Unfortunately, this review will be based on the vehicle they sold to me.First and foremost the people here are nice but, they want ya money it s their job BUT the vehicle they put me in . Several Recalls (they weren t cleared when they released the car) The car wasn t ready when I got it so they had to clean it. Someone did a half a$s job. One morning the car was put in reverse and started rolling FWD! I let them tow it, actually gave a picture to one of the salesmen to see all lights on the dashboard are on. This was within one week of getting it. They claimed everything was fine. One month later after having it, and I can t return it because the timeframe for it was up.I tried to start it and it wouldn t roll over with the engine light is on! Called Dennis Eakin Kia and they tell me I don t have warranty with them. WITHIN A MONTH TIME FRAME, they couldn t take another look at a vehicle they sold me.No manager, supervisor, nobody got back to me!

Definitely don't recommend paid service department over 600$ just for my vehicle to break down 19 miles and require a tow to get it back to the shop. Service writer is very rude and disrespectful. Claimed I destroyed loaner vehicle because it had dog hair in it because she demanded I bring it back or it would be reported stolen. Paying over 30,000 for a 2023 vehicle you would think they would treat you a little nicer. I'm definitely going to do whatever I can to get rid of my kia so I don't have to deal with this service department. Prior to this I had a soul that wasn't running right took it in several times for them to tell me nothing was wrong until they day the motor almost blew up. Definitely not the place you want to go if you want anything fixed. And their customer service is a joke . I would give 0 stars if it were a choice. Stay far far away

I took my car in for service (oil and filter change) and Billy was very pleasant and explained every option that I had for servicing my car. He came inside the beautiful clean waiting area up front several times to tell me the time line to completion. The other employees in the sales department were very friendly and water, coffee and snacks were available to enjoy. I was very impressed with Dennis Eakin Kia. I did not purchase my new vehicle from them, but they treated me as if I had. Thank you for your great service.

First time in this service department. I had an appointment and they took me in right away. It wasn't very busy. They have a comfortable seating area near a tv with water bottles, coffee and random snacks. Kid friendly area if you need to bring the kids. They also have vending machines with soda and other snacks. Finished sooner than expected and I received a phone call telling me it's done. I will be returning.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in, by a nice guy. After asking what I was there for. I had a 10 an for oil change. I asked if tire rotation came with it. He proceeded to till me they could do that and then proceeded to circle the services I had asked about on his paper and the told me the cost. I proceeded to tell him I was never charged. He asked me where I purchased the package. I told him when I bought the car at that location. I told him of a missing lug nut on 1 of my tires. He began to ask me which tire, how many miles do I have on my car? I told him I'm not sure. So, then he ranted off different miles. Each time I told him I'm not sure, I've had the car for almost 2 yrs and I have only gone to the dealership for services. I felt these are things he could have just looked up under my profile if he had just taken the time. He then said, I'll go look it over. He showed me the waiting areas and offered me snacks and coffee and water. He came back shortly with a detailed description of the services. I appreciated he gave me a timeline of how long it would be and other services my car was ready for soon. He came back shortly before he has said my vehicle would be done. He then let me know that there was a recall on the harnest and they would be fixing that and it would be a little longer. He came back earlier than he had said it would be done. He was very nice with explaining all they had done and walked me to the my vehicle to show me that all my tires were good to go and showed me the sticker on my windshield that the milage for my next visit time and gave me a free pass for a car wash since they do not have one at that location. Overall his customer service got better and better. Thanks Billy.

My mom who is not tech savvy insisted I ensure James (I think he was the service manager, if not, he should be!) gets recognized for the personable and professional treatment he graced us with when I took in her Kia to get the washer fluid reservoir fixed, wipers replaced and a multi-point inspection to ensure safety before I drive her back to Nevada. He gave us updates to the status of our vehicle and was very patient with her despite her anxiety. Thank you, Mr. James, you representDennis Eakin Kia and yourself WELL!

Bought a brand new car from Kia about six months ago and got screwed into it they overcharge the bank and I and now responsible for that overpayment and now they won't take the car back because of the overcharge and they're claiming the car's value is well but nice what they sold the car to me for

Llame a este concesionario y pude hablar con una muchacha que habla un poco espa�ol y me ayudo mucho con la raz�n para llamar. Gracias, chica por dar la milla extra y hablar mi idioma. Eres un tesoro,chica. Este dealer donde compre mi carro, me tiene totalmente decepcionada, pues NO tienen personal bilingue en su centro de servicio y cada vez que voy es horrible y lo peor de todo que El otro centro de servicio de Kia es en Waco. Pero si usted no domina el ingl�s NO compre carro en este dealer de Killeen vaya a otro dealer por favor. Ahorre el mal rato que yo pase con su Centro de Servicio. Se lo advierto...pasar� un infierno como yo. No tiene que ver nada con el carro que compre. Mi carrito barato me ha encantado pero ahi un hombre en particular en el mostrador del Departamento de Servicio es de lo peor y otro en pieza. El de pieza yo le hice una pregunta de algo que quer�a comprar y me dijo estas palabras: Usted, tiene un carro de los m�s baratos eso no es para eso. Oye y si comprar un carro barato es pecado, para que los venden. Hab�a otra manera de decirlo. Si compre un carro econ�mico para ir al trabajo pues manejo casi 120 millas diariamente. La gasolina esta cara. Yo me quede en shock. Desgraciado, as� no se trata a�n cliente y menos a una dama. Jam�s, olvidar� ese d�a.
