Service advisors are professional and courteous but the communication was very poor. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:45 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I received an email in the early afternoon stating that there were some recommended additional services. I accepted one of them but it did not get completed and did not hear from my service advisor regarding any recommendations.

I rarely give ratings to anyone , but this level of neglect and unprofessionalism from the service advisor, the mechanic/ laborer, or whoever else was beyond my comprehension . I visited this Ford Service Center 3 months ago to install my truck s bed cover. Even if I had an appointment , I waited over two hours with no word from the advisor ( May be wasn t her best day). Finally, they handed me over my truck, but the bedcover looked crooked, and they still charged me over $100 after waiting for hours check pictures for yourself!! This advisor and the mechanic were terrible (they know who they are). Very bad experience at all. I hope nobody else will get this type of treatment whatsoever.. Peace!!!

Service advisor Henry is kind and courteous, knowledgeable, the oil change and tire rotation service is fast for my F150, waiting area is clean and comfortable with free breakfast. I highly recommend this service center and look for Henry.

I ve been taking my car here since 2020 and their prices have been increasing a lot it seems every time I come here. Today I was told $186 to do an Oil change on a Mustang??? They completely lost my business and the service manager seemed extremely rude like he did not care I was leaving, If you enjoy spending unnecessary money come here. But I recommend calling around they will be cheaper than this place.

I had forgotten about important recall work needed on my car before cross country trip and was able to get an appointment within just a couple of days. Danielle was extremely helpful and pleasant on drop off and pick up. Both shuttle drivers were also kind and friendly. The work was done in one visit instead of two which was a nice bonus. This is a wonderful place for service. I have also had nothing but good experiences in the past on a variety of vehicles.

Very happy with the service and experience so far, my 18 ford raptor went in for warranty work, i received a loaner quickly as soon as parts came in, my truck was repaired in a few days by Ricardo a top notch ford technician, Lennon and Henry made the whole process seamless, will be back for business again soon!

All of my previous experience was good. This time not so much. I was not kept up dated on vehicle status, I called but never got a call back. Also on the technician summary, they wrote that the vehicle was test driven for 15 min, but the APEX protect show the vehicle only move one mile. The tech also imputed mileage in at 28920 and mileage out at 28971, when received my vehicle the mileage was 28922.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I purchased my Bronco a little over a year ago at this location and earlier this year the 4x4 and GOAT modes stopped engaging. I took my Bronco in twice to have warranty work done and the couple of initial parts installed did not fix the problem. By this point, I was frustrated. Not with the techs but at the fact that I could not use my Bronco for its intended purpose and driving from Georgetown to Killeen isn t ideal having to do often.I decided to speak with the Service Manager Lennon. I have to start out by saying he is extremely polite and patient. He allowed me to voice my concerns and frustrations without interrupting me. He listened and even brought out one of the lead techs so that I could explain the issues. Lennon, as one supervisor to another, you re doing a great job with your team!Alicia had been my service advisor since day one and I have nothing but great things to say about her. Her attention to detail, constant communication and amazing customer service is the reason why I will continue to trust Killeen Ford with my vehicle. Thank you Alicia for being amazing. Continue being the hard worker that you are as it doesn t go unnoticed.I ended up having to leave my vehicle with them and they gave me a loaner. Excellent service experience start to finish, parts needed to be ordered and painted prior to installation, communication was great and they kept me informed with every step. From the initial inspection even down to the final invoice and payment they made the process quick and easy! Their customer services sucks. No communication at all with the advisor so I finally call to speak to a manager I get Lennon who stands in my face and lies to me. Finally weeks after getting the car back they supposedly fix my brake booster and vacuum line states that the breaks work. Well I get the car and sometimes the breaks work sometimes they go all the way to the floor sometimes you can even push them at all. So call Lennon back and he says bring the car in this evening it will be the 1st car in line in the morning. I wait and wait no call so I call for them to tell me oh it will be Tuesday before your car is even looked at. I would not recommend this place to anyone and as soon as they fix the problem they caused mine will damn sure never see this place again

