Love love love this place...I live in NC and my son had just drove all the way to Texas and his alternator and belts had broke I Googled places and reviews and decided to give this place a try. I was so glad i did and Mimi made me feel so comfortable as a mom thousands of miles away from my son. She showed up next day and kept in touch with me via text and got the job done with ease and her prices are very reasonable Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Amazing amazing amazing if you ever need your car fixed don t go to no one but them ! Better then the shops around this whole area! Came to me very fast showed up on time not only that , you will be explained on what s wrong and also showed will have your car running like it s brand new very nice and very polite! Let s not forget pricing ! That s a big part we love to save money and that s exactly what we did with them , not only do they provide you with what you need but you get communication parts and a good fixing to where you don t need to worry about anything but their prices can t not be beat ! Love them my first time with them but will recommend and will go with them if anything else occurs with my vehicle !

The service was amazing! Communication was on point and their response time was quick! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Outstanding customer service and communication from Mimi. Got an inspection to see why my truck wouldn't start, turns out the fuel pump was bad, which she replaced the very next day. If you're looking for a great mobile mechanic who does HONEST work and won't overcharge you, J&M is the way to go!

Called this company and another 9 mobile mechanics nobody answered their phones I had the idea of mobile mechanics would be more accessible and fast..Thanks to videos we were able to fix the auto issue and saved about $1800.00 worth of labor quoted from an actual shop but nowadays it's hard to find good and fast mechanics ....good luck having long line of customers

I don t usually post reviews, but this one DESERVES IT! I be had a last minute car problem, and It had looked into a lot of Mobile Mechanics & took a chance on J & M and they were honestly A M A Z I N G ! The technicians name was MIMI, & she worked so thorough with my car, literally, took her time, I m amazed, especially with being my first time and all! So I called several Mobile Mech services I needed. They either didn't respond, didn't actually provide mobile services, or were no longer in business. I waited atleast a week before I finally got one that helped me. They were beyond satisfactory. I mean at one point I honestly worried i was taking advantage of them. For the first time since I've been in texas. I found a mechanic not a parts replacer. The owner Mimi herself came out to do my brakes service and more. She did not tell me to replace a bunch of things only what was really needed. She saved me a bunch of money and her work is perfection. I highly recommend her company. Loyal and truthful. Scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and repaired. Appointment was made via google s instant messaging when looking up a business on google maps. I needed a location change from my original appointment and I was left on read. Asked for a follow up and left on read again. Called multiple times and no answer. Left a voicemail and no answer. I had high hopes but I guess not.

This business is very convenient. My jeep wouldn t turn on at my house and rather then getting it towed to a shop and spend extra money. She came to my house to repair my jeep. Horrible communication, waited for them to show up, they never did and still have not contacted me. Left several voice mails while I was waiting and again no response.Wasted alot of time. Do not recommend.
