Giving a huge thank you to Valerie of Nyle Maxwell for an amazing job! The promptness speak for themselves but, I wanted to speak to her character.Valerie's is a woman of integrity...point blank! Her earnestness, strong work ethic, safety, and customer service is top notch and refreshing these days. Throughout the project, Valerie always kept me informed of her plans and whenever timelines changed due to status or any other issues that affected the project.If you re considering someone to do your service work, I simply can t say enough about how good of a person this hardworking woman is and the excellent services she provides.With much respect & appreciation...thanks so much Valerie for a job well done and for making our streets safer!

I'm giving Nyle Maxwell a five star rating for the fact that I was kept informed on the progress of my truck without having to call them. I liked being assigned an associate, Josh Harris, to contact if I had any concerns. Everything was handled in a timely manner regardless of a part not being in stock. I appreciated the staffs friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. I will return here for my future truck needs.

I live in Michigan and was in Texas visiting my son. I noticed that my 2500 Ram was leaking differential fluid after being repaired 30 days prior in Michigan. The service representative, Brittany Baird, worked very close with me to get the repair completed correctly and covered by Mopar repair warranty. Thank you so much for treating the customer first. Very pleasurable experience.

Josh has been my service advisor since I purchased my 2021 Durango almost 4 years ago. He has always been straightforward and professional, kind and caring. I brought my Power Wagon in for warranty work and 2 minor recalls, and Valarie and the team had me back out on the road 24 hours later. It was definitely a pleasant first experience with warranty work, and the free shuttle to my house was awesome.

Joshua was very kind and professional, and the review is about the repair itself, not him! However, the repair (s) done were not satisfactorily and the vehicle had to be returned for the issue over and over and over, sometimes with the vehicle being returned the same day or the next day. I did not feel that the dealership managers valued me as a consumer, since neither the service manager or the general manager spoke to me about the ongoing issues, despite being emailed by me. I spent thousands of dollars on the repair of the same system multiple times over the course of 7-8 months, and it ended up costing me my job to have my vehicle break down repeatedly and not be repaired quickly or correctly. I am a disabled veteran & a widow, and due to this experience, I m unable to recommend Nyle Maxwell to anyone as a place to buy or service a vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went in for a hose repair on my Chrysler 200. I already knew what the issue was and told the service technician, Eric. After the diagnostic check that confirmed the issue, I was quoted a price for things I didn't need done that included the hose, a tune up, and one other thing. The quote amounted to about $1200. I told the technician I had just gotten a tune up a couple months before and he gave me no explanation as to why he suggested I needed a tune up. He just gave me an updated quote with the price for the hose, which amounted to almost $600. While I was standing in line, the customer ahead of me was also quoted for additional things she probably didn't even need that amounted to well over $1500. If I was a woman that had no clue that I already had a tune up on my vehicle, I would have also been out of $1200. It's bad business to try and swindle customers out of more money when it's not needed, just to make an extra buck and meet sales quotas. If I had another option to get my car repaired, I definitely would not have taken it to Nyle Maxwell Killeen.On top of that, I had to keep calling to check if it was ready and it wasn't ready when originally promised and kept my car an extra day. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

I Love my truck. The type of truck I have requires regular maintenance. I had an issue with my exhaust filter and I knew it would have costs associated with it to keep it 100%. I was reluctant but I am so glad I that I entrusted Nyle Maxwell, especially Eric to take care of my truck. Thank you Eric and Nyle Maxwell for keeping me on the road. No games just straight forward interaction and Seevice. Thank You!

Everything was good. The only thing was when I asked why my motor was knocking and they told me that the motor I have and the miles that's what causing it. I keep up on all my oil changes and everything. Bit the thing is that I hear other dodge trucks and cars sound just like mine and they arebalot newer than mine. So if dodge knew about it why didn't they put a recall on that too. I know if you live in California they have a recall on it so why don't we have one too. But the guy told me that it wad a lifter and don't know how bad my cam is and that soon my motor will go. So if you know about it then do something because I shouldn't have to buy a new motor if dodge knew this is going to happen to our cars. Feel like dodge should take care of it.

Service department has been great to work with. Special shout out to Josh and Val. Very friendly and personable. Wait times haven t been long at all. I appreciate feeling like I am valued when I got there and not just some random number. Staff takes the time to make sure all concerns are addressed and the entire process is smooth.Update: Still a great service department. Clifford was great and made sure my truck was handled per my request and still a short wait time given no appointment. Very happy and trust this dealership!Update: Every experience I have with getting my TRX serviced here has been great. Keep rewarding those who make the difference and are personable. The service was top notch. Cliff was my maintenance representative. He is very respectful. I like how they will call a ride to take you home and back to the dealership when your vehicle is done. They wash and clean your vehicle and top you off on gas when it's done. This is a exceptional service I've never received at any other dealership.

As always, everyone was polite and efficient. However, when I called and asked about a ride home and back, for safety reasons, I should have been told it was no longer the shuttle w a verified Nyle Maxwell employee, but a rideshare w a person unknown. Although both rides ended up fine, I felt uncomfortable, and it is something I wont repeat. I understand the shuttle service is still available to Grand Cherokee owners. So my two new Jeeps and loyal business for the last decade were not enough for a ride? You might reconsider the money you save vs the good will of your clients.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation so I gave Valerie a call to schedule. She said just come in whenever. It was a walk in appointment and I m thinking, ol boy, it s going to be a minute! So we dropped it off and ran some errands around town. We got the call my truck was ready less than two hours of dropping it off! Talk about fast! We weren t done with our errands yet. Gotta love the friendly and courteous staff. Thanks for all y all do to put me at ease and keep up the great work!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Valerie was upbeat & very positive from the first time we spoke on the phone. She took care of my repair quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment and it was a Saturday. She arranged a free Lyft ride back to my house while my vehicle was being serviced. I will definitely ask for Valerie whenever my Dodge Avenger needs service!Service: Battery
