They are the BEST in Killeen. I was in an accident at the beginning of the year sadly I wasn t insured my policy had term a few days before it happened sadly. I didn t know what I was going to do at the moment and knew it would be very costly to repair, especially since my air bags deployed, but the car was no where near totaled. I started doing my research and reading reviews from most collision repair shops near by, and came across Eastern Auto Collision having the BEST reviews in town. I knew they were good they did my brakes at their other location on Ft Hood (Mechanic shop). They set up a date to come tow my car to their shop and gave me an estimate before I agreed to let them do the repairs.Long story short I didn t know how I was going to come up with the money due to me being a self pay customer and not being approved for financing or having credit cards for backup, they were so NICE and PROFESSIONAL, and so UNDERSTANDING to my situation. It took months for me to come up with the money and while they were repairing I was paying them what I could. They were PATIENT and communicated with me every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had they had an answer along with resolution. They were very transparent and kept it 100 with me. Most shops wouldn t have been as accommodating like they were nor patient when it came to paying. Moral of the story, I definitely will keep my car insured moving forward and not let it term in the future. My car looks BRAND NEW, like nothing ever happened. Every penny I paid to get my car repaired was worth it. The WAIT was worth it. This SHOP is worth it. Had a new bumper and grill painted, and the turn out was great! Very pleasant people! 100% recommend, they were quick with the turnaround and worked with my schedules! Unfortunately due to my idiocy I now need to have them paint and install the middle section of the grill because it needs to be plastic welded and I don t have the ability But this will be the place that does it!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Been going to them having work done on my cars for the past 4 years and personnel are awesome to great place to go to have modifications at modification is added to your car or to have a complete paint job

Mr. Valentin is awesome.!!! He practically turn my car back to brand new!! I was very impressed!!They are really great and veryyy professional and caring people . If you need body or paint work done on your car, TAKE IT HERE! Don t trust friends who say they will work on your car for cheaper. The guys at Eastern Auto took on a big job with my car that had collision damage and shoddy work done by friends, and they made my 30 year old car look brand new. Extremely accommodating when it came to picking out a paint color, and very welcoming when I came by the shop to check on the progress. They also have a quick turn around time. I highly recommend Eastern Auto Collision Center great guys who do great work.

Work done was good, not perfect, but good. Then again I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my car so I notice every minor thing most people wouldn't. Price was fair and i was very pleased by the customer service. I might return but would probably point out certain imperfections next time around.3.5 stars

So I was recommend to bring my car in to this body shop by a friend. They were super friendly the manager or the owner and even the front desk lady I have no complaint on the customer service, they even left my car looking brand new the only thing was that after them having my car fro almost 3 months they called me to let me know that my car wasn't turning on. They said it stop turning on after the FREEZE and I explained to them that the FREEZE last year didn't do anything to my car in fact I have been to COLORADO in that car! SO HOW CAN THAT BE?!! So anyhow they they said it might be the starter or the battery or the fact that it how speakers wired to the battery. After going back and fourth with my car insurance and the body shop people I wasn't getting anywhere so I asked them to tow it to me house and I made it clear that I wasn't paying for the towing fee. Long story short they were not going to fix it and my car insurance wasn't going to pay for them to fix it because it wasn't related ti the wreck. My husband fix the problem within a few day's! Who ever wired the headlights caused a fuse to go out and a simple thing no one as able to figure it out but my husband!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
