Yeah they re nice. i dont even know where to start. About a month and a half ago we came here to fix ABS wire issues. No problem on that day. Except for the fact that they had to have been under the car for those wires. Note this for later. Last saturday, we had an appointment for an alignment. My husband calls to confirm his appt in the morning thankfully he did. We were notified that our appointment was no longer going to be able to be taken care of due to a mechanic who has no idea what they are doing and screwed up a car on the alignment machine. Saturdays are our only availability due to work. Whatever. rescheduled. I was already not comfortable with the fact that there is a person there who has no idea what they are doing. This past wednesday we finally got in, and there was more wrong with the vehicle. How are we now being notified about this issue when they were just under the car not too long ago!!! The same issue has been happening, so i know that part wasn t messed up from the last time between now. anyways We were given a price. I SPECIFICALLY asked MULTIPLE times if our bank was accepted. We were told and i quote yes as long as it is from so and so . Here s where the cake was topped for me. You ll never guess. THEY DONT TAKE IT. As a manager, DO NOT EVER tell someone yes if you are unsure. Tell them truthfully that you are unsure so that the consumer can have plans. Thanks to this place we are now screwed.

Kacie s knowledge and professionalism is unmatched in CTX! Save yourself the time and money of going anywhere else and make this your one stop shop. She was even able to send me to another location when she was booked out and i had an urgent issue and got me worked in to their schedule same day. You will not get better customer service from anyone else. She has a great team of techs as well. Honest working individuals!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

When my vehicle started having issues, I took my car straight to THIS business! Since I had a Maxcare warranty, I knew this was a no brainer. They were able to diagnose my vehicle and get me in a rental within 24 hours. Thankfully, all of my concerns were covered and my family and I were never without a vehicle for our busy schedule. I highly recommend this authentic location as their service professionals are knowledgeable and prompt with your vehicle.I hope this review encourages new customers to confidently walk through those doors for the first time!

I came in for replacement for brake master replacement and came out with a new engine. I only had a brake light on the dashboard and they fix the problem. I didn't had an engine problem and there was no light on the dashboard. The store manager took 3 days to diagnose the problem. This shows they don't know what is wrong with the car. The spark plugs they put in the first time had problem causing my car to shake bad. I told them to replace it. They fix the problem. When I ask for a quote the, store Manager told me to come to the store. Who does that. People call for quotes to compare prices. When I got my car back, I was missing car enginecovet, hot and cold cap for ac line, my radior wasnt connected properly, so it cause my coolant to leak. I went to my friend to help me fix it. He told me that another pipe was not connected properly. This business has reasonable price, but they have limited knowledge on how to fix a car. The mechanics just guess about problems with people's car and fix it. Now I know the people's comment about this shop are right. I will never to business with them again. People should not go to this shop because it is the cheapest in town. Pay a little extra to get a better mechanic. People should learn on YouTube from mechanics who tech you how to fix common problems with their car.

The lady at the counter was very respectful and helpful. My car was there for a day which was the timeframe that she said it will get done. I picked it up a week ago and it driving great. All I needed was a simple lightbulb change and they charged me $106 for a ten minute job. It gets worse. I went driving that night, same day, and the bulb I paid them to replace STILL DIDNT WORK. I want a full refund or they better fix this. Terrible service, would give 0/10 if I could. Expensive, terrible service. Skip this place.

As a past customer of this place , clearly something as changed . I used to receive extremely polite service every time I ve used this place but now I ve been met with extreme rudeness over the phone and in person.I asked a question about a price and made a comparison to another auto shop and was told to go there Who does that??I m not sure if there is new management or what but I won t be using them again.

Great customer service, great work. The only issue is that they require you to purchase their expensive battery when they replace an alternator that is under warranty. What I thought was free, ended up being almost $300. I could have gotten a good quality battery for much cheaper. For that,, they get 3 stars. The staff/crew/team was great and they did a great job.

