I m a single mom with not a great deal of time on my hands. I was needing to purchase a second vehicle due to my oldest starting to drive. Clint from Dennis Eakin understood this and helped me by conversing via text prior to my arrival, helping me feel confident that this vehicle is the one I wanted before traveling an hour to get there. During the buying process, he was friendly and very open to explaining any questions I had in regards to the car. I appreciate how easy he made the process for me, and would choose to shop at Dennis Eakin and do business with Clint again. Thank you for being so friendly Clint, and entertaining my 10 year old while she talked nonstop, deciding on dinner.

When we first started the car buying experience I was already apprehensive bc we had been taken advantage of at another dealership. So I made myself very aware, that it would never happen again. Needless to say I wasn t the easiest customer. But when I say Dennis Eakin Kia turned my whole experience around, that is an understatement. From the time Jeff our salesman introduced himself. To wrapping up the deal with Mario. It was an overall wonderful experience. They knew I had trauma from car buying, and they were very attentive to that. They made sure I was clear on everything going on. They got the car I wanted from their other lot in Lufkin. They never once made me feel pressured to make a quick decision without knowing every detail. Jeff was so friendly, and so patient. And had other customers come in to look at more cars. Which told me he has repeat customers for a REASON. He also updated me every step of the way as they were picking my car up, when it was delivered. And had it detailed and gassed up before I even arrived! Mario the finance man was super friendly as well. Anything we didn t understand, he took the time to break it down to where we did understand. He never pressured us to buy anything extra that we weren t interested in. But did make sure we were clear on everything they offered. We felt truly appreciated and we were part of their Kia family. Thank you Jeff, Mario, and all other team mates that helped make this truly the best car buying experience we have ever had! We will certainly be back to buy again in the future!!

I felt like I was a valued customer and I was confident that I was getting the best service as possible. Billy is an amazing asset to your dealership! I've been working with him on my vehicle since March '23 and I have no doubt that no one else would've assisted me as much as he did. It was an extremely difficult situation but I'm thankful my car was eventually taken to your dealership because I sincerely felt cared about and that provided me so much comfort despite the circumstances. I live in Austin and would prefer to drive all the way to Killeen for any future services needed on my vehicle. I do acknowledge that other mechanics were involved the services I received but as the face of your dealership for me Billy is awesome!

Top Tier Customer Service!I traded in my 21 (Sorento SX Prestige x-line) for the 2023 model and couldn t be happier. I wasn t pressured into additional add ons or price gouging thanks to Mr. Joe Brown (Sales Rep). This has truly been the most transparent car buying experience! Upon reaching finance Mario Sense was very thorough with the packages offered. He was able to keep me in a comfortable car payment range. Mr. Sense was also realistic in the terms of interest and length variations of financing the vehicle. Thank You Again Dennis Eakin KIA !!

By far the absolute best dealership I have ever visited. These guys were so helpful from start to finish. I mean every one from my Sales representative to the manager to the finance representative. Not once did I ever feel pressured or out of place. I was treated with kindness and respect. This team helped me and my family find a better vehicle for our lifestyle and did everything they could to meet our budget. I am so great full. When my wife heard our sales rep say congratulations she could not believe it and broke out in tears. This dealership has won my loyalty for sure.

The experience was wonderful, I was buying my first car and everyone was so nice and helpful. From Marissa, helping me set up everything via email, to Jeff helping me pick the car I truly wanted, and Debbie who helped me finish and set up the paperwork. They offer a truly terrific service, attentive to detail, costumer oriented, and knowledgeable. They are a great team and I would say if you need a car contact them! You will not regret it. Best car buying experience I have had to date. Caitlyn was our sales agent and did a great job getting us what we wanted at a fair price. Dealer did not force add-ons that other dealers were doing. The final step of talking with finance agent was seamless, no pressure to buy other things we d did no want. He simply stated what was available and asked if we were interested. When we declined, he was very polite and like I said no pressure . Thank you for a great buying experience!

After 3 weeks of endless car searching I walked into the Kia dealership and was greeted by Kim. She was very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, tbh one of the better experiences we had going to car dealerships in the area. After buying the car she checked in with us a few days later which was really nice. I would definitely recommend checking out this place if your in the market for a new carWe end up purchasing 2023 Kia Sorento X-line EX this car hands down had everything we were looking for so if you are in the market for a family SUV with nice features for a reasonable price this is definitely the one!!!!

After financing a used car, I wanted to clear up the terms of my loan. I felt like a mistake had been made. Called and scheduled an oil change lady I spoke with in service didn t give me an estimated price when I scheduled looked it up, she tried scheduling me for $112 worth of service.When I called and asked how much it will be she then told me $90 for a basic oil and filter change.I asked for a breakdown of charges for an oil change, ex) how much $/ quart of oil, how much they charge for labor and a new filter .. she was so uneducated she immediately put me on hold to speak with a manager.I wouldn t trust the service dept. with my bicycle .

Extremely unhappy after spending 30,000 on a vehicle the way the service department treats their customers and quality of service is terrible had nothing but problems with my kia soul and my 2023 seltos . Sales was great Jeff was amazing and went above and beyond but as for service department I'm more then disappointed and free oils changes or not I will be taking my car elsewhere for future repairs and maintenance.

I took my 2022 Sorento in for service. While I was there I had an appraisal done in case we wanted to trade for a Telluride. Of course, they said the car was in good condition, but it is still low mileage and perfect condition. They said there were paint scuffs that they couldn t point out to me. The sales person was Clint something. It was an odd last name. He was extremely rude and condescending. Stay clear of this guy, and buy your car somewhere else. Waco Kia has better prices anyway.

Joe Brown helped us find the perfect car for us. He was patient, and never pressured us into anything , especially into giving up our SSN until we were ready to buy. By far the best experience anybody could ever have at a Car Dealership. Long story short December of 2022 I was having a difficult time getting financed for a vehicle at other places I ve went to because I didn t have any credit to go off of so I couldn t get approved for a vehicle. I came here to Dennis Eakin Kia and Jeff San Nicolas and Joe San Nicolas were able to work with me and get me into a nice car. It may have taken all day, but they really meant it when they kept telling me we re doing everything that we can to get you into something nice. Needless to say a year later, I was able to trade my car in for something much nicer and I am even more happy with my vehicle now than the one before. They really take care of their customers at Dennis s Eakin Kia. Thank you Jeff San Nicolas and Joe San Nicolas again so much for all that you ve done for me! Kimberlee was amazing! As soon as I came in she made me feel welcomed and took me straight to the vehicle I was looking for. Service department badgered my mother over unnecessary services that were not required nor recommended for her 2021 KIA Soul. This has happened at every service visit since she bought her car and brought it here for service. Additionally, the correct Kia anti-theft recall decals were not applied to the car despite the service receipt indicating it was. This makes it unclear if the recall work was performed correctly. Overwhelmingly negative experience. Most interesting detail of it all: They refuse to update her email address to the correct one. They have the wrong email on file. They dodge accountability this way because she won t receive the survey emails after each visit. This is the only Kia dealer in Bell county, and it shows. Will definitely consider making Kia America aware of these inappropriate business practices.
