Worst place I've ever had to deal with, the lady there is extremely rude with no motivation to do her job, there was also a tall man that was not Profesional at all, hes walking around yelling at people like a crackhead. I went in to get my inspection done and they failed me saying my car was leaking power steering fluid, I've owned my car for 2 years and never had to add any fuild because I have no leaks whatsoever, then the lady decided to sit there and argue with me and just shoo me away, this place is so depressing, Noone has any motivation there or the will to want to do anything. I went down the street and called corporate then got my car inspected in less than 5 min at the place down the street.

I accidentally stripped my oil pan drain bolt ...Kwik lube removed my strip drain bolt ,and replaced it, with one I had bought to replace it with during oil change.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here to get my car inspected and the woman that was working instructed me to pull up to the bay area and then started yelling instructions at me to turn my blinkers on, windshield wipers etc. I never exited my vehicle or even put it in park the entire time she was inspecting my vehicle. She then comes up to my driver side window after maybe 30 seconds of inspecting my vehicle and tells me that my rear brakes were metal on metal and she couldn t pass my inspection without replacing them that day.Confused, I asked her if this is how she conducted all state inspections because her process and protocol of performing this inspection is different than any previous experience I had ever had at any other state inspection site. She tells me yes and reiterated to me that my brakes were metal on metal and that it was crucial to get them fixed. I told her that I had just previously had work done on my car less than a month ago and they had told me everything else on my car was fine and the only thing that needed to be replaced was my serpentine belt. I also told her my brakes had not been squeaking, grinding, or making any concerning noises.She rolls her eyes at me and again tells me that my brakes were metal on metal and they had to be fixed because my car would not pass inspection.I left and went to a different place a little further in Copperas Cove, and guess what, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes and my vehicle passed inspection with zero concerns or issues.Do not go here.

Take away the one star! I am LIVID. Oil change last week, and I get home and my instincts tell me to look under the car and I see that my OLD filter is still there! I go back, they replace the filter and apologize, but after I left they called me back immediately to " check everything" . That spooked me. I've noticed a spot of oil on my driveway so I crawled under my car, lowered the shroud and grabbed the oil filter only to find that IT WAS LOOSE!! I TURNED IT SIX TURNS TO TIGHTEN IT UP!!if that vibrated lose, all my oil would have dumped out and seized my engine!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP !!!!!Service: Oil change

This place gives out fake inspections for cars that have never been there at all. Neither one of my cars have been there yet one was inspected then the idiot used the wrong Vin # ....

Arrived at 8:45 to have my car inspected. I was told the inspector was running late and would be in 15 minutes. So I waited. At one point there was 4 others waiting in line. The only person there was changing oil on 2 cars at the same time. At around 10 I asked the only guy there on when the inspector would be there. His reply was that The inspector should of been there already. I replied that I know, that he should of been here an hour ago. The person then started yelling at me about how he could do nothing and that the guy was running late, and it was not his fault. I do not take well to being yelled at. So I left and went to Valvoline Instant Oil change instead. Much better service at the other place. Kwik is very unprofessional, understaff, and people just show up when ever. When I passed by Kwik on the way home after the inspection at Valvoline, there was still no inspector. I suggest going somewhere else where you get treated with respect and they want your business.

I went in for an inspection and they were great, in fact they were so great as to point out a price difference in a part that I needed but I went ahead and got it from them anyway! This place always seems to have people that are on the ball and no it's are doing and very very courteous

Quick and easy service. The guys were friendly and efficient! I pulled in for an oil change and state inspection, and everything was done in less than 15 minutes. The employees brightened my day with their friendly banter. They really seemed to take pride in their work. I will be returning for any services and need! Thanks!

I love this place very respectfully fast and detailed job. We had another issue with our car they let us know and gave us a price that I could not believe and then finished the job before I could say how long. Great place . Thanks for all your hard work.

