The owner Ronald is an honest mechanic. You rarely find a mechanic who is honest to women. Most shops I have been, I walk in and men try to take advantage and jack up the price. I send a lot of customers his way. This is a good shop.

Everyone at High Quality was professional and very knowledgeable. It took them about 2 and a half weeks to get me my truck back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get collision damage fixed. My girl look just like the first day I took her off the lot. Came here to get a spoiler mounted to my trunk due to it not lining up with factory holes. One of the screws were stripped but this place replaced all the screws with better ones and drilled and mounted it to my trunk perfectly in about 30min. Extremely cheap, kind people. Definitely coming back here to get future parts installed. Have no negatives, mechanic was reasonable and knew what he was doing, receptionist was extremely kind and helpful.Service: Body & Trim

Went to Get Assistance With Honda And The Service And Insight Was Expert and to the point. They ended up saving me Alot of money with sound advice instead of shady service. Definitely recommend them for ANY Car issues

My F150 was towed to High Quality the first week of May, due to GEICO's mistakes on my claim, my truck is STILL at the shop, unfortunately it was considered a total loss but Ron and the staff have been FANTASTIC and I'm sure their work is as good as their customer Service. Thank you all!!!

A family friendly owed company that doesn't take advantage of their customers. Repair work looked like new once they completed it...This shop is Top Class Personified as they took my 2004 Lincoln Navigator and made it look like new after another shop messed it up...This should be your first stop and only stop to ensure your vehicle is done right and not taken advantage of as a customer.Service: Painting

High quality collision was recommend by Collaborate collision since I was paying out of pocket for my repair. I arrived and Mr. Donald took me in was very friendly and very understanding of my situation. He went ahead and discounted money from the original price. I had to get both my doors replace but at the moment only could afford one. I was fortunate and blessed that they repaired my other door for free. This type of work shows what kind of shop they are. It s hard to get people to do their jobs these days. However, I took my car as well as my daughters car here to be serviced and I was amazed with the fast turnaround time, reasonable cost for repairs and the friendly staff. Great service. Had our vehicle in here twice for two different bumper collision. They fixed it the first time with no problems and the second time there was a noise after the work was done. With no complaints they looked at the work again and the problem was actually our fault but they quickly fixed it. The fact that they were willing to stand behind their work without complaints says a lot. Take your car here for repairs if you're in the unfortunate situation where you need work done.

This place was amazing. I don t remember the guys name but he was the sweetest guy, assisted me with getting my car seat in and out of the car because my hands were full, thoroughly explained the cost before starting & only took a week to get my bumper and windshield fixed. The lady who assisted me in picking my car up was super sweet as well. This is a very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend to anyone needing car work done!Service: Body & Trim

Ron is very professional and makes sure the customer is a 100% satisfied. He is straightforward and highly respectful along with professional. Work quality is very complete and detailed. I initially dropped my car off in January with the understanding that there were long lead times on a few aftermarket parts. My car was given back to me multiple times in an incomplete state. There were a couple times I was told to bring it back so they could work on it and after a month I would see it just sitting in their lot, no work being done on it. Anytime that I was trying to have work done I would have to call several times just to get a status update or to have it put back on their calendar. Another issue that I had with this shop is there was a hail storm that happened over the summer and instead of continuing to work on my car, they were prioritizing new work for other customers over mine that had been there for several months. I last picked up my car in June and was again told that I would be contacted to put my car on the schedule and finish the last few things. It has now been 4 months since I picked it up and still have not heard anything from them, just empty promises when I picked it up last. I am contacting a new shop to have them finish the work and fix several issues that they caused on my vehicle. Whatever you do if you are a geico customer do not let them talk you into using this network shop.

I had a door handle that needed to be replaced. When I received the part it needed to be painted and color match within 1 day high quality collision center had the part ready with a perfect color match. My car was left there for hail damage repairs. No complaints about the hail damage repairs but an item was stolen out of my car and when i called he said he would check into and never returned my call. Called back twice. They will not get another chance to do it again.

To experience selfless acts of services along with exemplary customer service is a rarity in business nowadays. Ronald and his staff Faleena, Kevin, Richard , John John and Ashby went above and beyond to extract a bolt from the rear right hub of my car. Beforehand, I tried three other businesses which failed at the task. Ronald and his staff, with superb ingenuity, patience and mechanical minds accomplished the task at hand within 5 minutes. Ronald and his team did a great job painting my bumper on my 2016 340i. The paint match was perfect. I had a few concerns after picking it up and I was able to come back and be took care of me right away. I ll be back to care of a few more cosmetic things. Real down to earth dude and he makes sure his customers are satisfied.

An very pleasant experience.Everyone was friendly and professional. The shop works directly with GEICO, which made it quick. My car had several hail dents, but the paintless repair was completed in one day. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and very understanding. My day started off bad with the getting a dent in my car. Fortunately first place my wife and I called was High Quality Collision. They were able to work with us and finish the body work the same day. They managed to fit us in and even worked after hours to fix our car. I highly recommend this repair shop.Service: Body & Trim

Great people and great service. They won't rip you off and are very nice and respectful. I got my car fixed for a reasonable price and in a reasonable time frame. My car is actually now in better shape than it's ever been. I would definitely come back if I need more repairs.
