I have brought two of my vehicles here for state inspections. The customer service has always been excellent! Sandy, who performed my inspections, is amazing! She s friendly, provides FAST service, and provides quality service. I was in and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. I will be sure to bring all of my vehicles here annually.

I appreciate the excellent service. It wasn't over priced and wasn't an inconvenience. Customer satisfaction. I pray that their business thrives on with the success rate of quality that they have given not just to the community. The direct approach with what was needed is sufficient. The Mayo 2 team is the best that I've experienced with my vehicle matters. I would refer anyone to come to try their services and the environment is welcoming.

Took my vehicle in this morning to Mayo AutoWorks 2 on WS Young and Stan Schlueter to get my inspection done. Once again I dealt with Sandy. She was so friendly, sweet and welcoming. Just like my visits there before. I will continue to use this location for my vehicle needs and I highly recommend this location. Fast,easy and very friendly staff. Thank you Sandy for being so friendly to us today.

Sandy andCrystal explained everything whole procedure nicely and friendly, felt like my sisters were explaining to me!!I got my car fixed right away. Price was a lot better compared other company for same job!!This will be the place from now to take my Lexus from now on!Thank you so much!!

Luke Mayo & his team gave me the most excellent customer service care I ve ever received. From the front desk to the technicians, to include the owner, I was truly treated like a VIP customer. I was given updates from start to finish, and had a big job done in an extremely timely manner. I will forever be grateful for the treatment I received at Mayo Autoworks #2.

Mayo Autoworks #2 efficiently took care of the inspection for my registration renewal without the need for an appointment; I simply drove up and was on my way almost as soon as I settled down with a drink.Sandy was exceptionally polite, engaging, and guided me through the entire inspection/DMV process. Her efficiency was so impressive that I couldn't believe how quickly it was completed. She was one of the best customer service employee's I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'll definitely choose this place for all future inspections!

Javier and Crystal are top notch! Had my wife's van towed in because of overheating issues, before Javier looked into it, I was looking at dishing out 1300 for a repair that was misdiagnosed. Javier found a wiring issue and we were out the door and at a VERY reasonable rate! Thank you Mayo! Will be returning. The photo shows that they take pictures to document and update the customers which is a great service that is included.

After recently moving to TX from NJ I had to get inspected before registration could occur. Mayo Autoworks #2 got it done for me immediately (No appointment was required, just drive up), and it was done nearly as soon as I sat down to enjoy a drink.Sandy was super polite, engaging, and walked me through what the entire inspection/DMV process looks like. She was soo fast that I couldn't believe it was done so soon.I will be coming here whenever I need to get inspected!

Went there to get my car worked on thought I had enough time before my hair appointment. No worries Sandy at the front desk drove to me to Salon S so I could get my hair done and then came back to get me when I was done and then my car was done. It was above and beyond but greatly appreciated. Car is running great.

Came in for an inspection (trailer), and the people were VERY polite. Took care of what we needed in a timely manner.Ms. Sandy, especially, was a pleasure to deal with.Highly recommend.Will definitely return.

I don't normally leave reviews but from the customer service Crystal provided me today was Phenomenal. It is never an easy process when something goes wrong with a vehicle, but she made sure it easy by going above and beyond. I personally just want to say thank you for making everything so smooth.

Went in for a state inspection and I barely had time to sit down and enjoy my phone and they were done! Quick and easy and the ladies are amazing.

Worst service ever.1 . I went here for an oil change for the second time. The first time they charged me $38 without asking the price. And this time they charged me $198 for two vehicles ,the same vehicle as last time I did an oil change. So I complained about this , the counter said they got me synthetic oil.(but the synthetic oil is $78 per vehicle.) Then she gave me a $ 40 refund . They said it is synthetic oil,but the next service is after 3000 miles lol.2. After I got home I found oil leaking on my garage floor everywhere. Once I opened my hood oil everywhere. The mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on .So I went back to the shop to ask them to clean it. They seemed nice and said they would take care of it. After I took the car back home and found they only wiped the top not bottom .You can see the picture still has a lot of oil. I took more than an hour to clean it again,but still have a lot of oil on the bottom cover that I'm not able to reach.*Of course no refund

I went in for an oil change and Mrs.Sandy was so nice and made the interaction more enjoyable, She made my appointment and was so sweet to my daughter. She is very fast with servicing you and makes it known to greet you when you walk in

Top of class customer from Sandy at the front desk! She s helped me my last two visits. And Javier the technician made things simple to understand! I had issues with my BMW car starting, it was a simple fix with the car computer and Javier assured me that he stands by his work and if I had issues again to come back and he s get it resolved.

This business is terrible. Went in to fix my car, they simple wiped the check engine light off my dash and gave my car back after paying so much. My car drives worse now, went back to try to see what s going on the front desk ladies waited until they finished their conversation and whatever they were eating to talk to me. The front desk informed me there s nothing they can do because they claimed to be busy. This business is full of crooks that just want your money. Take your business else where and get your car fixed by people that actually know how to do their job.

Do not take your vehicle to this shop!! They had my vehicle for over 30 days then they had to town it to NYLE MAXWELL to get it looked at. Their mistake is now costing me an additional 2k after I paid them 7k!!! Never will I use this place again!!!! Run as far as you can!!!!! This is a car for my 16 year old and they made it even more dangerous for her to drive!!!!! Horrible customer service and communication!

Horrible I came in with power steering issues my car was 100% drivable when left there came back to pick it up after they appraised my vehicle and tried to make me pay an outrageous amount of money for them to fix the issue. When trying to take my car home it was no longer drivable my guess is they drained the rest of my power staring fluid out to make me get the job done with them. But nope no way I would rather waste 85 dollars on a tow than to deal with crooks. Would also like to add that my gas was noticeably lower when bringing my vehicle home. I bought my car bought in with a full tank and but upon picking it up I had about half a tank left. All in all bad business and you should look anywhere but this place to get your car fixed and I mean anywhere. A mobile mechanic from Facebook marketplace is a much better alternative than these guys who want to do nothing more than to rip us off. There s no way I d believe any of the 5 star reviews for these guys. If I could give them a 0 I most certainly would

I took my suv in for a wheel alignment, oil change and vehicle inspection and my visit was excellent. The staff was professional and friendly and they took good care of me and my vehicle in record time. Ik would highly recommend this business

Went into Mayo for a vehicle inspection; no appointment, and got in and out in about 10 minutes. They also informed me about a recall on my vehicle that I had not been notified about. Staff were very friendly and professional. I will continue to come here for my inspections and possibly other auto work.

I have been to mayoworks2 many times not once have I been greeted at the door receptionist always took her time to help me out but today I walked in to get an inspection done on my vehicle and as soon as I walked in Ms Sandy greeted me help me right away handled the inspection herself in a very timely manner all while having the biggest smile on her face exceptional customer service by far my best experience at mayoworks2Thank you so much Ms Sandy I really appreciate you
