Hands down the best location! I drive from Fort Worth to this location to have my tires changed! Manny was a sweetheart, patient and overly helpful! He took care of me faster than expected! Great communication! 99% of the young men who work there are polite and so sweet! Manny is my go to! Thank you to all those involved in changing my tires! Much appreciated

I had a screw in my tire and stopped by to get it looked at. I talked with Manny and Fernando. The customer service here is unmatched. The place was busy but it was evident they care about good service. I waited less than 10 minutes for the tire to get fixed and was already out the door and on my way. Thanks for the excellent and friendly service!

1000% recommend Discount Tire! Our family has used them for all of our scheduled and unscheduled tire needs for years and we are never disappointed!I had a flat on the side of the road, called and spoke with Mike V, the manager, and he was able to look up and confirm they had the tires (decoded to replace all 4), the options of tires, ping me their location and confirm he could look up our account since we didnt have our physical card on us. Upon arrival, in a distressed state of mind, he welcomed me kindly and made me feel taken care of. While he is the manager and everyone was approaching him for different things, he was able to multi-task and get me checked in, answer all my questions and made me feel valued. We are military, we are long term customers and both work in roles that require customer service. When I say that Discount Tire is lucky to have this Manager, I mean it! He was kind to all (employees and customers), able to multitask, beyond efficient, knowledgeable and over all a calming factor to a distressed person.I walked out with 4 new tires, new wiper blades and of course the best Tire warranty around for around $1000. Talk about a deal!Thank you to Mike V and all of his staff members!!!!!

Went in for an appointment today to have four new tires placed on my car. My front driver's tire was previously worked on at another Discount Tire. The studs became stripped when removal was happening. Manager Mike was a hero! He went way above and beyond to fix enough to get my car back on the road. I definitely appreciated all his effort and extra work. Thank you Mike for all you did.

Great place to have your tires changed. People here are nice. Bad things 1. No coffee due to the coffee pot breaking. 2. Everyone goes here so be prepared to wait for a while. Took 2 hours for them to get to my SUV and change the tires. 3. They play country music in the waiting area.

Phenomenal folks that work at this establishment. I have bought wheels and many sets of tires through them, and never had an issue. They truthfully are about the customer through and through. If for any reason they fall behind on a scheduled appointment or if they don't have exactly what you ordered or needed, they make it right! I will continue using this facility for many years to come!

I want to give the BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO MR. PEDRO! He was such a great help and provided EXCELLENT customer service! Discount Tire literally cares about the customer and has made a NEW LIFELONG loyal customer, this is now my only go to place FOR ANYTHING TIRE RELATED. I was going to RNR tires, but was recommended to go here and I was not disappointed and just wanted to say thank you for making a huge difference in customer service. You will continue to have my loyal support and I don t mind the wait because I know I m getting the BEST DEAL and BEING WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Made an appointment over the phone they took my car in 10 mins past the appointment time but I don t care because I had my laptop there making work calls. They fixed my wheel and rotated my tires in less than 45 mins. The atmosphere was nice and they had cold water bottles!!! Major plus. Will be returning.

Will take your deposit and tell you your tires will be in on a certain day but will NOT call to confirm if they do. Will waste your time!!! Very dissatisfied..Would definitely recommend going to another one

I only used their free air service. I had an issue with my tire pressure sensor and had less air in my tire. But I never knew they provided free air service. The guy who put air in my tire was very polite and helpful. He inspected all my tired and informed me about a possible solution that I could do to fix it.

Not hoping on here to review so much as my service but to praise one of the employees, Dan, for helping this elderly woman when she was not feeling well. She had been standing for a while and it was a little hot in a the lobby, Dan was helping her and immediately brought her a chair and some water and asked if she was okay. He let her stay by the desk so she could continue her check in and kept asking if she was feeling alright. Thank you Dan for your kindness!

I'm disappointed in the decline in service since I left a previous glowing review. I had a 1:30 appointment but I arrived more than an hour early and was told when I checked in that there were earlier appointments that would be serviced first. "No problem" I said, as I knew I had a podcast that I intended to listen to that would take up 45 minutes or so (I decided to wait on premises).My thought was that whichever came first: either a lull or my appointment would lead to a faster turnaround. I donned my headphones and closed my eyes, knowing that I had directly handed the manager my keys.Now it was very busy and there was a lot of walk-in traffic. Around 1:00pm I went to the restroom and happened to notice on their monitor that there were a lot of walk-ins which came in after me and had been serviced prior to my vehicle. This was slightly perturbing because it basically meant that I would have been better off not making an appointment. I couldn't rightfully complain however as technically my vehicle wasn't supposed to be there until 1:30.By 2:00pm when they still hadn't taken care of my vehicle (and again, there were walk-ins that were serviced prior), I was getting irritated. I went up to the counter and then they suddenly remembered my vehicle and pulled it in to service it. I didn't get out of there until perhaps 2:20pm. I asked the technician and the marketing manager what went wrong in the process, and they were both patient and apologetic. Apparently somehow my paperwork got "lost." How does that happen when this is literally what you do every day?To add insult to injury, they didn't even bother topping off the air in my other tires.I'm hoping my next visit will be better than my last one, considering I've spent thousands at Discount Tire over the last 6-7 years alone, and in fact even bought the tires on one of my current vehicles at that very location.

