Service was done fast but estimated time was not known. So we kept going to and from the shop to check if vehicle was done since they said it was gonna be quick. Good customer service though and very good at explaining service they provide.

I walked in to get my vehicle inspected in order to renew my registration. The staff was courteous. I was pleasantly surprised at the very short wait time. The entire experience was uneventful. I would recommend getting service at this place.

Visited this place for an inspection. It was a little bit further then my regular place. But it was worth it. They were quick, polite and professional.I forgot to ask to get my tired filled in the initial contact.When I told them after, they were good with going back and doing it. I think I'm making this my regular oil change and service spot. Thank ya'll

Pure AWESOMENESS! Phenomenal customer service and very friendly staff--Everett was absolutely amazing! It's hotter than Hades, but he helped us out. He was great!Inside Kwik Lube, it is clean, cool, and comfortable. They offer ample seating and comfort while you wait for your vehicle. It is one of the best waiting areas I've visited.They are located at an ideal location and offer competitive prices for their services. I highly, highly recommend it!

Very professional staff. Extremely knowledgeable and always upfront and honest about prices and labor required for whatever job you need. They didn't pressure me into any additional maintenance for my car. Went in for a brake fluid flush and they took great care of my vehicle. Very clean and comfortable waiting area as well. I'll definitely return for any other maintenance my car needs!

Kalani and the crew working, I unfortunately don t know all their names who have worked on my truck, are always friendly and do a great job. I ve come here a few times now for oil changes, yearly inspections, and a differential service on my truck and they re always friendly. I have never had any issues with the services that they have performed and when there is a service recommendation, like any other mechanic shop there are going to be things that are recommended by them, they re never pushy about it but do let me know about it. I recommend for anyone looking for a dependable place to go to come here.

I had a wonderful experience today! I came in today with my kids desperately needing an oil change. The waiting area was clean and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, and they explained to me all of the other services my car was due to have, WITHOUT being pushy. The service was done efficient and done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!Service: Transmission

These folks are GREAT. Honest and reliable when it comes to your vehicle s needs. Never pushy nor do they beat around. They simply give you your recommended maintenance needed with a thorough report and are very good when it comes to time with your property.

I started coming here after my last regular shop closed down. For the past three years now they've done amazing work. They listen to my concerns and can prioritize services based on my budget at the time. They recommend the appropriate service without trying to upsell you on unnecessary things you don't need. Very friendly staff, convenient location, very comfortable waiting area and they're open on Sundays! I went to the Clear Creek shop and the oil change was really quick and I appreciated the detail they went to into the other services they offered. I have a different vehicle that might need some of those other services and would definitely consider bringing it. First time coming to Kwik lube, I usually take my car to the Nissan dealership however I have a family emergency and need to go somewhere that I can trust with my vehicle. I came right in and was met with friendliness and professionalism. I was even quoted a price for my service before starting which is a plus for me. No one likes surprises. The lobby is clean and very spacious. I like that I can sit and wait instead of dropping my car off. I would recommend coming to Kwik Lube to have a professional experience. The man who did my safety check was rude and tried to upsell me on removing my tint even though it was fully within the legal limit. I went to the Valvoline in Cove and they passed me with no issues. Would not recommend using this place for safety inspections.

Took my vehicle there for inspection and they failed me because of the window tints when I already had an inspection done there last year with the same tints!! I went to a different place and it pass with no problem they even told me that my tints are 2% over the limit!!