As an ex-employee of this shop I would not recommend to go because they will overcharge you and if they brake something on your car they will make it look like it was old or all ready broke and sometimes they won't change your oil filter

Im moving out of town and sad to let this shop go! If your vehicle is like your baby this is the place to go. Its a very warm environment. Everyone is super friendly and understanding. I went in on an emergency repair and they even gave me a ride home while they fixed my vehicle. Pricing is always fair as well. I have come in three times now, and I would highly recommend using them. The first time it was just for a state inspection. But they advised me I should get my fuel injectors cleaned. I did not heed their advice, and 4 months later my check engine light came on, 3 of the 4 cylinders were misfiring! I took it to the dealership to have them do the service, but they told me the car shouldn't need it done yet (2012 Kia). They were going to charge $100 just see if there was an issue! Then the labor/parts on top of that. Plus, they argued with me that it did not need to be done.So I brought it back to Kwik Lube. The service here is excellent, fast and courteous. Kwik Lube only charged $70 for everything! My car runs great now and no check engine light. I will come here now for all of my basic maintenance. I am always treated with respect, and I believe they have their customers best interest in mind.

I came here for an oil change. I pulled into bay number two and the mechanic helper asked what kind of oil i need. I told him, fully synthetic. I stayed in the car the whole time while my dash cam was recording everything. I seen the mechanic helper spray something into the engine oil fill hole. I don't know what it was. 10 minutes later, the mechanic came and looked at the engine for a while then came up to the driver side window to tell me that my transmission fluid looked "yucky" and I needed new fuel injectors. I did not need fuel injectors and I keep the transmission fluid and filter regularly serviced.During the time in the shop, I seen the mechanic helper pour oil in my car using a dirty container. He claims that the oil change was done but when I checked my oil a few hours after leaving the shop.. I let my vehicle sit for 3 hours because the oil will make its way to the oil pan. The oil is still black. The oil still smells like used oil. Clean oil is supposed to have an amber colour to it and it doesn't have a pungent smell. I suspect they didn't service my vehicle instead to top it off with their oil and claim they done the job.The whole process took less than ten minutes for $67. Do not go here. I will be filing a claim against them.

Everybody giving positive reviews. Check your oil filters make sure they replaced it. They are nice people but they take shortcuts and that's not right because filter change is included.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They used to be great but I got some new jerk of a manager, who is a total scam artist! He charged me for things he never did or used. He said he ran tests and diagnostics to figure out why my ac wasn't blowing cold air anymore. That was over $150. He said it was just low on freon and he put some in so it should work fine. He put in 2 lbs and charged us $60 a pound. 5 minutes driving away and the ac was no longer cold. My husband had a friend at work he knows a lot about ac units. He and my husband got some items from Walmart for $30 and were able to diagnose that there was a leak. This was a test we were charged over $100 for that clearly was not done. My husband and I went back to question the manager who worked on the vehicle. We explained what happened and noted our receipt. He said "too bad." At that point we asked for a refund. I stated that we were obviously charged for things he didn't do, and price gouged on the freon as it is typically $30 a lb. He stated screaming at us saying we can get our money back when he gets his freon back (as that was empty now too from the leak he never tested for). I told him he could go filter it out of the air since it all leaked out in his shop and that I was calling an police to file a report on this. He immediately changed his tone, but not his attitude, and gave us our money back. The guy who manages this place is a crook and I will never return here. I was a loyal customer and the mechanic I used to always have, ALWAYS did a great job. It is a shame they put this criminal in charge.**Update/Point of information** this is the correct store and location. This event happened a few months ago, but google only just prompted me to review it today. I wrote management a while back when this happened, with no response. I have emailed the person who replied below informing them of this, and am waiting on their response.***Final Update*** the store recently took over new ownership. The manager who acted this way is allegedly no longer there. The GM who contacted me let me know the new ownership happened in May and have since replaced all of the staff and renovated some of the shop. He was very responsive and helpful in his emails.

Got my alingment done for $55 out the door.. This shop is under new ownership and boy can you tell the difference. Prices are very reasonable. The place looks much better. Workers are very pleasant. They were a little slow so the let me watch them do the alignment. Explained everything to me. Oil changes are synthetic blend shell and are priced low. $19.99 can't beat that for name brand oil.

