This was hands down the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I walked in, told them exactly which car I wanted, got a great deal on it, and left with it within 2 hours. And one hour was used for me to find insurance and for them to detail the car for me and fill it with gas. I strongly advise anyone car shopping in the Killeen-Austin area to go to them instead of anyone else. They can t be topped.

A lot went wrong when purchasing my used vehicle from here. They never detailed the car, they didn t even bother to do so when my fiance took it back in, all they did was run it through the car wash. Before this happened they insisted we had purchased another car and put us in the wrong vehicle for a week. The vin numbers on the plate, vehicle and insurance didn t match up. We finally got the car we purchased because Valerie (?) realized nothing in the paperwork matched up. A less than okay experience with this place.

I went in to look at a few cars and Janice helped me with everything, made sure I was taken care of and that I got to look at all the cars I wanted to. Janice was the nicest person and very helpful the whole time. Don t think I would have bought the car if it wasn t for her helping me.

We arrived from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle. We agreed on a price, mo. payment, interest rate and signed the paperwork to move forward. After 4-5hrs of this process, we got to the extended warranty part of the process. The warranty terms were $3600.00 total cost, Plus a $200.00 deductible. (This is ridiculous, FYI!) We told them that this was too much and we'd just like to purchase the vehicle on the agreed terms w/o the warranty. They said that because we refused their warranty, Bank of America (BoA) wouldn't accept the rate of 7.9% and the rate would jump to 9.8%. They said that this is what BoA is mandating. False! - We called BoA to confirm. They will be reporting this, as it's illegal and unethical to do so! The other thing that is really shady is that they will charge you $3000.00 if you attempt to use your own financing! We will also be reporting our experience with the Better Business Bureau. If you do business with this dealership, just know that they WILL NOT be transparent with as they try to suggest. They WILL do everything to get you to sign a contract that will cost you far more than the price that's been advertised.Buyer Beware!! This is NOT the place for your new/used vehicle, trust me!

I was very pleased with the service and atmosphere when my wife and I went in shopping for cars. The sale rep, Darryl, was very professional and did an excellent job when we told him our best case wish of purchasing two cars. He helped us secure financing for both vehicles at a good APR for us.

Total Scam! I spoke to the Manager Angela about a minivan they advertised on their website for $18,300. Since I live 2 hours away and had a newborn in the hospital for 17 days, I didn't want to waste a trip. I spoke to Angela and told her I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle and she said that wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived ready to purchase the vehicle they told me the price was almost $25,000 if I didn't use their financing. The best price they could give me after explaining my conversations with the Manager was $23,000. Almost $5,000 more than they advertised on their website!!! Please avoid this place! They are shady and dishonest. The only reason they have good reviews is because they pay $50 for a review if you buy a car from them. If you look at other 1 star reviews you will see many others that had the same experience.

Called to check on a car if it was still available to see. The sales person on the phone told me it was and made an appointment to see it within an hour. The drive was 35 minutes and made it earlier than our appointment only to find out that it was not available. They claim somebody came in with cash and sold it 30 minutes prior from our arrival. I call this a shady business. What are the odds they sold this car 30 minutes from the time I called to see the car. Don t waste your time dealing with this people. Shady business!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars!

I saw the ad on Facebook that they were doing this blowout sale! Most times I would just keep scrolling, but, something about them... It just felt different! I took a chance and responded to their ad. I told them, be straight up with me! I don't like surprises! Is everything on this ad exactly what you say it is? They assured me it was! I made sure to read all the details too! So when I tell you, this place is the real deal!!!!!!! I admit, my situation was a bit tricky, but they jumped through every hoop, climbed every mountain, went to the lowest depths, and swam across every sea to get me a car! The blessing is, what I walked away with was above and beyond what I was thinking of! Everybody, I mean EVERYBODY was nice! Everybody looked attractive and professional. They all went way above and beyond expectations! If you ever come across this dealership, RUN, don't walk there ASAP because they will give you a great deal! I'm extremely happy! They took the stress out of car buying. I highly recommend them!

