My son who is in the military had an unfortunate accident and I am 1800 miles away.I trusted this body shop to do the work. He just picked his truck up and is so pleased with the work they did!Thank you so much and will recommend ten fold

The owner lied about when the repairs would be done by over week. And after I paid and got my vehicle it was filthy and once I cleaned it I saw that none of the repairs were actually done according to the invoice I received from this shop. I tried to go back a talk it out and the owner got very hostile.

We have had two cars repaired at D & D this year and we received the best service , and both vehicles look brand new. Hands down!!! The best auto collision business I ve ever used! The owner and Heather are just so amazing! Super friendly and GREAT customer service!!! They made this bad experience with my car and easy and peaceful process! And my car looks GREAT!! The job that was done was AWESOME! I couldn t be happier!! They have had our car since November and since then the front desk lady and James have both told me and my wife different things every time we call there to get an update. They have not kept us up to date with our vehicle we either always have to go in shop to get an update or call them, they never call us to let us know what is going on with it. We always receive an attitude from the front desk lady and we are treated as if we are a nuisance. We were told our car would be done within the next week back in February then when the week had past and my wife called up there to see if it was ready that s when we were informed that there was actually another part that needed to be ordered and hadn t started working on it. This shop is very unorganized and unprofessional.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am very pleased! Other body shop would have been 3x the cost. I had to wait over 2 months to take it in, but my car turned out beautifully.The other shop wanted to replace parts that the damage was very minimal.D&D was great!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

D and D is absolutely amazing! I took my vehicle in because the corner of my bumper was popping out. I was told I needed a whole bumper. However that they could put some glue on it and it would hold. Which is exactly what my husband wanted to do, if not for being deployed. It was so nice to know that they weren t just going for the most expensive fix. The staff was great the guy that fixed my car explained everything to me and showed me what was broken on my bumper. The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. I found a great auto body shop that my husband and I trust. We will absolutely being returning!

These guys definitely know what they are doing. Car looks and feels just like how I drove it off of the lot. I would have given a 5 star but it took about 35 days for my collision repair, not too bad if you ask me.The owner James allowed me to take my car and pay him the deductible at a later time. He was very personable and an overall happy gentleman. The work did take a little longer than expected but when getting your vehicle repaired patience is key. I would recommend this location over other places because it is easy to get to and they do quality work.P.S. The owner is well connected with insurances, dealerships, and has a vast knowledge of the work he takes on.

I took my husband truck to be worked on, and as soon as I entered the lady smiled and welcome me. She explained that it would take a couple of hrs for the work to be completed. She offered me a ride home and also to pick me up when done. The second lady who was there took me home and was very pleasant as well. In the afternoon I received a call letting me know that the truck was ready and to not worry that they will just take it to me. I was very surprised for all the great service that they provided since now a days not many businesses have good customer service. I sent pictures of the repairs to my husband and he was very pleased with the work.Great customer service and great work = Outstanding business.

We took our 2014 Corvette in to get the bumper repainted due to rock chips. Got it back with a bubble in the paint. Cool, took it back and owner said wait til May when he best painter is back. We did. Got it back today with yet another bubble in it. Decided to take it somewhere else and the lady in the front office snickered at me as we left! Don't use them!

Did a amazing job with my husband's Dodge Ram!! Matched the paint perfectly and they had wonderful Customer Service!! Will definitely be using again if needed. Highly recommend them for all your body shop needs!

23 December 23, 2015I want to thank D&D body shop for wonderful early Christmas present. After a long anticipated wait I received my 1997 BMW today. The paint job is absolutely stunning .It looks like it did when I first picked it up from the showroom floor at the dealership. Additionally, the cost for the job was very reasonable. That was money well spent. I have to personally thank the owner for living up to his word. He assured me that he would oversee the work to make sure that it was done right, and he did. A first rate job in my book. Thanks to him, I will have a very jolly Christmas this year. Quality work! Friendly people!The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that my car was very dusty inside from the sanding before painting! My trunk, flormats, all was a mess with sanding dust!But the work looks nice. Overall I'm satisfied!

I spoke to a guy that actually did an awesome estimate but they obviously are way too busy to deal with me. I took it to be more of a family organization than a BUSINESS. I was quite offended the way a guy brushed me off as if he didn't want to deal with me. James was awesome and I believe a young man named Eric did my estimate but there is an older guy there that seemed like a "Trump supporter" he cut me off, he was rude and barely could stay on key with a conversation because there was a lady that looked like she was old enough to be his daughter smiling in his face. He was unprofessional as ever!!!!! I've always noticed police cars being repaired there but I wouldn't go there!! I'd rather deal with professional people than not be able to be served because I'm not "privileged ". I was so disgusted by this old creepy guy!!