I took my only form of transportation, my 22 F150 in for a few recalls and a more specific problem, a very rough idle at 900 RPM. After keeping my truck for a week they failed to fix the rough idle issue. I guess the Ford dealership doesn t respect its customers enough to do a once and done service. Took my truck in for regular service. The Ford rep. Billy assisted me and he was a friendly and professional with me and my wife. My truck also had some minor recalls so they were taken care of. Service was fine that day and Billy kept in contact with me to let me know when the truck was done. Went to pick it up and again Billy made things easy and walked me to my truck to make sure everything was taken care of. I have used Killeen Ford service for years and I get good service.Service: Oil change

Needed a part to be replaced due to a recall. Made an appointment super easily. Accidentally came in a week early due to my own mix up. They still took care of me that day with amazing customer service and great uplifting attitudes. My repair was done in a timely manner and I m very satisfied with my service here. My vehicle has been in the shop with Ford three times once to replace the transmission second it to replace the motor mount and now it s in the shop for some unknown reason the first time my vehicle went in the shop they had my vehicle for almost 2 months the second time my vehicle went into the shop. They had my vehicle for two weeks Each time their customer service is poor they don t answer the phones they don t respond to phone calls or the text message system that they set up. It is the only place within 30 miles that can work on my vehicle. I honestly don t know why it s so hard to answer the phones or give a clear answer as to what is going on with my vehicle. I just wish I knew somewhere else to take my car.

My experience could NOT have been better! Salesman Thomas Farmer & financial officer Mr Shannon and their teams went above and beyond to make sure of that. Thomas was very knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz and answered the questions I had promptly. Mr Shannon & team quickly offered options to fit our budget and get us the vehicle we wanted. We all came agreed on the terms & I drove away in this reliable vehicle. I have since told everyone I encountered about Killeen Hyundai and their great staff and service.

The overall experience was decent. Takes a long time to do anything though. Expect to drop off vehicle and not have it for a week if it s anything other then an oil change. I lost the key to my 2018 Ford Escape. I am visiting from Ohio, so getting a replacement was vital. Billy Stillson and the staff from Killeen Ford was very helpful in getting a new key and programming the fob. The website to get the code for cutting the key was not connecting (for 3 days) through no fault of the dealership. Billy kept me updated every day and they were finally able to get the code. The shuttle service provided by the dealership was very appreciated. I would recommend Killeen Ford to anyone needing service for their vehicle.

Please DO NOT COME HERE! Drive all the way to Temple please. Where do I even start?Courtney is a service advisor and is not good at contacting back. Lennon is the service manager and lied saying that they confirmed the fix before I drove it away. When he was the one who said to drive it home and then if the problem was still occurring, bring it back. I did. I paid $2400 to have my vehicle fixed and it is not fixed. On top of that there are other issues that have come about since being repaired and I was actually told to take it to another shop because they don t know what to do anymore and they would cover any repairs. Then after taking it to another shop, who needed to contact them about the referral, these people have hung up and deferred all calls. At the end of the day, I just wanted my money back so I can move forward elsewhere and this shop won t even do that. They also asked us to not come back after they sent us to another shop. These people are horrible at customer service.The person who was in charge was named Bob and no longer works there and I m not sure if what the new supervisor, Nick, is saying is true but he was very rude saying after having a conversation with you, I can see why you were asked to not come back when I never raised my voice or spoke out of character. Please don t deal with them. You, as a paying customer, deserve better.Let me also add that on Thursday, April 6th, two days after bringing my car back like Lennon asked, if was sitting in the lobby for over an hour waiting to speak with Lennon. I called the service number to speak with him over the phone to see if he would answer, and they said he was in a meeting, when he was actually sitting at his desk.There is so much turnaround in who works here that you won t be able to have someone consistently help you. Also, when messages are translated, they tell different stories.Edit after Company response: I m writing this response as I sit in my car with it on 85 degrees and blowing cold air still. All I m asking is to please refund me my money for the repair that was never done.Service: A/C installation & repair