I originally left happy with my purchase; but after truly reading the paperwork, I am unfortunately realizing I was scammed.1) I was hesitant to sign on the original deal presented to me so the general manager, Dylan, came and presented me with a better offer. Although, I would get them to write everything out in detail because word of mouth is not a thing here. When we asked the loan officer about the length being extended for 84 months rather than the spoken 72 with the general manager, we were told, he doesn t remember that. In addition to that, re-reading my contract at home made me turned off by the fact that my total was supposed to be $21,000 but somehow ended up being $29,000 with additional fees I did not consent to. These additional fees need to be presented to the consumer so they may make a decision, you cannot present it as something that is included in pricing by adding it to the original cost.2) When I initially took the vehicle for a test drive, I could smell lingering smoke even though I had a medical mask on due to being congested. I asked the dealer, Carlos, if the previous owner was a smoker, but he stated that the car fax demonstrated they weren t. Again, something that I should have better investigated but the lack of integrity is an huge issue for me. When I went to drive my car today, my husband informed me how he could suddenly smell the lingering cigarette smell I was concerned about.3) Overall, I do love the car but the lack of integrity and due diligence really left me uncomfortable about this dealership and their practices. The service was average, the dealers were okay. But if the previous owner did smoke, the correct thing to do is disclose that to me and allow me as a buyer to make a conscious decision. Really really disappointed. Hope others have a better experience.

We came prepared with what we were looking for and the dealership was very accommodating to answer all questions we had. Jazzmine was incredible to work with as well and didn t mind running all over the lot to grab the cars for us. They had several car options at great prices. Only downside, plan on at least 3 hours for all review and processing.

Went in to see a car I saw online. Chevy Equinox. When they brought me a different Equinox that had higher mileage I had mentioned that wasn t the car I came in for. But was told pictures look different online by color. Okay. Sat down talked with a nice guy told him my credit score (cause I been to a previous dealership where they pulled my credit). Was told I have to do a hard pull and if I went anywhere else it wouldn t hurt my credit within 2 business days. So I allowed it. Long story short was told the lady that sold them the car they gave her too much for it .. was that my problem No! Then got me down to my number on what I would agree to pay a month but said they had to change the price of the car! Be smart guys and careful. Manager came out because I did say it was shady and he had an attitude about me saying that. I need to know the price of the car and for y all to say y all jacked it up to help me my affordable car note that I could make I was upset. Hell yes. I know my credit isn t that great and I ll be paying more to apr percentage rate before it touched the note unless I pay more, which was my plan. But to raise the price of a 2015 Chevy equinox with 87,000 miles from $12k to $14k then more??? Yes I could have had that vehicle, was it worth it??? Hell no. I felt my time was wasted and I left upset but head held high on my knowledge about cars. Got 2 calls a voicemail and texts today asking if I am still interested. After I walked off upset? Don t even try and waste numbers and my time. Don t waste your time here. Sorry I thought would be short but I hope y all pay attention to these things!

An absolutely terrible experience. Purchased a car from here and was told it would be ready in a few days because the windshield was broken. A couple days later, I received a call from my sales guy Darryl and was told that the car did not pass the inspection because of electrical issues and they could not sell me the car. This was very sketchy and upsetting to me because it is an illegal breach of contract to sell someone a car that is not fully functioning. They could have just been honest by saying they weren't sure yet if they could sell me the car, but they made it seem like the only problem was the broken windshield and nothing else. My sales guy Darryl acted like he was a Saint by not selling me the car and saying, "I don't do business like that" when in reality, I should not have been sold the car in the first place if you weren't sure it was 100% ready. They gave me a slight discount on another car, which was nice, but was told it would be ready on the day I went to sign the papers. That was in fact another lie as it was not ready until 5 day later. Did not receive any updates from the dealership until the day before it was finally ready. Then on the day of, Darryl text me, "Car ready bro" which i found very unprofessional. When I went to pick up the car, Darrell tried to act like the good guy again by saying he wanted to make sure everything was right with it and that he, "filled it up with gas for me" like that isn't a standard thing that happens when you buy a car.

