I would have put a zero if they had one do not go there not only did they overcharge me and use the fact that I am a woman and that I do not know and instead of helping me they overcharged me half did the work and did not diagnose the problem I had to go to another mechanic to get the problem fixed worst mechanic shop I've ever been to if you are going to go there please go with a man that knows what they're doing because they use women to the fact that we don't know much about cars

Fantastic service here, they knocked out my brakes, after one melted, so fast I was seriously impressed. They only fixed what was wrong they didn t try to add extra work like another shop tried to in Killeen. The quote was cheaper than a prior shop I visited, I didn t feel fleeced. I left the place thinking wow I would come back again. Highly recommend this repair shop.Service: Brakes

Took my 2008 Nissan Altima there after I took it to firestone, Firestone told me I needed almost $3,000.00 in repairs so My friend told me about JJ'S And they told me my brakes, rotors and shocks had 70% life on them and showed me, firestone told me they all needed immediate replacement. After having 2 inner and 1 outer tirods replaced new rims and tires put on ( already owed rims and tires) complete suspension inspection and diagnostic with oil change and transmission flush, they only charged me $2,250.00 and the customer service was amazing, my car had only spent 1 night there as they were waiting on parts the next day. I would recommend JJ's Auto repair any time and everytime they also gave me a 10% military discount as I am A disabled veteran.

Best mechanic in Killeen. You can trust them with Audi, BMW and will get the job done at 1/4 of the price with the same expertise and quality of any fancy shop.

my AC went out in my Ford F-150 with temperatures being over a 100 outside and even hotter in the truck. I needed it to be fixed fast. JJ s was the place. I dropped my truck off that morning and got it back before close of business. AC is blowing cold and strong. I highly recommend this place. Good people.

Loved the experience here. Shipped around for a good transmission shop that we felt good vibes from and this was it. Hector and the guys really did an amazing job on our car. They took there time, didn't rush, we didn't mind how long it took as long as it was done right. Our car runs so smooth. Definitely will be back for more work. Thank you guys Service: Transmission

I brought my car to get the oil leaks fixed I paid alittle over $1,000 to get them fixed thats was the only thing wrong with it. while driving home my car started over heating the ac wouldn't work so when I got home I checked under the hood and it was still leaking oil and had seal putty stuff all over the place to pay that much and it is still leaking oil and has more problemsService: Engine repair

This is a fantastic place for auto repair. They have great prices. And can work on a lot of different vehicles. We've used them for several years. They worked on my truck so many times before I finally traded it in for my new Jeep.

Brought vehicle in one afternoon. I was provided with an accurate assessment along with the cost to complete the repairs. The repairs were completed the next day. ( well within a reasonable time frame)am happy with the repairs. I recommend J J's for your automotive needs.

I have been to 3 mechanics. Including Brake check complaining about my front end sounding and feeling like it is going to come apart. Brake check and 1 other said it was just my bumper. 1 machanic charged me $200 to repair 2 parts that were not the problem. JJ's found the problem in a matter of 15 minutes and were very nice. I recommend them to all the military and civilian in the bell county area. My truck is 2002 yet feels like a brand new truck. Thank you.

Loved the quality of work for affordable prices and they are always so nice to me and have helped me quickly from the 3 times I been there. They are the under rated shop in Killeen and definitely worth checking out.

This Place is horrible , if I could leave no stars I would . These guys for 1 received my car from a tow truck and didn t inform me when they got it so I had to call and ask if my classic Chevy made it safely. For 2 they lost the original 1968 Chevy impala keys and never found them. They re cover up was remaking the keys to a new ignition. And 1 out of 3 things I took it to the shop for we re fixed. Everything else was held on by odds and ends of bolts and screws that weren t part of my car. All in all don t come to these guys they re inexperienced and don t take good care of your vehicle.

Thank u guys!!! I'm very pleased...I went in this morning to see if they could vacuum AC lines and recharge compressor... They were done within 30 mins... These guys are really good. I also come to them for my car's inspection sticker...

Charged me 534.00 for a Power Steering hose replacement, had my car for 4 days.Picked my car up drove from there to Killeen High school and it started over heating and had to bring it back, tbey idled my car for 30mins said it was fine.Came home by killeen mall the car was parked for about 4hrs then picked up daughter from game at Killeen High and once again it overheated and once I pulled in complex it spelled like burnt rubber and when I would turn steering wheel it would make this loud sound.Called this morning he had the nerve to tell me to DRIVE it up there...lol..WOW..You cant drive a car when the power steering is out...And he is the mechanic..So he told me I would have to pay to get it towed..I dont have anymore money they took it all yesterday and said everything was good...LIARS..
