They stole money out of my car and when I showed up the guy was hitting a meth pipe sold me a tire with a bubble in it she said she marked so I will know so they knew it had a bubble in it when they sold it to me

Great place!! Came to visit my sister and my low pressure light came on, I pulled in and they were very nice. They offered to check the tires instead of trying to make a sale. They explained even though I said I understood and told me worst case scenario regarding choosing between the tires. I do not live here but if I ever need tires and I'm in the area I would come here. Prices were not bad either and I have a weird tire size.

My first day to patronize this place was just great. I needed 2 tires for my trailer, but i only had one wheel off to fix the shredded tire. The young lady found me a tire that worked beautifully. She said she had 3 of those but would sell me a couple of them. That was great! I told her Id be back this morning with the other wheel.Well, this morning there was somebody different behind the counter, who really wasnt very friendly at all, and she said there were no tires in stock of the size I speak of. Then she charged me almost double for a tire that looked suspiciously like the one I just put on my trailer. I dont appreciate being swindled like that especially when the girl wouldnt sell me the second tire the day before. I didnt have a choice but to buy the tire. You better watch these people real close if you do business with them.

I had 3 of 4 tires on my RV go flat, one of which was completely shredded. If you ve ever pulled an RV trailer you know it can be difficult to find an honest shop especially if they know you re stuck. Fast Eddie got me hooked up with 3 matching tires, 2 new, 1 used. All looked brand new at a great price. Had me in and out in 30 minutes. The shop is a humble and unassuming, I couldn t be happier. Thanks fast Eddie!!!

Nice cool guy that works the front desk he helped me find the type of tire I had on one of my cars and didn't hesitate bringing them out to show me compatible ones.

I cannot begin to tell you how elated I am to find one place not afraid or too busy to work on a Sunday. This is the third tire we had to replace and fast Eddie did it without a blink of the eye nor hesitation. The customer service was amazing I cannot rant and rave enough. In and out in less than 20 minutes. The true MVPs

I just drove 30 minutes after talking to this girl about getting my tires put on because there was Dirt on the inside of my wheel. She refused to wipe it off. Or have the man put in the tire on clean the dirt off. And she refused to have the tires put on because there was dirt on the inside of the wheel.

I called this shop on August 2nd 2023 about 3 used tire and was given a quote by a female employee. Upon arriving at the facility, the quotes for 2 out of 3 tires were higher. I addressed this issue with the female employee and she immediately became irate. Her attitude and tone of voice portrayed nothing but pure anger and disrepect. I am a retired soldier and will never visit their facility again.

Always a pleasure working with them if they don't have what you need they will almost always be able to have it next day had all 4 tires replaced mount and balanced in about 15 minutes on several of my fleet vehicles

Bought a tire from them for 70 dollars. 10 days later I realized that I still had a slow leak. I just Wanted to buy a new tire. The lady was rude and said. It's a risk that you take. Well I will take my risk elsewhere. Shop here at your own risk

Pulled into this place for first time, based on good reviews. I was planning to buy two used tires but the staff showed me that one of my tires was fine but needed to be plugged. So instead of selling me a second $64 tire they did a repair for $20. How great is that?! I'll be back with my other vehicles.

A few days before Easter I took my girlfriend to find a replacement or used tire. A lady working inside said she had a new one for $100. So we took that one since we thought it was new! A month later the that exact same tire on May 7 2023 that we thought was new gave my girlfriend a serious issue! On her way to work to Waco this morning her steering wheel started shaking real bad her TMPS came on she pull into Bucees aired the tire up the issue continued worse she couldn't go over 60 mph because the tire was really bad! Now the guy that put it on didn't throughly check the tire it was weighted incorrectly and it had a bubble in the tire and wires showing! When another tire placed checked it! This could have ended badly if that tire had exploded on the highway this morning!! She paid a $100 for a very bad tire that she was told it was new which was a whole complete lie!! My girlfriend ended up getting a better tire for a better deal from a tire place in Waco! I do not highly recommend this place in Harker Heights at all!

My go to place for good price and advice for tires. Thought I was goin to need tires and he mentioned I had good tread left on all four. Mentioned for me to get my brakes rechecked. I had just had them done. Turns out the wobble was because I needed my rotors rotated.

I ve been going here since I was in Highschool 08, and glad to see the family business continue. I can admit I have much better service from the awesome ladies. And I love how they changed the approach and updated things. They are a blessing always fair and always willing to take the extra step.

We stopped in to have our tire patched up and the mechanic had the tire patched in no time. The lady working in the office was very friendly and professional. The parking lot is a bit on the small side. The price on a patch is $20 and the plug and patch is $25.

This use to be my all time place to come to until today , I seen that they closed at 6pm so I figured I had time to make it coming from work , so I pulled up at 5:45pm and they already had a car in the air but all I needed was my tire plugged because it had a leak , I pulled up the lady said that was her last car , I understand it was almost closing time but all I needed was a plug , she didn t even bother to ask how bad the leak was she was just basically just saying we closed, the last time I was there the guy plugged my tire up without even taking the tire off of the car it took him 5 minutes, I been coming here for years and let s just say it will be my last time coming, that was quick money they pushed away and that s kind of not a good look , I pretty much couldn t keep air in the tire and that s why I went there but it s all good y all just lost a long time customer

So...trying to find a place open at 4:30 on a Sunday, this is your place. I pulled in at 4:30...and I was met by a helpful attendant, which soon turned into a pit crew! I sat down for a quick minute and then paid for the most perfect tire repair. Each member was friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend this place!!! Thank you all for getting me back on the road!
