Kaleb made the process very smooth and I was able to drive away with a vehicle I wanted, not one I had to settle for. With all preowned, there were a few flaws, but with the offer to get them fixed and help with anything I needed, this experience was one for the books on smooth, professional, efficient, and honest.

Jeremiah Reinert was fantastic at helping me buy my Mitsubishi Mirage. He was thorough at explaining all the benefits, warranties and advantages of such a vehicle, allowed me to drive any one I wanted, kept in touch for a whole week making sure to keep me updated of new promotions and offering them to me, ultimately led to me making a purchase. He is very friendly and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. He is a wonderful asset to the Mitsubishi company.The car is amazing, I use it for running around and work. It drives fantastic, excellent on gas, gives me peace of mind. It's very pretty and compact.The dealership as a whole was amazing, everyone was so friendly and down to earth. We are happy to have them in killen. Keep up the excellent job.

From the moment we saw the car and wanted to know more info to the test drive to the closing, we were treated with kindness. All of our questions were answered and there was no high pressure sales. During the approval process they even make suggestions on how to save you money in the long run, better rates etc. They are honest, fair, friendly, and I d recommend Elder Mitsubishi Killeen to anyone!!!

If you are looking for a car, new or used, this is the place to go. I highly recommend this dealership.I have purchased a new car, a 2024 Mirage G4 ES. Kalob was the salesman that met me as I stepped out of my other car on Feb 20th. The process was lengthy, due to time of day. Over the last couple of days, the entire crew not only made this purchase fun, but the entire experience legendary. Y'all have got a new customer for life.Kalob, thank you so much for your help in getting me into a new car. Even though I really wanted that Corolla Apex. Enjoy that Ghost bud, you freaking earned it. (Let me clue y'all in here. Kalob came up on a day off work to make my experience even better.) I cannot thank you enough. Next time, I will bring the beer Shoutouts to Danny, Jose, Amber, and Julyann and everyone else I met. Hands down the best experience i ve ever had at a dealership! They make you feel so comfortable. Every question i asked got answered in great detail and if they didn t know the answer, they contacted someone to get it for me right then and there. I left with everything i needed and more. They were so kind and made the entire process easy and smooth. I would absolutely shop here again and again!

Absolutely Amazing service from start to finish!! Bought my first ever brand new vehicle today and am so glad that I went with Elder Mitsubishi in Killeen. From Bree, Danny and Amber all the way to the Wonderful finance managers! The whole process was flawless! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Buying a car here was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I worked with Roderick and he was extremely kind, helpful understanding, and he helped me make sure that I was making the best choices. I m always nervous about going to buy cars by myself, but they made it very easy for me and I felt extremely comfortable with Rodrick helping me through the process. They have no idea how much I appreciate being able to feel like I can trust the person that I m buying a car with, such an amazing feeling. Thank you guys!

Highly recommend this dealership. They're spot on with customer service overall my best experience at any dealership. Ethan A. was my sales man and Daniel M. was my finance guy, both of them are very intelligent on the business side of things and funny as hell to chat with, made it more of a laid back personal experience rather than a dry sales experience like I have experienced elsewhere. I don't have the greatest credit history and was still able to work something out with these guys that is well withing my means. Appreciate it fellas and look forward to years of business with y'all.

Rodrick Mathis gave great customer service. I hardly do reviews but the world needs to know about this salesman. I had my twin boys with me and he was extremely patient, offered them popcorn and they even had a play room for my little ones. I never felt forced or rushed. It was a smooth process. Rodrick s expertise made me feel appreciated and like a valuable customer versus another sale for the books. If your looking for a vehicle ask for Rodrick.

Chris Miranda is a great Sales Representative. He was patient, attentive, and really worked hard to make sure we were happy. He worked with us for two days and even sent vehicle options for our second day visit. I would recommend asking for Chris if you are looking for an honest Sale Rep who genuinely wants to ensure your satisfaction.

Rodrick was superb! We came in wanting an older vehicle that we knew would be in our price range. To our surprise he was able to get us in a newer and better vehicle within the same price range. The process was easy going and overall a great car buying experience. Highly recommend!

Elder Mitsubishi went above and beyond to help me and my elderly Mother to get into a vehicle. James Mathis was by far the best sales associate I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The process of buying a car here is amazing!!! My salesman Chris was so very patience and understanding. I had visited 2 other dealership before going to Elders. Chris was amazing! He and the finance team jumped through hoops to help us get financed. My credit was not good at all but Chris told me he was going to do everything possible to help me drive home in my Moonlight blue SUV and he did just that!! Through the entire process he was reassuring and encouraging. Thanks Chris and Team Killeen Elder Mitsubishi for everything!!! I would and will recommend Elder Mitsubishi to anyone!!!

We did not end up buying a vehicle here. However, we came in to check out a 2024 Outlander sport SE. Chris Miranda helped us out. He showed us the vehicle and was really helpful and professional. We drove the car and decided it wasn't what we were looking for. Jose, a sales manager took a few mins to chat with me and Chris. I explained why we weren't going to pull the trigger on the outlander. He tried to make a deal work but it was ultimately the car that wasn't a good fit. The dealership and service we got seemed top notch from my experience. Thanks Chris

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Danny! He was amazing from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He was able to assist us on trading both of our cars on a brand new 2023 Outlander SEL Black Edition and we can t stress enough on how happy we are. Truly great customer service. Also really good to know that they offer complementary car wash every Thursday! They treated my family, including my service dog, with such respect and love that it just shows how much they care about their clients. Also, really important for me, is that most of their staff are veterans and for me that is amazing since I m military myself. Really appreciate everything!

We were car shopping for about 4 months and had several bad experiences at other dealerships All of that changed when we went to Elder Mitsubishi Killeen. Ethan greeted us right away and took such great care of us through the entire process. We were blown away with the professionalism and service from the entire team, but Ethan, especially, was knowledgeable, not pushy but kept things moving, and made the our car buying experience stress-free.
