I went in to have all 4 tires changed on my vehicle and Tony the Store Manager was super helpful, nice and so easy to talk with. He is the definition of great customer service. So, Tony if you are reading this review thanks for making me laugh and making my time pleasant at your shop. You are doing an amazing job! Thank you for your top notch customer service! We need more people like you in this world that are always happy!Highly recommend this shop!

Beware of coupons for service. It seems that there's confusion about the coupons. Make sure you let them know up front that you have a coupon. The manager honored the coupon I had, but not without some hassle. The employee thought the coupon was for a discount off the regular price when the coupon was for a stated set price for the oil change, not a discount. And they forgot to put a mileage sticker on the windshield. But otherwise, good service.

Firestone is my number one go to for all of my mechanical issues with my vehicle for sure. I really enjoy knowing that my car is in good hands and whenever I have issues they always get me in and out in a timely fashion. Kudos guys!

So pissed. First I want to say that ever since I started bringing my car to this location, there is always another issue that arises. (Very suspicious). I took my car in on a Friday afternoon (1400) was told they would get to it the next day by 7am. Here we are on Sunday and I was told once again that they have not gotten to my car. I need my vehicle for, especially to get to work. So I went to get a rental car and was set to turn it in by Monday because I was expecting to hear something back by then. These people screwed me over because during that time, another shop could've taken care of my car and I wouldn't have to extend and be spending more money on a rental. Inconsiderate of customers time. Very unprofessional. Crooks. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Against my better judgment I wanted to try Firestone again to buy tires. Several of my past experiences have ended in poor workmanship and extremely poor customer service. My latest visit was no different. I took my Ram 1500 in to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I had an appointment and was told it would take a little over two hours but 4 1/2 later the tires were still not complete. Needless to say I didn t get the alignment as it was going to take another hour or so. When i asked why it took so long I was told the had an issue with the TPS. On my way home the TPS wouldn t detect two of the tires and also indicated low tire pressure on another tire. When I got home I check the tire pressure on the tire reported have low pressure it only had 32psi instead of the required 39psi. The one job to replace tires is to inflate to the proper tire pressure. But least my windshield fluid was topped off something I did not need them to do. I had check to check all my tires and inflate to the proper PSI. I drove my truck to see if the low pressure warning cleared and it did also the other two tires were again being detected. A week goes by and one of the tires lost connection again. I call the Firestone location that did the work and the person I spoke to with had no empathy or concern just that he did not see written down as an issue. His tone was implying why are you calling me with this issue as we did cause your issue you have a bad sensor. I took my truck back and the guy behind the counter also showed no concern about the issue and just asked are you dropping it off it take a couple of hours. I really do not have more time to waste. This is not the first time I have had this kind of attitude and response from Firestone. The other time was during a routine oil change when three miles from the shop may car just died. They responded saying they did not do something that would cause the car to die. When the tow truck came out he looked at the car and saw they did not fully connect the air intake properly. He said it was not the first time he saw this happen. With these type of experiences of poor workmanship, customer service, and the ability assess the issue before making statements that they did nothing wrong I have lost all confidence that Firestone is a place I can take my vehicles for any type of service.

On multiple occasions I ve had my maintenance and repair done at this location. Each time they were clear in their explanation, transparent in their pricing, kind, the work itself was always done correctly and within good time. Today, Tony (or spelt Toni) was a big help with explaining the options I had available to address my axel and tire rod damage on my Altima. Trusted brand and location!!!

came in to swap low milage summer tires with all seasons. was charged $25 extra for tire disposal and recycling even though the old set was brand new and i was KEEPING. it was in my trunk. and on top of that i was charged for tire valves too and my old valves were the exact same as they were marked/numbered prior to tire change. went back in to get a refund and it is day 5 now of waiting for the refund to return to my bank account.

Mr. Tony took time to present options for a set of tires for my wife's XC60 Volvo. He explained the benefits for all options. He also recommended a front end alignment and the benefits of a life time option. We accepted all the recommendation and feel like he has his customers best interest. Thank you for the service and the military discount offered.