I had a 10:15 appointment to get two new front tires put on my car. It was supposed to be done by 11:45. When I came back at 11:45 they hadn t even started changing my tires yet, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. When I went inside to ask them how much longer it was gonna take they said they had no idea I had an appointment so they promised to get my car in next. But instead they let three more cars go before me, before finally taking my car into the shop. I waited for over two hours and they started ROTATING my tires even though I asked for new front tires.

I am so disappointed. After buying tires again and again. The price I paid is just not worth it. I'll go somewhere else cheaper with better benefits. Every time I go to get my tires filled up for free, they tell me I need to buy new tires when I already bought 8 new tires twice within 2 years. They always made me feel like I was a burden and just rubbed me the wrong way. I'm not coming back. Not worth $1600 that I paid... Lesson learned. I'm now happy elsewhere. Whoever assisted me today was very useless and didn't even try to give me reasonable options. But it's okay. I won't name his name to embarrass him as I wish them good intentions. I found much better service and prices elsewhere. I def encourage anyone who is on a budget to not get tricked in the 6 month finance cux I guarantee you there are way cheaper options available and with much better benefits that last way longer. I was tricked twice. Shame on me. But I finally did some research into better prices and I'm happy now. Just hope I can help any future people maybe thinking of spending money here. This is my honest opinion... Not impressed nor satisfied especially with all the dang $$$ money I spent and keep spending. I'd rather save $ with better tires and longer benefits... I was a fool. I hope I can help people not make the mistake I made by letting a Discount Tire salesman persuade me without looking at other options. Just bcuz it sounds good, doesnt mean they're actually good for you. At the end of the day, I learned my lesson and it's a positive outcome. Hope this helps someone....

Our 2014 Nissan Versa had a tire tread blowout and needed to be replaced asap.So,I took the wheel/tire down to them and they had replaced in two hours due to their workload.I got in, they helped me get the best,most affordable replacement and the rest is history.A good transaction/great customer service experience!

I'm rating this as a 2 currently with a chance to go up or down depending on how how they approach resolving this situation. On 7/24 I drove to this location on a spare tire (put on by AAA) after having a tire separate on the highway 3 hours from home. They installed 2 new tires, took the spare off and put it back in the trunk and put the full size wheel and new tire back on.Fast forward to today when I lose a wheel speed sensor and all of the electronic controls stop working, ABS, TCS, Power Steering etc. Take it to a local mechanic and the attached picture is what I get once they got the car up on the lift. A modest 700$ repair later and it appears to be good to go.I feel like someone should have at the very least pointed out the issue to me when they were replacing the tire, even if they had no interest in removing any of this mess. Luckily I was not involved in any accident between then and now, plenty that could have gone wrong from the looks of this picture..

Service was good, especially for how busy they were. However when I received my truck back they had broken the clasp on my center console, so it no longer shut. Then couldn t figure out how to fix it, so they gave me a card for a mechanics shop I could take it to. Really solid of them to tell me somewhere I could take it after they broke it, and even questioned if I was lieing about them breaking it

Bought 4 new tires on Saturday. Sunday morning one tire was flat. Monday morning I returned and was told my rim was bent. If my rim was bent, why did they not tell me when they installed the tires? They let me drive home and wake up to a flat tire .Tech just walked up and said it s your rim, so we are going to put air back in and you are good to go. Didn t offer to order a rim, show me the rim or anything. Terrible experience and I will take my business to Firestone going forward

I made an appointment, and they honored it. They had me in and out in about 30 minutes. My appointment was in the morning, just after opening. They had at least a dozen people there, but I got in and got out. The employees were professional, polite, and didn't push anything on me.

This store was busy but the second I walked in they made eye contact with me and acknowledged my presence I m happy to wait for basic customer service. But it s more the gentleman who helped me with my repair was polite and knowledgeable and I left feeling happy with my experience

They went to moved my truck and hit another customers vehicle. Then told me my tire would be ready in the morning. I called in the morning and they said the wheel was delayed for delivery and said it be ready around 2 pm. I came in at 4:45 and the wheel still was not done. With this happening I had to go 6 hours out of my way to give my guys the new tire when originally it was supposed to be to be done in the morning and my guys were supposed to to pick it up.

Excellent service as always! They are always friendly and they work hard and fast. It was very busy but I had 2 other employees ask if I had been helped after I had. I highly recommend getting full coverage on your tires. Because I had it, my replacement tire was covered and as a single parent, every penny counts. The service here is horrible. If it had been just once with bad service, you would blame it on the indivual employee, but when you get bad service, rude employees and managers 3 different times, you realize it's not a good place to shop for tires and tire services.

This place is very clean in the waiting area. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable and a no pressure atmosphere. My appointment time was honoured and I was in and out in 30 min for a tire rotation and balance. Also, they either have or and order any tire you could need for a car or truck. I highly recommend this facility.

Every time I come by the customer service is A1! But come on you guys, it s 103 today and your employees are out here working HARD with no shading, air, or cool water. They deserve better! A tent covering the air refill area at least