Called and was told an oil change was $35 dollars. Went in was asked what type of oil I normally use, Said Mobil 1 he said good that whats we have. I did not know and was not told that automatically means synthetic and was not told that so I did not expect the up charge. Once inside after my car was in the bay, a tech came in an with a very serious tone said "sir, I need to see you." I followed him to my car where he told me told me I needed a break system flush because my fluid was brown, also injector cleaning was needed. Funny thing, I just watched a serious on YouTube about this and everything he said was exactly what the shops on the series were saying and then they did non of the extra work. I only did the oil change but it ended up costing me $96 because I did not say non-synthetic. Very unhappy with the whole experience and will never go back or recommend to anyone I know. Big time scam. Oh, and the prices on the board are 2 yrs out of date and the guy laughed when I told him the bill was over $30 more than the posted prices. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I walked in 5:30 p.m during operating hours and was told earlier to come back for an inspection. I walk in and tell the man I'm here for the inspection. Man says " sorry bud we are closed!". I tell him the sign says 6:00 p.m is when operation shuts down. Man says well its 5:45 p.m and lies to me. I tell him its 5:35 p.m man says well not my problem should of been here sooner. Other employee smirks and has his feet kicked on the counter. I'm an honest hard working man and expected the man to check my new tires which is the reason I was it didnt pass the first time. Tires are all changed and brand new cant take 1 min to check. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I've come 3 times the first time the owner turned me back and wasted our time. I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO IT IT IS THE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.

These people are just Really Polite and Professional, I went there close to 5 pm on a Friday, I didn't have to wait but 2 or 3 and was able to get my high mileage oil change and state inspection done so quickly. Thisnis my 2nd time here and I will be back even though I have many places closer to my house then this one but the customer service is really on point here and I would drive a few extra minutes to come here the next time I need to get my oil changed! Thank you for showing great customer service!

So I initially wrote an amazing review for these guys on 8/24/19 because they went above and beyond to get my AC fixed and oil changed which they didn t have to do and I am incredibly grateful. Tony and OT were very helpful at that time.Now....I am going to amend this because it doesn t seem they checked my antifreeze so now I am stranded in Tennessee since my check engine light has come on and I have to wait for my car to cool off before I can put any in. If I pay a facility over $630, I expect the results to be up to par. I spoke to Tony who was the acting manager but he was entirely useless in assisting, telling me not to be rude and well that wasn t my job. I didn t do that , when I am literally stranded at a truck stop as a lone female, moving across the country and just need answers as to what s going on with my car. OT, the real manager, called and told me he checked everything and my car must be leaking or burning coolant yet it hasn t had any issues until now. Very disappointed in this situation and thanking god that I had the sense to pull over immediately before my engine overheated and I was completely screwed. OT is very nice and helpful but I don t really believe that this was checked or if it was, it wasn t filled or I wasn t notified. He acknowledged that he knew I was moving 1400 miles away away so my car being in good condition was incredibly important. I m disappointed because everything else had gone very smoothly with these guys and I would have been a repeat customer if I wasn t moving.

Staff is VERY professional and friendly. They have no problem explaining exactly what s going on and how it affects your car.They also work with you on the price and provide coupons! I needed an oil change and inspection. Thought I was going to be there at least 40 minutes...they had me out of there in less than 20 min.!! The staff were excellent and knowledgeable...even replaced my air filter which I knew was up for replacement! Thanks guys...you all were great!

(Aug 2013)I HIGHLY recommend this place. The men that run this shop are very friendly. The mechanic who worked on my car was named Dan. He replaced what he initially thought was the problem. Turned out, it was the throttle body itself that was bad. He drove to the ford dealership, and picked up a new one. Instead of charging me full price for the part, and even labor. He took responsibility for not fixing it correctly the first time. He charged me %50 of what Ford charged him for the throttle body, and even waived labor costs. I'm only 21, and have very limited experience when dealing with mechanics. It would have been so easy for him to take me around the block, and have gotten much more money out of me. Everyone's biggest fear is getting screwed by their mechanic. But these guys make sure that their customers leave feeling more than satisfied. As long as I'm stationed here. This will be the place that has my business.

Very unprofessional took my 2010 Dodge Journey here and it came back with a hole in my seat rat droppings on the floor and rat piss every where.The manager answer was I will see what I can do.I will be filing a civil suit because this is unacceptable.Do not take your vehicle here worst ever. 3500 overpriced job cost me more than a fix now need detailing and upholstery to my leather seats.

I did a walk in vehicle inspection for my registration. It cost $7 and took no more than 10 minutes from pulling up to driving away. Friendly service. I would definitely recommend!

My dear friend went there and got something broken on his vehicle. Instead of fixing the issue they made excuses saying parts were worn out, and It s a 2016 vehicle.My friend and his wife said they heard it when it happened, the mechanic admitted to it, and they still didn t assist in repairing the vehicle and tried to act as fixing their mechanical issue was a courtesy. I dislike how they treated my friend at their business and I don t believe I will ever go there, if they can t hold their self responsible for damaging my car