Great service, polite people, and very professional. We suspected a more expensive problem on dropping our vehicle off and they let us know it was just a loose wiring harness and only charged us the diagnostic. Honest work appreciated

If I could give this place less than one star I would. These people are the exact opposite of kind and professional. The Asian lady at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. They replaced a part for me and less than 6 months later it broke again. They then told me to bring it in to get it checked and suddenly there was a whole of other problems rather than the part?They made sure to take my payment BEFORE the work got completed and then needed more when I returned for pick up.Never again. Friendly front counter lady and great work done to my wife s car. The only thing keeping 5 stars away is her lack of calling me with an estimate or calling me when it was ready. I had to follow up myself.

Took my car in for a loud noise the mechanic and person in office were really great in trying to help and I was told it was transmission problems & ok d with ins and ordered one. They called to let me know it was in & dropped my car off that afternoon @ 3:30 but there were different people at that location and never talked to the two I had been talking to for a whole week. Called me next day @ 1:30 telling me it was done. Really? I was told it would take 3 or 4 days! Drove off and drove right back to them next day because car was still making loud noise that I took it in for. They didn t know! Took it to another place they didn t know they said could be transmission. Really? I don t think they looked at my car either cause I told them to look at wheel hub. But at each place the wheel hub was mentioned in invoice but nothing done runaround. Took my car to Mitsubishi dealership in Waco where I had to pay $50 deductible but after test drive not even 5 min , it was wheel hub and bearings!!! He didnt know how I could drive with it is as loud as it was! 3 weeks of trying! Go figure ! Took them an hour to fix and done!! But Precision Tune took my warranty company for $1700 and a transmission! I don t believe they put new transmission into my car cause there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. Lights would have been lit on dash and car would have shut down to prevent any other damage is what dealership said. They sure didn t fix anything on my car! But feel like they fixed someone else s!? And got my ins too pay for it all. They acted like I was just gonna have to deal with it telling me a bunch of bull like I m stupid and didn t know what he was talking about. I just had a good warranty and they took advantage of it. If they did switch out transmissions I want to see proof and serial numbers from both transmissions. Nothing about any of that felt right and guy at counter knew that!Be careful going here and what they tell ya! I was without my car off and on for a week and still didn t get fixed. I will drive all the way to Waco to have my car serviced just knowing I can trust what they say! Still don t know what happened to original people I had been talking the first week they were great but the ones that came in week later the day I dropped my car off didn t do nothing but put me out!

Very slow service. Misinformation. Not performing an actual basic diagnostic and throwing guesses on the issue. Car came out worse after they touched it. Never bring your car here. Their stories change right in front of you when you catch them on their lies. Ridiculous! Don t trust their service!

These guys are straight ripping people off. Who knew a dealership would actually be cheaper?! Precision wanted to charge us over $2200.00 for front wheel bearings, front struts and front strut mount plus labor. The dealership only charged $1300.00, still high but seriously better deal, considering we almost paid double that. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, SHOP AROUND AND GET QOUTES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Went to get my oil change, the employee saw me and walked inside. I waited for a minute (maybe he was going to get some help), I eventually parked and went to find the same employee sitting in a chair like he didn t see me waiting. Then he tells me he can make an appointment to change my oil for Monday?! You have to make an appointment to change your oil now? I went down the street to their other location and got amazing service without an appointment. This place needs a management change.

I called to ask a a couple of questions a lady named Angel answer the phone. I m not sure if she s a manager if so, it s a poor representation of the company!!! She was extremely rude and unhelpful won t be doing any business here!

Brought my car here after pulling 24 hrs duty they offered to take me home so I could sleep and even called me to let me know if my car needed any extras before doing the work. After all work was done they politely called and told me whenever I wake up I could come get my car. They even picked me and picked me up. The best part? The prices were super reasonable. I m sold here.

Went in to replace a front lamp bulb on my Honda Pilot. I brought the bulb with me and was quoted $55 then was told I wouldn t find anyone to do it cheaper went right around the corner to Valvoline and got it done free in less than 3 minutes. Left him a great tip for not trying to get over on me. Wouldn t recommend this place.

Recommended to turn my rotors for a brake service. While that's now uncommon, I agreed. Would not have been an issue of they didn't cut a nice big groove into my rotors. Good people, but they don't always offer good advice. Not going back there for any maintenance work.

