Office personnel rude! Fixed ig national replaced window! Quote stated to repaint where we had to tape window since it sat in front of maaco for 2/3 weeks instead of inside there secure fence! With new ignition it's hard to start since repair was made! Phone calls go unreturned!

Do not under any circumstances use this shop. I took my vehicle in there and was told it would be ready by the end of the week. On Friday I called and got no answer but the phone rolled over to the main Maaco operator and I was told I would get a call back. No return call. This happened again the following week, twice. No call back. On Friday of the second week I reached the shop and they said it would be ready by Monday of the following week. So I went to get my vehicle the third week and it was parked out front. Immediately I noticed one of the three agreed upon sections of the car was not repaired. So I went inside and negotiated a price reduction since I wanted nothing to do with that place anymore. I paid the bill and got in the vehicle. The weather stripping was laying across the front seat. I went back inside and told them about it and someone came out and installed the weather stripping. I also noticed that the tape used to seal off the other areas of the vehicle was still on and then I noticed primer on one section of the vehicle that was not repaired - apparently from a bad tape job. So that remains on the vehicle since I cant get it off.This place is full of awful workers. Customer service is lousy, quality is lousy, and attention to detail is non existent.

Could not be more happy with the paint job that I got at Maaco in Killeen. I think it is all about expectations. I took in an old beater truck and these guys made it look like new! I wasn t willing to spend a fortune on a truck that I only bought for $2500 and so my expectations were low but these guys definitely exceeded them. They were great to work with and I now have a ride that everybody in town is gawking over! Would highly recommend talking to Ruben over at Maaco and get a quote because you might be surprised that it s actually very affordable to make your car or truck look great again.

Drop off two engine plastic hood panels off a 2007 H3 Hummer. Within 24 hours they were sanded, primed and painted. Great job great price (125 dollars) and great turn around. Thank you.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Took too long for repairs that should have been completed in six days. They had my vehicle from January 26th until March 10th. Constantly gave me the runaround about parts and repairs. They had not touched my vehicle by 8am March 10th. I saw it for myself. I picked it up at 5pm that same day. They fixed the body work/repairs in one day (after having it for six weeks). The insurance only paid for rental car for 30 days. I had to pay for the rental out of pocket for two weeks or be without transportation and that did not matter to them. I made several attempts in person to speak with the owner (Rudy) but he was never available and never gave me a call as I requested each time I went there. Bad business. Not very professional. I would not recommend Maaco to anyone!!!Service: Body & Trim

My son's vehicle is covered in orange peel, which is the best they could do! The entire vehicle looks like this... on a black car. This was after they were supposed to have wet sanded the vehicle to make it better. No change from the first look at it when he pointed out all of the mistakes. Someone did not do the proper prep work and the refuse to fix their mistake!

Ms Shantell (idk if thats how you spell it) but she was really nice . My paint job looks pretty good to me although, some of the plasitc pieces were halfway done and when i went back to ask them about it the painter guy toild me that it was going to come off eventually anyway because its on the plastic part so not to worry about (i later found out that it was true but that it is going to chip off and be ugly) they should have taken the car apart, which he told me would have costed more money (they didnt give me the option of even knowing it was going to be halfway done tho. The inside of my mirror pieces on the inside (not noticable really) were not glossed like i paid the extra money for and he told me its because his gun couldnt reach.. which i fail to see how that is my problem when thats what i paid for but hey what do you expect for the price i paid.... There was a sale going on 50$ off when i went in but at the time of the estimate i didnt have the coupon, non of them mentioned it when i was getting my estimate which i think was kinda messed up ya know, people spending they money with yal and yal didnt even mention the sale ya got going on.. but yeah, I would recomend it for something quick and reasonable but if you looking for A1 top of the line type job, i wouldnt just I really wanna see what my car would like this color, because i might change it later.Customer service 2.0.. Price for what you get 3.5... quality of service provided 4.0..

What a joke! Do not waste your time. Took my vehicle to this shop over a week ago and was promised my claim would be sent to the warranty copy. I was told twice it was. So I called the warranty company myself and they HAD NO RECORD OF A CLAIM FROM THEM. So Thanks Terrance for your professional behavior and also for being a HUGE LIAR.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Vehicle took 5 days longer than promised, rarely answer the phones, and did not keep me updated on progress or delays. I only found out after I left work and drove to the building. Managers did not apologize for their issues and just made excuses. I won t go back there for anything. Highly unprofessional staff.

