and Polly gave me 5 star treatment, thus the return of a 5 star. I only get my oil change done at this Take 5, simple because they are the best. Customer service was 5 star, communication and explanation was a 5 star. The discounts I received was greatly appreciated. Thank y all!

Understaffed location. This take 5 took 1hr 20 min for my $120 oil change. Employees tried their best to be accommodating, however, poor management of staffing made a poor experience for customers and the employees. I also did not receive a sticker with the suggested oil change mileage.

Disappointed in the time I spent waiting today with no oil change. I use this shop regularly for my oil changes but for some reason today I sat in the driveway over 20 minutes and no vehicles moved. The line continued to increase behind me and unfortunately, I had to leave. I look forward to trying them again but for advertising their quick oil changes, for some reason they were really struggling today

Great service!! The technician showed each job that was performed and what items was used to complete the job. Topped off all my fluids. The manager was out helping each technician and checked all customers if they were comfortable and needed any water while they were waiting. Great first time experience. Keep up the great work guys!

I was greeted a given instructions on what to do plus two bottles of water. Then I waited for my inspection. My tires were checked. My windshield was cleaned. Thanx Take 5. The inspection went smoothly. I ll be back. I was well taken care of.

Good location and people, the 4 stars is because of the price, which is one of the highest in the area. $91 after military discount (would have been $101 i think) for their mid tier oil (7500 mi.) Valvoline normally charges me $70-$80 after discount for the top option (10k mi.)

I recently got my first oil change in my vehicle last night & as always, the service was top tier. Lapharoah was super helpful the whole time and patient. He was thorough and even got me new wiper blades which was appreciated. I also like the teamwork showed, the men helped each other the whole night & had great energy. Will definitely be back for my next oil change.

I had my oil changed. I needed a new air filter, but they had none in stock. They ordered it and I was able to return today for it to be replaced.I attempted to get my vehicle inspected yesterday, too. Unfortunately, their system was down. Returning for ordered air filter and vehicle inspection was not an issue for me.The staff are very nice; polite; and quite professional. I will return to this station in the future. Thank you!

They were friendly enough. Didn't offer water bottle like they usually do. The system was down when I visited - no big deal. For a routine oil change they were under my hood for 40 minutes and he seemed to really struggle to put the engine cover back in place...as the mechanic kept slamming it in. Not the best experience and I will not be returning...Response to the owner: My review was NOT positive, nor was I impressed with the service. As stated above, you have permanently lost my business. Downgraded from 2 star to 1 star for lack of reading comprehension.

Tried to get in quickly before my next customer booking, I use royal purple in all my vehicles, unfortunately this place is Over priced and the tech spilled oil all over my business vehicle. Definitely bringing to dealership next time. They were nice enough to air up the tires and check fluids though.

If I could I would give this place a BIG FAT ZERO STARS! SO MY HUSBAND WENT TO GET HIS OIL CHANGED AND THE OIL CHANGER, DRAINED MY HUSBANDS OIL OUT THE TRUCK AND FAILED TO PUT OIL BACK IN THE TRUCK! MY HUSBANDS TRUCK SHUT OFF ON HIM ON THE busiest street. That could have been FATAL! SOME OF THESE MECHANICS NEED TO KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF FAILING TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY!! If something would have happened to my husband... I can't even imagine! All because someone and their incompetence! Never again!

My car has never had any major problems. I got my oil changed here because I was Referred by a relative. I hadn t even drove 50 miles after I received the services and my car throws a rod and cracks the engine. Take 5 try to correct their errors without knowing the situation was as severe as it was. They denied them doing so and are refusing to pay for the damages done. They also provided false statements in the denial letter. DO NOT COME HEREServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went in for an oil change and naturally they offered to change my oil filter; I declined. They went to explain how oil filters work, I said I m aware and declined. Then another young man comes and say we can change your coolant out for you for half the price since we have a big freeze coming; I declined. He proceeded to tell the young man changing my oil, she s not agreeing to anything else, I m assuming I wasn t supposed to hear that part. So I stated, all I want is an oil change. The guy under my hood had already been done he was just waiting to see if I would go for another service. A forth guy comes out asking about my windshield wipers. I told them to close my hood and let me out this garage!!!! Will not be going back to this location.
