I contacted Nyle Maxwell Killeen about some recalls on my vehicle, I spoke with Jonathan who gave amazing customer service and make me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there, knowing he was going to take care of it, and he did just that! The process wasn t long, I was given a number to text and if I had any questions or concerns during the process, which made me feel even more at ease! The services that I received here from Jonathan, and the other female worker that was present was amazing! I recommend this place to everyone!!

My service advisor Valerie was great always communication with what was going on with my vehicle. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to driver side carpet being submerged in water must have happened during the car wash maybe. Over all it s a JT and I was happy with my service they were very accommodating.

Service, Valerie went above and beyond - my New Jeep was in and out with recalls being fixed within a certain time allowed per my schedule. She is amazing. Highly recommend working with them in the future if you need help here.

My experience with the service department was very easy to get my Challenger back on the road in a day! Val went above and beyond to make this as painless as possible. They didn t have the part on hand, so she took the time to get it from one of their out of town parts house. Keeping me informed on the status on the parts, the service, and the vehicle! Needless to say, my chally is running the way it should, and the downtime was minimal! Great job Val and the whole crew!

Dropped vehicle off for repair under warranty. Part was never ordered. Called multiple times to dealership to check on status and kept getting response that part was in transit. When contacted Chrysler direct was informed by case manager part wasn't ordered. Took truck to Benny Boyd and watched the order part that will be here next week and they arranged rental while they have mine all day. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Lampasas. Better quality service.

Valerie with Service did a fine job checking me in for my oil change. She was polite and professional.The Service department seems over loaded with incoming customers and they may need to expand their operations with more Service Advisors and technicians for a more efficient turnaround for oil changes warranty work. This business is no longer Dodge County/Freedom Jeep it is now called Nyle Maxwell in Killeen. I hope the new dealership does a good job with Service After The Sale.

We re very helpful and was able to help quickly. The fuel filter for my ram 2500 was leaking and they went above and beyond to fix and clean up my truck. Very appreciative since they also took care of my state inspection for me! Great service and great customer service! Would recommend!

My side roof trim seal came off my truck. I went to Nyle Maxwell and spoke to Demarco. He provided excellent customer service! He ordered the part and installed the next day! Thank you Demarco! The shuttle driver Eric Flowers is super nice! Thank you for everything! I will be back!!

If you need service on your vehicle, you need to go see Valerie. She s always on point, willing to help, and is the best service advisor I ve ever had! Really appreciate how she goes above and beyond to keep customers happy! I wish I could give her a rating of 100, because 5 don t do her justice.

Valarie @ Nyle Maxwell was able to fit me in for an emergency electric system diagnosis and repair. She arranged transportation for me to get home while my vehicle was in the shop and gave me updates on required repairs. She helped to keep the cost as low as possible.

First experience with Nyle Maxwell service department and I must say I was pleased with the service provided. Service advisor Eric Valdez did an awesome job with scheduling and quoting me pricing for my 2020 Ram 1500.

The service department was in the process of changing over systems so there was a little confusion with getting my vehicle diagnosed. However, Juan squared me away and ensured the cost of the services were covered to make up for the extended wait time, I truly appreciate it and it shows a high level of customer service and appreciation.

I bought my car in because I was having issues with access my controls through the touchscreen. I was told that my radio needed to be replaced. I replaced it but had the same issue with the addition of my Bluetooth not working. They fixed the Bluetooth. I took it back a couple more times to finally hear that I need a touchscreen which cost over 1000 more dollars. They did say that my radio had faults originally so it needed to be replaced but what good is replacing a radio if I can't access it? Johnathan was really cool but the truth is the truth.

Took a few days to even get updates which had to be initiated by me. Once I finally was able to pick up my vehicle there was trash in the back. Boxes of empty oil bottles from other services I'm sure.Otherwise, the staff was very professional and in the end the vehicle was fixed.

Dropped off my vehicle for some maintenance and the service team was very professional. When the work was done, they called me then and NOT at the end of the day or I had to call them, like a lot of places I have been to in the past. Was a very pleasant experience.

Jonathan and service at the new Nyle Maxwell Dodge in Killeen is awesome. Minimum waiting time nice waiting area, everyone asked have you been helped, made me aware of a couple recalls I have I also take the truck there for oil changes they're very attentive and when ready to trade in the Dodge truck for a new one I definitely will be going there thank you again Jonathan and team at the new Nyle Maxwell Dodge in Killeen Texas

Micheal Young was by far the best car salesman i have ever dealt with. He made the process easy and kept me posted every step of the way. He even went out of his way to deliver the vehicle to my residence in fort worth! I can t recommend him and nyle maxwell of killeen enough!

Extremely frustrated, Although I know this is a new company which used to be freedom country. I was sold a car under freedom country with already defective break which is what I was told by the Service department and he said Since we re not Freedom country you have to pay $1400 for a brake repair job.although vehicle was purchased with defective breaks and I bought extended warranty but of course it doesn t cover the brakes

How is it that I pay for a new truck key and two weeks later no key? No one can even tell me where the key is but the dealership has my money. Apology is not good at this point, but can keep sending emails and text about treading my jeep for a new one. Not with this company.

Eric is very rude and doesn't listen or communicate. However, Josh was really great. He communicated well, took time to research a ticket that wasn't his and explained to me what was wrong and how it was fixed. Ask for Josh.