I had the pleasure of getting a call back from Barb who set me up with Wade. Wade was fantastic! He was transparent about the preowned vehicle, showed me all the features of the car and explained thoroughly the process of buying it. I didn t feel hassled and I felt that he listened to what I needed in a vehicle and a price. The process was quicker than I ve ever experienced and I feel like I walked away with a deal that I wanted. I would highly recommend Wade as he was very friendly and personable.

THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST AND WILL SALE YOU A CRAP CAR WITH A BUNCH OF SERVICE CONTRACTS.We purchased a 2019 Jeep from these people and it was hell. 4 days after the purchase I noticed a noise. We took it up there and the FINANCE GUY told me it was a bushing and they would replace it. He ASSURED ME it was SAFE to tote my kids in on a trip 8 hours away and they would replace the bushing when I got back! Thank God nothing happened. I returned the car to have the bushing replaced and per my GPS my car NEVER moved from the spot I put it in. And they text 2 days later for me to come get it bc it was good to go . It in fact was not good to go as I got home and it made the same noise! We took it to the service center there this time and raised all kinds of hell. They kept my car for 3 weeks and replaced all kinds of things. $3200 worth of work, even the ENGINE CRADLE was replaced. And this guy told me to take it on an 8 hour trip!!! They either paid for the repairs themselves or used my service warranty I purchased. I knew I purchased the warranty. But I didn t know about the other $6000 worth of service contracts they added to my contract. (Yes my fault for taking their word and not reading the appropriate area. In my defense this was my first ever real car purchase and they knew that). We ve replaced several things like the battery, and tires bc of the issues with the bushing it caused my front tires to wear out bc the car wasn t even in alignment! Then I started having issues with the electrical system, and a check engine light, the AC, and my mileage started to blink. So we thought let s get out from under this car before it costs us a ton of money. Looking at my contract is when I noticed they got us for 6k in service contracts we didn t know about! I traded the car in somewhere else and bought a brand new car so I don t get someone else s problems again. But you can t tell me these guys didn t know all this about my car if it goes thru all the inspections they say it does. It took 6 months and multiple temp tags to even get my plates from these people. Every single person we ve talked to has bold face lied to us about something. This car had to be wrecked, and the body was fixed and sold it off to me. And then tried to lie and cover it up. The car was just paid off by the other dealership, and now I have to fight with these people to give me my money back for the unused portions of service contracts I didn t know I had! Needless to say SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TROUBLE! Do not buy from these people.I did however have a MUCH better experience at Dennis Eakin Kia! They knew my previous experience and they took great care of us. I love my new car, and I didn t pay a dime more than what I expected. And didn t pay for any service contracts I didn t want! Go anywhere else besides Killeen Certified. The things they get away with is mind blowing to me.

My experience shopping them has been pleasant, other than this trash warranty company they continue to push down our throats at closing. Clearly the dealership and their employees have not read a single term or condition in the warranty plan they are selling. But when you have purchased a vehicle and a fault happens the dealership directs you toward the warranty company Apex Protection Plan . I understand completely what a warranty is, I am not harping on routine maintenance issues, I am talking about critical mechanical/electrical issues. This company you re promoting are finding ways to tell us no, pay partial repairs, not compensate the customer for any issues along the way (i.e rentals coverage only 6 x $35 per day when your vehicle has been in the shop for two weeks). In what economy is that happening. STOP SELLING THIS PRODUCT YOU ARE RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMER. We put our trust in you to provide the best service possible when buying a vehicle, it is one life s big purchase, I am asking please eliminate the headache. This company has a 2.0 on google review and a 1.22 on BBB review. I will advocate for those who want to move on in life and do not want to speak up, we will not keep shopping with you if you can t do better by us. FIND ANOTHER WARRANTY COMPANY TO PARTNER UP or HAVE YOUR SALE REP/FINACE REP TO WALK US THROUGH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE SIGNING (do not just give us coverage and incentives, that all looks good until you read the terms).
