This was my first time in the shop and I was happy! I felt like the people were really nice and they took care of my car in no time. The two gentlemen who worked on my care (JJ & Chuck) were very professional, and customer service friendly! Shop looked clean first time there. I would take my car there again if needed!

Have been coming here for years with the same car that never had anything done to it but today shows I will not come back. I walked in and spoke to the gentleman he doesn t even speak back just looks at me ( should have walked out then) I give him all that s needed for my inspection. Waited less than 5 minutes comes back and says I fail because of my windows. Like how it never failed before and you have 4 cars out there with tint 3x darker than mine and now I have to wait 2weeks to go somewhere else to get my inspection done. Thanks

Ive always had great experiences here. The techs have always explained the problem to me and how the parts i need were necessary to replace. They always take care of me and my family.

They keep your car without calling you on the updates on your car. They keep my car for 3 days and srill don't repair what was wrong. Bad service will not go back to them. Prices are too high...

The absolute worst mechanic shop I ve ever heard of! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Do NOT take your vehicle here! I m absolutely disgusted with how they ve continuously failed to fix my family members car!

While I was short on time today, I needed to fix a flat in a hurry. Christal checked me in with ease then offered me coffee. 20 minutes later I was out the door and back on the road.

I have been a certified mechanic for 40plus years, and I feel that their prices are as high as the dealership, and I am disappointed with the fact that they don't honor vets.

Paid for a diagnostic for a steering fluid leak. Mechanic found 1 leak, so I ordered part and was supposed to come in the next day. I came in the next morning and found out that the part was never ordered in their system so they ordered it again and it came in the next morning. That next morning I came in to get the part put in, then the mechanic found a leak on my brake booster that he failed to find during the diagnostic. He then said I would have to buy another one and it would come in the next morning. That is what I did and when I came in the next morning for that, he came up to me and said he had found another leak in a hose. I had to buy another hose that day. This would have went a lot smoother if the mechanic didn t just stop the diagnostic after finding the first leak and checked the whole system. Not to mention that I was on a tight timeline and this place has wasted 3 of my days. They only cut off about a hundred bucks for all the trouble they put me throughService: Steering & suspension repair

First time I have used Mayo Autoworks #1.....They have earned my business for life. I brought my daughters car in for an oil and filter change and was greeted with a smile and respect. Everyone was very friendly but also everyone was working their butts off. No one standing around at this place! Not only did they do what I had asked them to, and quickly, they informed me that the cabin air filter was pretty bad....I didn't even know the car had one and it had never been replaced (6 years old). Their prices are more than fair and considering the service you get, they cannot be beat. Like I said, all of my vehicles will be coming to Mayo Autoworks #1, they are The Best in the area.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto battery maintenance, Air conditioning, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Alright the mechanic was amazing. I did some work on my pathfinder something didn't feel right. Took it in they diagnosed it and replaced some stuff. Sadly it did not fix the issue. The next day the mechanic agreed to fix it for free since I already paid for it. The girl that runs the desk I absolutely hate. She is rude and disrespectful and wanted me to pay again. On multiple occasions she tried to make me feel dumb and showed absolutely no respect for customers. Should be fired

Brought my car to fix and those people scam me over $1000 and just replace something that is not rely on the problem. My car still not get fix. They are not professional and don't know what they are doing.

Went there today, 11 Aug 2023, for a peace of mind repair. Earlier in the week, I had replaced my thermostat and both radiator hoses. What should have been a pretty simple job ended up not being so once I tried to put the new lower radiator hose quick connect on. Apparently, the quick connect, guided by alignment notches, should have been put on and locked in place first before attaching the other end to the engine. I did it backwards and ended up with a not firmly seated and secured quick connect. At first it leaked and i took it back off and tried to reaseat it. That worked in that I didnt see any more leaks, but it didn't look like it was seated. I worried that it would come off under pressure. I finally decided to take it in to Mayo as they are the closest repair shop to me and I felt safe getting the truck there. I checked in, explained my problem and then took a seat. I was fully expecting to pay at least what I'm going to call an "Owner Anxiety Fee." Paying for peace of mind and safety would have been worth it. After ten minutes or less, the technician came in, told me I was fixed up and have a nice day. He didn't even have to bring the vehicle in the bay. I'm super pleased, and I will keep bringing my vehicles here. I do try to do what I can myself to try and save money, and prices everywhere kind of push me to do more than what I thought I could, but having a good backstop in Mayo just up the road from me is a comfort.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing service!!!!!! Every employee we had interaction with went the extra mile to help and make it a pleasant experience!!!!! Had our car in and out quickly!!!!! Will definitely use them for any of our vehicle needs and highly recommend using them.

