I don't get how this place has 4.5 stars don't fall for it messed up my car after I got into an accident my door was messed up and they took off my bumper for no reason and messed up my bumper I brought it back to then and they just put glue onto it. I showed my grandma and she said they did a good job on mine and I looked at it and her bumper wasn't on properly and was falling off also... my grandma is like about 80 years old and when I talk to her she often forgets things 10 mins later.... I Also had a friend that came here and gave this place one star for similar problems.... he reported it to his insurance and got his problems fixed after alot of phone calls and stress if you do not wish to go through the stress don't come here... after awhile I fixed the bumper my self because the glue held on for a month and found multiple missing plastic clamps they never put on or put wrong size causing extra problems. I have receipts of proof that they removed bumper also.

My first time coming in here, the ladies were really nice. Seeing that I came on Women's Day. Woo hoo I'm took our truck here because I got hit at the beginning of the year, and so they're gonna fix our bumper, so I will post pictures after the truck is out

Repairs were done right, no issues so far. However, when they reassembled the vehicle they failed to put back any of the screws that hold the molding and fender liners and when the vehicle picked up speed the molding came flying off the car. Mistakes happen but....

I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for damage repair. The staff are excellent and professional. The work performed was exceptional and my vehicle looks like it just came off of the showroom. I would recommend either shop.

We We took our truck for an estimate, filed a claim with our insurance, and scheduled our appointment for repairs to our truck. We arrive and apparently they didn't have room or time to repair our truck so we had to reschedule for another 30 days. We wait the 30 days, go back with our new scheduled appointment, again we arrive and apparently according to the front desk clerk. She saw our info in her books that morning but thought it was a mistake. Again they had no room or time to repair our truck and she can schedule us in for next month. I just don't understand how their customer service works? If they don't have appointments available, then why schedule us in? If they see a discrepancy in their books, then why not call the customer to let them know their mistake, before the customer drives to their location and is turned away, not once but twice! Horrible customer service ever experience with a situation as this one!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The Gerber team did an amazing job, Clay did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the process and keeping me informed of the repairs being made to my vehicle.Rico and Juan worked magic on my truck and paid close attention to detail, it looks amazing! I only went here because my insurance worked with them, but I was very happy I did. Sylvia at the front desk is absolutely great, and Thomas who worked on my car was amazing. They made sure I was updated every day about how long my car would be, and made the whole process easy. They are also affiliated with enterprise, so getting a rental while your car is fixed is simple. I highly recommend Paceline.

Jeremy and his team provided 5 star service. The whole process from drop off to pick up was seamless and hassle free. They even had a rental car waiting when I arrived. Everyone was professional, friendly and courteous. Paint and pin-striping matched perfectly and body work was flawless. This business takes pride in the service they provide to its customers. TL:DWTR- Friendly and professional. Speedy, above and beyond service. Lightning fast repairs.Was sent to Paceline through my insurance company and had a terrific experience. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and introduced to half the staff. They went through all the damages, how they were going to fix it and had me in my rental all in a half hour with plenty of time to still get to work early. I received several phone calls keeping me up to date on repairs and an estimated time frame of 4 business days, Not a problem there. The day after I dropped my car off for repairs it was finished and looking mint. They even detailed my interior!

I am so impressed with this collision center. They were very professional, smiles the minute you walk in the door. Sylvia and Jessica were the employees that worked with me. They were AWESOME!! They kept me up to date on all aspects of the repairs to my vehicle. I needed $2,877.00 worth of repairs done, after someone hit me from behind at a stop light. They thought the job may take longer than was expected, due to parts needing to come in, but to my surprise, the van was done way before the date expected. It was finished in 3 days. I am very happy with the job that they did, and the price was more than fair. They really put in the time and effort to make sure that I was satisfied. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They made the whole transaction stress-free. My van looks great. Thank you Paceline, and Sylvia and Jessica.

Not having a great experience with this placeUPDATE 11/29/I was contacted by Jamie? who took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me that they wanted me to have a good experience with their company. I was very unhappy with the turnaround time but Jamie explained that they wanted to be sure to get the repairs done correctly. I understood needing the time to make sure my repairs were done correctly but my biggest frustration was the lack of communication. Jamie apologized for the inconvenience and was quick to correct the situation however what he did next was above and beyond customer service. I did not have rental coverage through my insurance so had to pay out of pocket to get a rental for a few days, Jamie wanting to make me a happy customer offered to deduct my rental fees from my deductible. I cannot begin to express what a huge gesture this was and am very grateful.Bottom line, my experience did not begin well but I am leaving a Happy satisfied customer and would highly recommend these guys!My car looks great! Many thanks!

