I had my tire replaced here. Tony was amazing, responsive, and professional. The process was quick and efficient. I recommend this place if you need to get your tires replaced.

Lots of places like this treat men just fine. When it comes to women however that can be a different story. I spoke to the owner to confirm price earlier in the day then sent my wife in for repair. She was given very friendly service at the price agreed on earlier. This is a great tire shop for our community.Update: still loving this place they stand behind their products and services. Highly recommend.

So I have mixed emotions about this business transaction, I called on my lunch break and the gentleman who I spoke with seemed very nice and concerning we negotiated on a price and I told him I would see him after work and he said don t worry you don t need to rush. We are open until 730 when I arrive, it s the same person I spoke with on the phone and I told him hey we spoke earlier about the 205 55 I told him the price and he said no this is a different price and then I proceeded to tell him do you not remember us talking earlier and we agreed upon this price and then he said no , I proceeded to show him this is the shop I took a screenshot of. I showed him the call log and then he states that all of his tires and all of the shops around here charged the same price $60 and then I told him that s fine, but when we spoke on the phone, you told me a different price , and then he continues to say no that s not the price. None of the technicians spoke English. None of the technicians could actually help me figure out which tire it was and the only reason I came to this place was because my first choice and first choice only fast eddies Didn t have my tire and I could not wait until Saturday. So I am glad he had the tire but I would ve went to a different shop if I would ve known the overcharge nor did the owner want to admit that he lied just to get business. Cash only , no receipts but they don t charge you five dollars to take the tire. (sorry, using voice text. Please don t mind the grammatical errors.)

Tony and his employee really saved me today. So glad they are open later than everyone else! Firestone wouldn't help me because it was too close to closing time, so thanks to a Google seach, I found Roca Auto (the only tire repair shop open). I was immediately greeted and told they could make the repair on my flat tire, swap out the donut, and install the repaired tire all for one great price!. Thank you Tony!

I totally recommend coming to see Tony for all your tire repairs; He is knowledgeable and very professional. Also the service is done in a quick and timely manner so that is always a plus!

I am very grateful for roca auto services!My tire caught a flat and I had to go the shop but I wasn't able to drive my vehicle to the location. Rony was so kind enough to offer coming to my home and changing my tire for me. He only charged me $65 for everything. He was very persistent and efficient with his time. He asked if I needed my vehicle the same day but I told him no rush. He got it done ASAP.The business is very genuine and looks out for each individual! I definitely will be back for any future services.12/10 recommend :)

Omg wonderful customer service !! This guy Tony gave me an amazing deal that i could afford my tire was literally shredding and he drove to my house took off my bad tire and my replaced it all !! Before and after !!YAL GUYSSS GO SUPPORT HIM , it s works with ppl aldo

I went today and got a tire tony was so nice he took me straight back and got started right away. His tire prices are very reasonable. He even went out of his way to get me lug nuts because mine was bad. I ll definitely be back to see him and I highly recommend for you to go check him out.

Pulled in and they got to work right away! Found the tire I needed and was put on on a flash! Prices were amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful. Explained what the problem was and answered any questions I had! Will definitely go back for services in the future!

Hi , my name is charlee, this tire shop & Tony saved my azz! New owners for 4 months now, n very kind service, didn't have cash on me so he even accepted cash app. Did a good job n no wait time at all! I will never go to discount tires again and wait 2 hours for a plug! Thanks guys!

They were absolutely amazing! Fit me in, found 2 good cheap tires for me, I think within 15 mins they had both my tires replaced and they treated both my kids and myself better then we have been treated in a shop before. I highly recommend them for used or new tires. We are going to be going back to get 4 brand new tires soon, extremely happy with the way we were treated. They don't accept cards so he was even going to trust me to take my vehicle and run to an atm to get cash however he does accept cashapp.

The staff is very friendly and VERY helpful, prices are great and the speed they work at is amazing!! Definitely recommend coming here for any of your needs tire patching, dependable tires as well as oil changes and brake changes etc. by far the best shop I ve been to

I highly recommend this shop. They were so nice helpful and most importantly... HONEST with the process. As soon as I walked in , I was acknowledged and greeted even though they were busy . Definitely go here for any car tires issues.

I was looking for some good used tires and I came across Roca Auto services on Google. Never spoke to the man before but as soon as I spoke to him, he was very friendly,helpful and professional. If you're looking for used tires,give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service. I went to Firestone to have tires looked at before heading to Fort Rucker. They said tires were good. Woke up this morning low air in tire. I came to Roca had them look at my tire and the tire was showing wire. He changed my tire and got me back in the highway in less than 20 mins. And saved my family what could of been a very bad accident THANK YOY