my tire had a nail in it. so i decided to come to mayo. My father told me that they charged $12 a plug. They charged me $24 thats fine i dont really care as long as my tire is fine. 7 days later i am in a parking lot with a tire spewing air out the patch that they had "fixed". I will never come back and I will warn everyone I know in the future. One of the worst experiences ive had with a business.

husband took his car in for a simple diagnostic saturday morning. they didn t contact us all day, so we finally called them to check up on it. they said they would call us when it s been looked at. the airtag we had left in the car was moving down the road, so we figured they had started work for it. the shop finally closes, no call. and of course, they re closed the next day and our air tag isn t picking up a location. so we call monday morning when they open they still haven t even looked at it?????? idk how these people are open.

My car cut out and was having acceleration problems. Was charged $1000 to fix a fuel pump and also paid to run a diagnostic on it. Same issue a few days later. Dropped it off with instructions not to do ANYTHING without my go ahead. Well they went ahead and changed another part that also did not solve the problem. $1200 later and still have the same issue and new parts I did not give permission the install. Started reading reviews and it looks like they have done this to more then just me.

Well no matter where you go its always hard to find a reputable Mechanic shop. Well Mayo Autoworks is the shop for being reputable here in Central Texas for the Killeen area. These guys here treat you like you are a family member coming in to get your vehicle fixed. Awesome people and they most importantly do great work ..5 stars for sure.

This place is a total rip off. We took my mom s truck because the car cut off. We had the car towed to Mayo shop and they said it was a fuel pump and charged $1300. When we picked up the car the check Engine light was on. We asked the mechanic about the light and they came out to diagnose it again and he said he didn t understand what all the codes were and reset the codes. That night the truck cut off again. We had to have it towed the next morning and then they said it was a fuse. They charged $1300 and changed out a GOOD fuel pump for nothing but a fuse. They would not give us credit back on the $1300 for their mistake. This was our first time coming here and our last!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I did not have a choice to give them no stars or i would have. Anyway i bought a project vehicle that needed a engine, i already bought the engine that it needed. I called these people 3 different times and all 3 times they acted like they would install the engine i bought from a junkyard. I finally decided to go in person and talk to them. I told the receptionist the same exact thing. He said they will not install the junkyard engine that i bought. He said he will have to check to see if they will even install the engine, then they would look to find me one. It has been over a week and they still have not called to let me know whether they are going to do it or not.

DESERVE 0 STARS!!!! I called Mayo Auto repairs # 1 in Killeen and got a quote for my transmission cooler. I brought my car there the next day in the morning. I Received a call that the price went up to because the Condenser also needs to be replaced as well. I called Mayo Auto repairs # 2 and asked for the price including the Condenser and was quoted 589$ as well not more. I called Mayo Auto repairs # 1 back and ask why I was quoted more, and they had told me Mayo Auto repairs #2 probably didn't understand what you need the price is 900$.I believe the price went up because Jeep was charging me way more in the diagnostic that I gave Mayo a copy of and they tried to make more money. I picked up my vehicle and was charged 849$. The Mechanic waited for me to pay and then told me that he didn't finish the job! which was sneaky and wrong! I was tricked into paying and was then told the job was not finished! I would have not paid if I had known the job was not finished! Once I paid, I was informed that the transmission cooler was changed but no transmission fluid was put in because Mayo did not have the pump or tools to do so. This was part of the repair and was not done, it caused my car to overhead and turn off. I had to take my car back to Jeep and pay on top for Transmission fluid and a Transmission flush because there was no Transmission fluid in it. Jeep spoke to Mayo and Mayo said we didn't have the right tools. I asked the Manager for a refund or for them to pay Jeep the repair cost due to lack of service and I had to pay twice for their error, they refused to give me a refund and to have the Owner call me. Mayo should have never started a repair on my vehicle if they did not have the equipment . I should had received a call and been notified instead of being charged for a half job that caused my car to overhead. I want to warn others about the way Mayo does business and repairs!

Husband blew his tire on his way to work, put the donut on and drove to Walmart. Only needed a patch job done and was going to put the tire on himself in the parking lot. One hour passes by and he asked for a status update, was told it would be another hour before they got to it. For a 5 minute job.Came to Mayo, they pulled it in, patched it up, changed it for him. In and out within 15 minutes, only charged $20. I will NEVER go to Walmart again. 10/10 would recommend MayoService: Tires

Very positive experience at this location last week. They found an issue that was overlooked from a previous visit and they repaired it on their dime. Reese and Bernard were very helpful in keeping me in the loop with my vehicle. When I need vehicle maintenance again I ll be using them