Eric and the guys really do a great job on repairing your vehicle. I had my radiator replaced and the guys got right on my vehicle and I was out the doors with three hours. My new radiator is not leaking but if it does I know I can return to Precision Tune and have it fix under the outstanding 12 month nation wide warranty. Precision Tune has earned my respect and business and yes I would tell my friends about the outstanding services these guys provides. Precision Tune 1305 Central Texas Expressway, call these guys they will take good care of your vehicle maintenance needs. Hope not to see you soon concerning my vehicle, but if I must I know Eric and the guys will repair my vehicle and get me back on the road at a very reasonable price. Great work guys!!

Pros:1)Very friendly and professional staff2)Made an appointment and stayed as close to it as possible. 15 minutes past my appointment time is much better than most shops in the same line of work.3)NO UPSELLING!!! One of the biggest things that leaves people with a bad taste in their mouth is being told you "need" more work done to keep your car on the road. Most places make an air filter seem like you're going to blow the engine if you don't change it, but these guys actually noticed how well maintained my car is and commented on it rather than lying and telling me to change my oil or get the "premium brake flush"4)Military discount5)Phone charging station for multiple types of phones (for those of you staying longer than expected)Cons:1)No baby changing table in the bathroom2)Waiting area is not comfortable for long waits3)The kid's play table was not very cleanNo place is perfect but the pros seriously outweighed the cons!

This is my 2nd time going back for the full synthetic oil change. And I will never go anywhere else. We will be relocating to Georgia & am so thrilled that they have location in the city we are going too. Everytime I have made an appt they are ALWAYS ready & waiting on my arrival. They are always so polite. They complete the work in a VERY timely manner. I really can go on and on and on about them but Words honestly don't do it justice. Just trust that they will live up to your expectations & then some!! Thanks guys you have a lifetime customer right here.

I needed a diagnostic done and they charged me in my opinion way to much 162.00 I never heard of a check being that much. They had not even done the check to see what could be wrong wont be back . I just needed it ASAP didn't have time to go anywhere else on a Sunday. The total I was quoted was outrageous 2000 dollars. I will be going else where. On top of that I see someone on reviews didn't even get charged for diagnostic at this place horrible business.

They were very professional whenever I spoke with them. When I initially called them and explained the auto issue, they explained everything to me up front wihout me having to dig for answers/read the fine print/or pull teeth in order to understand what was going to happen to my vehicle. I called 3 other local places as well for quotes. But Precision seemed to have the most customer-oriented attitude and it made me feel more comfortable leaving my car in their hands. The problem was fixed within a couple days. Have had no issues since! Thanks to Eric, Blake, and Kristl!!!

Went into the store and asked how much it would be for my A/c fo be worked on. While looking at the sign behind the counter that said R134A Freon $30 per LB the guy proceeded to tell me its $60 per lb. I have had nothing but issues with precision tune and would not recommend them to anyone. They are overpriced and try to charge prices different than what they are displaying. Very poor business and could be considered a bait and switch by saying one price and charging more for the product.

Went in to get alignment, only to be told that I needed camber kits, plus a wheel bearing replaced along with my alignment, all of which would have come out to nearly $500! I didn't trust what I was told, so I took my vehicle to another mechanic who looked at my vehicle, did an alignment for way cheaper than these guys charge. And on top of that, he looked at my vehicle and said there was nothing wrong with it, Precision auto care are scam artists who want nothing more than your money, they don't care about the customer at all. Do not go there if at all possible.

Worst service ever. 2 hours to install 4 tires...which were installed backwards. White wall was supposed to face out. Said my truck wasn't able to have an alignment done....another shop did it in 45 min. Guy was rude. And after my visit they sent a survey which I filled out honestly, and the guy literally called me and chewed me out and threatened to call the cops because he said I was lying. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had to return my vehicle several times to correct the brake work. Service has not been good. My car is worse now than when I brought it in. I really wish I could speak with management. I have to take my car back again. I'm suppose to travel out of town, I can't now. Plus i spent over $2700 for an incomplete service. Help!!!!
