This is the best auto parts store in the state. The store manager is great and has always very helpful. The staff is always very helpful. Also, I couldn t ask for a better parts store.

I had battery issues and needed a replacement. Came in close to 9PM and an employee named Eric hooked me up with a battery and even removed the old one and installed the new one all within 10 minutes. Super professional and awesome individual. Glad to see customer service is really valued at this store. Ask for Eric, he knows how to treat customers professionally.

Awesome store to go to for car parts, place is kept tidy and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They'll do their best to help you if you're looking for a part or just need to know the type of oil your car takes. Lastly there's plenty of parking space and it's easy to see from the road so you can't miss it.

I really appreciated this shop this evening. I had them test my battery and, even though they didn't have a replacement battery in stock, they helped me pull the battery out and helped me reinstall the new one when I bought it somewhere else. O'Reilly is typically one of my top choices of auto parts stores for their customer service. They showed it even more this evening. They got nothing from me but still took care of a customer. Thank you very much. I will be back

Helped me when my service engine light came on. Helpful and friendly service. Saved me money on taking my car to auto repair for diagnostic check. Diagnosis was correct and part was inexpensive and available on site.

They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but the representative Sebastion was definitely helpful and friendly. He even recommended other places that may have what I was looking for. Customer service is everything and he really took my needs seriously and professionally. I would definitely recommend that you ask for him when/if you need automotive assistance.

I went to this store on 09/21/2022 because I needed a new battery and I got excellent service. I had previously went to one of their competitors and was told they don't replace batteries at night it was only about 8:00pm so it wasn't late. I will definitely come back to this store again.

O'Reilly's is a great place to shop they usually have everything I need in stock some of the products can be a little pricey but I don't mind paying a little extra for what I need. Jeremy is an awesome manager always fun friendly and professional I've known him for several years and he is always gave me great service and support. I I'm a professional detailer and we trade experiences about which product works best I value his opinion & insight as a professional he has never steered me wrong. Mr. Detail

The service is great here. Always a knowledgeable parts guy on the counter and they sell automotive paint too. Tony in the back was very helpful. And Franklin was able to help me with my questions. I would recommend this store to anyone

First I tried auto zone but the staff there is lazy and they don't know the products and services. Every time I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts, they are always willing to help and staff is knowledgeable. I don't know why I waste my time going any where else than O'Reilly.

Called ahead tio see if they had my part. Luckily they had it, was in and out with in 5 minutes. Great prices for what parts you need. Very friendly staff, they are willing to help you with what you need and help you find it and help you load your things.

Thank you Jose and Caitlin, you have saved me probably hundreds of dollars between the battery issue I had and the brake's i needed for my 2003 Mach 1 Mustang. Thank you so much, I will always stop here first when I have a random car issue or need a re-supply of car care items. You guys are the BEST!!

OMG first off he had on a mask which was great awesome I noticed when I first walked in and he was very knowledgeable about what I needed at the time and I say that because first I went to Auto Zone and although everyone is always super friendly nice n polite NO ONE N I MEAN NO ONE!!!! from employees to customers HAD ON A MASK!!!! WALKING AROUND LIKE PEOPLE ARE NOT DYING FROM COVID-19 BUT ANYWAYS thank you O'Reilly customer service for being safe n helping me if I knew ur name I would have added it white boy tatted n ponytail lol thanx

So as a female that doesn t know much about cars, I went to firestone on post to in hopes get some help with feeling up my coolant/antifreeze which was extremely low. Firestone told me $100 off the bat!I immediately left and proceeded to go to O Reilly s. The service here is absolutely amazing. Jermey (the store manager) not only helped me look for the best antifreeze that goes with my car, but offered to feel it up! All for $19! Way better than the $100 Firestone was attempting to charge. I highly recommend this O Reilly s especially if you re someone that doesn t know much about cars. This is an honest and helpful establishment!! Highly, highly recommend!!
