I purchased my vehicle here, and have had it serviced here as well. Each time I have made an appointment for an oil change it has taken over 3 hours. Recently I ve had issues with my vehicle saying travel assist unavailable. I was originally told my vehicle could be diagnosed the same day of my appointment. After being rescheduled twice, I was now called and told I could most certainly come and drop off my car, but it would not be diagnosed for another 8 days. I do not have a local dealer, but I will be going elsewhere. This is absolutely unacceptable that everyone is on completely different pages. I will not be returning to this location for any future service.

What a great experience for VW Killeen. From Brandon our sales rep, to Anthony GM, to Angel our finance manager. Seamless experience that got lifetime customers. 3 cars bought with these 3 wonderful people. Thanks Brandon for a great experiemce.

Long story short, I called about a concern on my vehicle that was recently serviced there. I was told a manager would call me and never recieved a call back. This is not how you treat a customer and service member. I do not recommend anyone getting their vehicle serviced and vw/ford/hyundai killeen.

Another fantastic service experience. Our Passat needed a repair under warranty. Again Bridget was 10 out of 10. She clarified the issue, got my part in quickly and then set up the repair visit. I was in and out early and there was not a single "hitch", which is so rare in the world these days. Our 2019 Passat feels, looks and runs like new because of the expert service at Killeen VW. Bridget is the best!!!!!

Purchase a new vehicle, my salesman and his manager was awesome, great customer service, service beyond expectations..they are patient, considerate,professional and well aware. I couldn't say No.

Good first impression. Had the 50,000 mile service and it took a little longer in the shop - but that's okay. Had new tires so I requested wheel alignment and there was additional work needed there. As a waiting customer I found the sitting area comfortable and the coffee good! I'm sure the next checkup will be in Killeen.

Kayla is awesome! She is super friendly and super knowledgeable I will definitely be taking my car there anytime there's an issue... I'm honestly not ever going anywhere except the actual Volkswagen dealership from my Volkswagen Jetta from here on!!!

My service rep's name is Corey and he was very professional. He made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with him; as I had just gotten it. He kept me in the loop and every few days he'd contact me about the progression of my vehicle and let me know approximately when the vehicle would be ready. The only issue that I had was with another service rep, Steven Duran. He approached me and asked for my number so to send me the correct size of my tires so I could fit rim skins on them. However, after leaving the Volkswagen building, he started a casual text, as if we knew each other or had a close rapport. He made me feel very uncomfortable when he told me that he was waiting for an invite to my sunroom. I thought that was bold, weird and stupid, especially coming from a married man. It was inappropriate. I didn't even entertain his comment because I seriously wanted to curse him out. Other than that hiccup, my service was great.Service: Auto maintenance

This dealership Sadly is going backward since the new owners. The price for a simple oil change over $100 is crazy. They charge $25 extra to rotate your tires. They did run it through a car wash, but it doesn't really do much.

I was on my way to killeen for a visit. My passat started shaking when I pressed on the gas. I brought it straight to the dealership on a Friday evening and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue on Saturday so I could return to work on Monday! I'm very pleased with that process, however I'm not impressed with volkswagen over all. I had this issue at around 50,050 miles. This is 50 miles outside of the warranty so I had to pay for this expense out of pocket, it was almost 900.00. I dont know if it is a volkswagen thing that they start to break right when the warranty is void, but based on this experience, I doubt I'd buy another one at this point!

The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. The waiting area is built for comfort. The provide free breakfast, snacks and beverages. You can wait in the beautiful Cafe and movie room. The staff is very friendly. They have an App that keeps you updated on where your car is in the process of being serviced and a staff member informs you when you're vehicle is ready. I would like to thank my service coordinator Kayla she kept me informed of all issues, and what was to be expected. I'm 76 years old and live in Temple. They were so kind and considerate and my wait was actually pleasant in their beautiful lounge. Everyone was was polite and helpful. They were busy but still got the car out in a reasonable amount of time. The new ownership seems to take customer service more seriously, as the service I just received was great. What I would like to say is to anyone that owns a 2019 and or newer volkswagen. even after the free services that you receive for oil change as a Auto Tech myself I would suggest that you would still take your vehicle to Volkswagen for your oil change for at this time they are the only one that has the oil that is prescribed for your vehicle if you come to my shop I myself would not change your oil because I would not want to interfere with your warranty have a wonderful day and enjoy your VolkswagenServices: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