I am writing this review on behalf of Dependable paint and body because they are either a sister company, or a subsidiary of Paceline. I initially took my vehicle to Paceline to get repaired, and was sent over to Dependable because they handle Paceline back flow.Dependable was unfortunately unable to help us due to a wiring and insulation issue with our vehicle, however a gentleman with Paceline did everything in his power to find us somewhere else to take it. Excellent customer service!

I was very impressed with the services that I was provided when I needed my car fix. They were able to fix it fast and great. The services from THOMAS and SYLVIA was amazing, they were friendly and polite. Also, I will recommend them to friends and family. Also, come back if I need any other repairs on my car.

I got in an accident last month and after having an estimate done I was told the soonest Paceline could take my car was in a few weeks. I waited and when I got my car back it looked fantastic and I was surprised at how fast the work was done. It was well worth the wait. I was called every Tuesday and Thursday by Paceline and they gave me an update on my car. Very impressed.

I was referred to Paceline by a friend of mine who had had his truck painting and he loved the results. I have a new truck with some road damage which forced me to get it painted. I went to the Killeen TX location and it was great. Very courteous and took care of my baby as if it was there s. The results came out as if it came from the factory. Great job and reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Paceline Collision in Killeen did an excellent job on my car. The turn around was well within the time frame. In fact, they completed the repairs sooner than promised. Their update calls on Tues and Thurs made the experience all the better. I would recommend them for any work that needs to be done on your vehicle. The insurance and rental offices within the location made everything painless. Super job!!

Paceline did a stellar job on my car! Not only are there no visible signs of damage from my accident (driver's side front and rear doors), but the paint job is truly a sight to be seen. My vehicle (a 2014 Mazda 6 Touring, silver) looks like new. Bravo!!! Customer service: A+ as well. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle with frequent and friendly messages (I got one each and every day). If my experience is indicative of the care you'll receive at Paceline, you won't be disappointed by bringing your car to them.

Great customer service from the front to the back. They estimated 11 days to fix my truck and they did it in 5! I highly recommend them. This was the first Gerber facility past the McDonald's on Veterans Memorial.

Wonderful customer service repaired my car in one week. They called me and gave me updates concerning the status of my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the work done on my car. They also have a Enterprise Car Rental onsite which is very convenient. I highly recommend this shop.

So far so good, haven't received car back but appointments were backed up. They did what they had to do to get me in and i set up a rental. I'll update with the quality of work.

Paceline collision did an amazing job on my vehicle every time we went to them and the people there are so nice and helpful, every time I go in I feel at home and they are very good at explaining everything to me to were I understand what will happened and if my car was in the shop for more than a week they called me every Tuesday and Thursday to let me know the progress of my vehicle. thank you paceline for an amazing job and to the geico and enterprise representative too, they also were very helpful and made the process so easy and not a pain :-)thank you so muchsincerelyA really happy/satisfied customer

Great customer service but quality control is terrible. They missed spots on my vehicle, left areas that were not clear coated, and left swirl marks in the paint. Additionally, it was a pain to get my vehicle back over to get fixed since I have to cut out from work, which is not an easy thing to do, and rely on someone to give me a ride. Last, the inside of my vehicle was filthy from sanding dust. I thought they left the vehicle doors open when they were fixing the paint. Recommend you look your vehicle over very close when you get it back.

They have exceeded my expectations! This collision shop has made fixing my vehicle a breeze. Jennifer Hale is amazing!! Both Jennifers are very pleasant. Mr. Robert Bales went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. He is extremely professional and helpful. They are really all about helping the customer. I really appreciate how informative and caring this location has been to me!!! I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Had a good experience with Paceline, they kept the lines of communication open by keeping me posted about the status of my van. They are honest people and Ms. Natalija is great! She called a few days later to make sure everything was still ok, I really appreciated that. Will definitely recommend!

Paceline Collision Center in Killeen did a phenomenal repair job on my vehicle from an accident that damaged both driver side doors. The customer service from the time I dropped off my car until I picked it up was excellent, professional and courteous during a stressful time. They called and updated me on the progress as they stated and I could not be happier with the teamwork that was provided during my vehicle repair.A satisfied customer....

AWESOME!! Took my wife's truck here to get the hail damage from April fixed due to the backup in San Antonio. They kept informed during the repair and called me as soon as things were finished. Most definitely went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied! Will only take my vehicles to PACELINE!! Thanks!

Jamie Stephens is an exceptional representative at Paceline. She explained to me exactly what would be repaired on my car with details. She's a warm and friendly employee and call me referencing the progress on the repairs to my car.