DO NOT GO HERE , I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. If you are not a car person don t go here they will take advantage of you, I went here for 2 years straight because I thought they would be the best. They Charged me $1,300 just to get a front end alignment & they wanted to charge me another $1,500 to fix my shocks. I call around to or Mechanic shops In Killeen & They said they only charge $100-$160 for front end alignments. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. THEY also used to charge me like $1,400 to get new brake pads when I was in the military. These people will SCAM YOU

Service was good.But..That Bathroom though.. OMG. My 7yr old grandson went in and came back out about 30 seconds later complaining. Luckily there was Fabuloso sitting (beside the toilet) on the filthy floor - so I had the opportunity to help clean up prior to my Grandson agreeing to go back in just to use it. I almost asked if they wanted me to answer the phone that was non-stop ringing - due to the staff discussing with a customer, the work he needed, and all it would cost him. And if they had an extra mop for the restroom. We watched one mechanic come from the garage, use the restroom, flush and walk right out too (kids have NO filter when they see adults doing the wrong we teach them opposite from) But other than the nasty bathroom- their service was pretty great.

This is the most expensive oil change I ve ever had. It was $200.00! I did get full synthetic, but even the dealership doesn t even charge that much. My truck calls for 8.8 quarts. And understandable I had to pay for extra 3.8 quarts of oil but for some reason they charge by the 10th of a quart and it s $1.76 per 10th. So I was charged 38 times for a 10th of a quart to equal out to 3.8 quarts, which was $67 alone! So it s safe to say that I will never get another oil change at Firestone again!

Charged me 103 freaking dollars for an oil change and fuel treatment. 92.99 for full synthetic oil, 11.99 for fuel treatment plus all the other nickel and dime treatment. Just go somewhere else.

This location has a great staff and manager (Zach) very honest and upfront, speedy reliable service and an overall Great Service department. Never again!!!!! Dropped my car off for a simple look over this afternoon at around 130 was told by the female attendant that she would give me a call when they were done if I left it. I never got a call so I go check on my car an hour before closing and they inform me that they won t get to it until tomorrow. Well that s not what I was told. This place sucks

Every since I've been going to this location I have NOT STOPPED HAVING TIRE ISSUES I NO LONGER TRUST THEM WITH MY VEHICLE SERVICES..I just purchased a new tire and now there's an issue with the other tire...I HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR LESS THAN 30.000 MILES AND THIS LOCATION IS THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT TOUCH MY TIRES.... IT'S ONE TIRE ISSUE AFTER THE OTHER... THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY..

First Firestone in multiple States that take my vehicle at the appointment scheduled time. First one that I did not get a call stating that they can't receive the car at the requested time that I picked online.

Unbelievable! Working out of town and driving 150 miles to get an alignment here only to be told that their technician weren't there and I had to make an appointment! San Antonio had issues also. How can you drop off your vehicle if you have to work to pay the bills and have no other transportation. Killeen and San Antonio Firestone leave a lot to be desired.

Made an appointment for 9am for an alignment. showed up and said it will be a couple hour wait. Dont allow appointment set ups if your not going to honor them. This is my 3rd time setting up an appointment and happens every time. Only came back because i got an alignment and now my steering wheel isnt even close to being centered.

Parts were a tad higher than anticipated but labor costs were reasonable. Zach and Mariano were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was completed quickly and my car is running much better.

Made an appointment to have my AC inspected. When I get there at my appointed time I was told it would be a few hours before they can even look at my vehicle. Don't make appointments with customers if you cannot accommodate them just tell them your booked out. I didn't make an appointment to be told I have two vehicles ahead of me because they're still working on vehicles from last week. Piss poor planning.

This Firestone is a joke. I was told that a transmission flush could not be done due to the age of my car which has now resulted in my car being undrivable so I m stuck with a payment on car that I can t even drive thanks to their unwillingness to perform the required maintenance. I have never had any other Firestone have an issue with performing a transmission flush. Save your money and your car and find a better shop for vehicle maintenance.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

Not helpful, just wanted to check the temperature readings, takes maybe 2mins, and get a inspection. They refused, and we're downright rude about it. Saying it would take too long and it was too late in the day. So I went to Copperas Cove to Take 5 oil change. Who promptly helped. Have to find a new place for tire alignment now Damnit.