I rate Maaco s service as -100/10- Poor communication.- Never answered the phone and I had to come inside the shop in person when I have questions.- Took longer to fix my car than what they claimed it will take.- Released my car with a broken windshield and didn t say anything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed to have a front bumper cover and driver side head lights replaced. The bumper also needed to be painted. The Maaco technicians gave me a reasonable estimate and were able to start right away. The repair was done in record time and my wife and I are extremely happy with the work performed. If you want you car back with missing pieces and paint everywhere then this is the place for you! This place was supposed to work on my bumper and side panel but decided to take apart my hatch lose a piece and then deny the action as well as get paint all over the inside of my car! They also leave you nice presents like razor blades, trash and the hardware to the missing pieces! Then when you bring it up they snatch it up say it s trash and throw it awayService: Painting

I do not recommend this place. Two days ago, I left my car for a paint service. The paint looks uneven, matte instead of shiny. They didn t buff the area. You can see some white spots on a black surface. The job was really really bad. I feel very disappointed. I didn t return to the place to complain about their bad job to avoid having an argument with them. But, you don t have to know about car painting to recognize what a bad job is.Update 07/17/22I found a few places in the fixed area that looks like if they have used sand paper but never polished the area! Definitely I don t recommend this place to anyone!!Service: Painting

Worst job I ever had done , payed over 300 dollars for my bumper to get fixed and got it back the exact same . They also took an extra week to not fix the issue . Terrible business , will never go back for sure .Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I don't understand why they don't put the emblems back on the vehicle as much money as they charge they can hire someone to do that.They don't pay attention to detail that when they made something dirty they don't clean itThey put your car emblems in the cup holders instead of a plastic bagThe windows were dusty from shopI mean on a scale of 1-10I would give them a 4.....I don't think they care ...Service: Painting

Took my car to get a rear window repair and glass and they kept in touch the whole step of the way. The prices were reasonable and they have gone above and beyond what they should do as a collision shop. Simply put, I want a refund. I dropped my vehicle off on June 21, 2021, and to be fair, I said to them, I m in no hurry, take your time and give me a great product, I usually drive my convertible in the summer anyway, today is September 12, 2021. I didn t get a cheap paint job, I purchased the top package for my car, I even paid for wet sanding and buffing after the full paint job. I have paid a total of 3496.00 when they called me to say it was complete. After further inspection I could see runs, scratches still present, and burn marks from the buffer. I also brought a new rear bumper to get painted and installed, upon inspection I noticed the bumper was not pushed all the way in. I was in disbelief at the discrepancies that were over looked. At this point, I m thinking about placing a stop payment with my bank on the money I have already paid, until I am completely satisfied. If they had a QA/QC department the issues I m seeing would not be seen by the customers. Instead of making excuses as to why the things I am noticing are there in the first place.

The two star is only for the initial customer service and the updates during the first week of the 3 weeks they had my truck. If the big bosses are reading this, I would love to hear from you or even better, show you the work that one of your businesses have done for hardworking paying customers like myself. I am sure that you would agree that the work done on my truck was not done by professionals or people who care about their work and the satisfaction of their customers. I am very unhappy and totally dissatisfied customer who feels like he has been messed over by a business that at one time I entrusted to take care of my vehicles based on past experience with them but at a different location. I could have chosen any other paint and body shop, on which is three minutes from my house, this business needs new management and better quality employees whom take pride in their work and is exemplified with the outcome of their work and continued customer service not only from the start of the job, but also throughout to the end.

This place doesn't want me to leave an honest review. For the sake of anyone who may be looking into bringing your car here unless you want to be without your car for 3 months, lose hundreds of dollars in rental cars, be lied to repeatedly then get your car back with scratches in newly replaced parts I'd look into bringing your car elsewhere. They also charged us $50 more than what we were promised they brought it down to. I am waiting on corporate to get back with me and will be taking legal action. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought in my excursion for a total paint color change. They said it would take a week but it took longer. I was ok with that because that meant they took the time to do it right. I had a few issues with it afterwards but when brought to their attention they quickly fixed my concerns. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that wanted their car painted. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I will never use or recommend them again. Completely unprofessional. They never called us back for updates and I constantly was given the run around and lied to. They had our car for almost 6 WEEKS. The excuse was they were missing a trim piece on the bumper that was not needed in order to pick up my car. They lied and said they couldn't locate one but WE ended up ordering it ourselves, it was found very easy online. I had to make 2 trips to the actual shop and the Mon of the 5th wk I demanded to see my car it hadn't been touched. When I demanded my car back by that Fri they rushed the night before and painted the car.The paint has dirt all under it and they painted over damage we paid extra to fix along with the hood that needed to be replaced was dented and the bumper was completely crooked so that the headlights were sunk in and sticking out on one side. Now we are finding out they used a random color that will be hard to match in the future. EXTREMELY upset and will never go back. We are looking into contacting whoever is in charge of the Killeen location. Absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE work and customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
