I dont even know where to start. My car went through 2 incidents of having water in the gas tank that went into the engine and disabled it. The first time I went to Nissan. They changed the injectors among other repairs. The second time, not too far from the first incident, I took my car to Mr. Craig. They found some of the injectors were not properly installed. I keep all of my car repairs paperwork in my car and Mr. Craig saw that I spent so much money on car repairs. For how much he had to do to fix my car, he did his best to keep the cost minimal to me by making sure the injectors were completely not usable before he replaced them with new ones. He also noticed that my battery connections needed to be cleaned. They cleaned out my engine. I dont know a lot about cars. I ve been taking my car to the dealership to get it serviced and not once did they advice me about getting my engine or at least my battery connections cleaned. Now my car runs smoothly than ever before. I take my car to Mr. Craig for maintenance now and I dont trust anyone with my car other than him. I ve moved to a different city but I still drive to killeen to have my car serviced. I am so very grateful for Mr. Craig and his team.

The best in the area. Finding an honest mechanic, especially in this area is very hard to come by. I have recommended everyone I know to Craig. He will not nickel and dime you. If there is something genuinely wrong with your vehicle, he will let you know, and quote you a price before he does anything. I was taking my vehicle elsewhere for the normal maintenance, and they were NOT doing what they were suppose to be doing. Craig has been doing my oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, etc. He s not only the best mechanic around, he s the best uncle as well. Highly recommend!Services: Tires, Oil change

Craig is a great man. Someplace tried to charge me almost $800 to replace my radiator reservoir tank on my car. He charged me, legit, under 100 bucks and I just bought the part! He is so very professional and thorough. You know how you can tell if someone works for a check or if the work to please their passion? Well this is one passionate man. I just had my car repaired today and he was just such a joy to work with. I will be going back and recommending my friends and family do the same.You are great Craig

In preparation of a cross country trip, we took our 2013 Sienna to Craig s Auto to have it completely checked over. Craigs Auto was quick to respond with recommended service, clear in communicating what they checked and why they recommended what they did, and clear in the charges. We felt informed, but not pressured. The repairs were performed quickly and the prices were very reasonable.Craig s Auto does excellent, thorough work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Extremely professional, will take time to explain everything that's wrong with the vehicle and everything that needs to be fixed/has been fixed, and how everything functions. Very honest shop. I will forever take all my vehicles here. They don't just throw parts at a vehicle and hope it works they take time to diagnose everything. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Craig did an amazing job, our car needed a tune up and sensors needed to be replaced due to the fact that they were the wrong ones. He took his time to figure out which ones were correct and was pleasant to work with, always called us back with updates and explained the issues that needed to be fixed. I trust him with all our car issues that may happen. By far the best my husband and I have seen. It's hard trusting anyone with your car because many people are just money hungry and Craig is not. He just wants what we want, get the work done right and charges you for what was done. Reasonable and respectful.Thanks Craig for all your help! Glad to know that there are still good people out there!Highly recommend.

Craig is a real mechanic, as are his employees. They are not just parts changers without a brain, such as Autolab and Chevy. I took my Cruz there after burning through two catalytic converters and no one could find the real underlying problem (a leak in exhaust manifold), nor would they own up to their mistakes. They wanted me to keep changing catalytic converters without finding out why they were going out. Craig spent so much time with my car while fixing minor things and he finally found the answer. I have some experience as does my family in the car business and with classics. The quality of his service should be echoed at every modern car service - it should be their ideal. Really, guys like this should be teaching Chevy how to do work. It is honest, thorough, and ethical. He also works on classic cars which is just great

I took my 08 wrangler here today. Craig lived up to all my expectations. He was super nice, helpful, and professional. He showed me what was wrong and how it was wrong (I know nothing of cars). The pricing was awesome. This was the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop. I highly recommend this shop. Craig and Craig's assistant are also very experienced and knowledgeable. I'm really glad I went here.

I take my vehicle to him whenever I have a problem or just need regular maintenance done he's a great mechanic, very honest and fair on prices. If your looking to have your vehicle fixed the right way and not pay dealership prices go to craig you wont be disappointed.

Awesome experience this is the most comprehensive automotive repair shop I've ever been to in Killeen they are thorough professional and they aren't the fastest but the quality work when you receive your vehicle back is worth the wait God bless Craig

Great service. I needed brakes for my 2012 Camry. I was in and out in a matter of hours. And the final bill was actually quite a bit less than the original estimate. Highly recommend Craig's.

Not the fastest mechanic because he's got a huge workload but that simply shows how thorough and how trustworthy he is. I was a walk in with an electrical problem that te fixed after three days. He showed me the parts that were bad, explained how they went bad, how he knew that those particular parts were the problem, ran a full test of my electrical system, and then charged me a reasonable rate that was less than Firestone would have charged for far less effort. Only real problems with him are that unless you can schedule ahead of time it might be a few days before he can even look at your car and he absolutely refuses to give any kind of estimate until he's actually seen your car.

This is the most professional mechanic shop in Killeen they were honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost and got the job done in a few hours. I have since been back there a total of 3 times and each time they have went above and beyond my expectation . I WILL NOT TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE TO DO MECHANIC WORK !!!!!!!! Craig is Awesome

I just got a lift put on, along with tires and rims. It was done all in good timing, and if there was any questions, or if there was something that was being changed he'd give a call! This business is the best around. The business and employees are all honest, respectful, and very trust worthy! Highly recommend!!

Honest mechanics, they explain whats wrong with the vehicle and charge for a reasonable price.. If you dont wanna get scammed this is the shop that you need to look into.. Keep up doing great things!