I had a great experience with this business. Work was done properly and in good timing. I thought everyone was very nice and professional. I would use them again. I recommend you try D & D Paint & Body Shop.

These guys made my car look brand new after it had been vandalized and most of the hood had scratches and needed new clear coat and paint in some areas. Don't go to caliber collision or paceline, they will try to over charge you, $800-$900 for a simple buff and paint job. This shop charged me significantly less than that and did impeccable body work - all done in about 8 hours! While caliber collision told me it I'd be without a car for 5 whole days!

I would totally advise anyone who needs body work or any kind of work done to go see DND. They are very professional, very nice people and they do very very good work. I will be going back when I need any kind of work done on my car. I really appreciate them they came clutch when I needed it the most. Great work and awesome customer service. Their price was hands down the best around. We got quoted by a bunch of places before making a decision. We just picked up our vehicle today and we are very happy.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.Was informed the vehicle would be ready 2 weeks ago, then was told they had no car idea why that would have been said it would be another 2 weeks. Two weeks go by and we call asking the status of the vehicle, which we were then told it would be finished that Friday. Waited for a call that we never received and called them ourselves. We were told it would not be done until Monday (today), so we called around 3:00pm and asked the status once again. We were told it would be done today and they would give us a call. It is now 5:51pm and they closes and we've still never received a phone call to get the vehicle. Multiple times we've had to reschedule appointments and change the way we got to other destinations because of the lack of communication they have. I've even had to walk to work three times because of this situation. Feel highly disrespected and disgusted with the professionalism of this company.

I will tell you this much, I originally had plans to write review after this work. Normally I would go thru insurance but since I wanted other work done I decided to go this route. Went on vacation for 1 week, got estimate of work, wanted to drop vehicle off day before I left. Couldn't cause parking lot was too full. No big deal on that part, was given a date to drop off. No problem there either. Came back vehicle hadn't even been painted after having for 1 week. Waited few more days, called again, given few more days. Went to shop asked about completion date. Told 1.5hrs would be done had a few dings to repair still, detail vehicle inside/out. Went back to shop 4.5hrs later see truck has 2 dings that are painted but not repaired. Girl in office attitude all wrong to be in front office greeting customers. Truck is dirty hand prints everywhere, over spray on truck and she looking at me waiting for me to point it out to her, you can clearly see white spray on dark plum paint. Bottom line if you want cheap poor quality work done with poor less than 1 star customer service this is your spot. I wouldn't recommend this place for my worst enemy. Fool me once shame on me. Definitely will not happen again. Went here cause shop I normally use only handles insurance claims. This was a shopping cart damage to drivers door in HEB. Figured I would get all other door dings repaired as well. Picked wrong place to get it done. That's all. Search/read reviews of some of the people that use the business before you spend your money.The attitude I was getting from this chic was further infuriating me. Poor poor poor. Check around first unless as Mgr put it to me, "is a rock chip really that important". If I brought it to you to be repaired then it must be..are you serious.

Amazing service! I was treated with dignity and respect from the first call all the way when I drove off the lot. Their prices are low and who doesn t like a good price with your car being treated like a queen. Great Job!!! Can t wait to come back when I need it.

Went there for a estimate to get my 2008 Ford F-150 to get painted the same color it already is all white, and to knock out the little door dings and scratches, and let me tell you the owner James personally walked outside and did the estimate with me and told me that it would only cost $2500 and I was honestly shocked. Prior to going over to D & D Body shop I went to Maaco and they gave me a estimate of $4948.98 which I personally thought was over priced in my opinion, so I went to D & D Body shop right after and I was very pleased with the work I saw there and with the estimate. I will be dropping of my truck there to get painted for sure and I will be posting pictures after the job is complete and I expect nothing but the best from them.

Edit: The bumper popped back off on the sides after my husband bottomed out on a parking curb. They quickly popped it back in place and didn't charge a dime! 100% recommend!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If you have any repairs or auto body work needing to be done, I highly recommend D&D Body Shop.Caliber Collision was quoting upwards of $1600 to repair my front bumper after a seriously minor fender bender. The wreck did not even crack my flimsy plastic bumper.Took the vehicle to D&D body shop, they repainted the bumper for me, repaired a couple cracked/broken snaps and had me out the door for $200.My car looks brand new and it was repaired at OEM standards!

Just stay away!!! Had bumper repainted! Had bubbles in paint. Took it back to be repainted AGAIN!! Still had bubbles!!! Employee was rude. Said it was best they could do!!! BEWARE!!!!!
