The staff was very nice. Of course they suggested I get all these other maintenance items done but was only there for an oil change. This did not speed up the process and I honestly don't understand why it takes over an hour to service an oil change. In today's case two and half hours. I was given a discount without asking for it and the service tech was very nice and personable which is why I gave them 5 stars. You can get fast service at most places but nothing beats getting quality customer service at a reasonable price.

Spent $1,500 on electrical/audio repairs, replacement then had further issues with system and followed up to utilize the warranty. Service Dept Managers were very rude, condescending and lazy in their efforts to assist us. I finally gave up and went to a different dealership where I was very happy/satisfied with the outcome. Sales Team may be great at this dealership but do yourself a favor and have your Honda serviced elsewhere. Ross & Lance will NOT leave you feeling like valued customers. Jennifer Archuleta and the Service Team went above and beyond to get us on track for our cross country road trip, despite a sudden check engine light coming on the day before our scheduled trip. I would rate them higher if I could, I mean every star and more, my highest commendation. Thank you so much for everything! Just ask for Lance when you get there, by far he is one of the kindest and patient people I have met. Though I didn t really know what was wrong with the car, he had time to check it out and explain everything to me.. he got a lot of knowledge . Thank you so much Lance you have the customer care magic and you placed a smile on my face .. I will always pass by when I need help. i bought a honda pilot from this place 12/4/21 now there was a special they were running which listed 2 free complimentary oil changes withen a year. today 11/10/2022 i go in for my 2nd oil change, these guys tryied to charge me $68 for an oil change because my honda care expired... how does that got anything to do with the complimentary oil change im suppose to be receiving for free?! i personally wouldnt go to this dealership for any maintence.. go somewhere else like walmart or a reputable mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used to take all my Honda vehicles to Cleo Bay for services but I quickly realized that the service department's business practice is to stick you with services that you don't actually NEED but, that they do "recommend". So, as of this year (2022) I have discontinued all vehicle services at Cleo Bay and have opted to travel to Temple, TX for services or whenever I travel to Oklahoma I'll go to the Honda dealer in Oklahoma City. I have been doing business with Cleo Bay Honda for roughly 30 years but things have changed drastically in the past several years. I used to trust and feel confident that I was a valued customer and that I was receiving excellent customer service.I quickly began to feel (realize) that we were being gouged and/or pick pocketed each time we took in one of our vehicles for service or some type of inspection. I put my suspicion on the back burner and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, my suspicions were correct. My husband and I are used to dealing with one person and one person only. After our regular person departed several years ago (Steve) we've been hemorrhaging $$$$ at the Cleo Bay Honda service department. We have ALWAYS been diligent about the maintenance on our vehicles but we no longer trust the (young lady) personnel at Cleo Bay Honda service department.

My husband took time off work to have our 2021 Hondas breaks/ tires looked at. The first attempt the service tech turned him away saying the issue would resolve on its own. It didn't. The ear piercing grinding noise got worse and I was so embarrassed to go anywhere driving it. I called the service dept back and spoke with Jennifer, she said come in and theyll take a look. He brought it back in and the issue was resolved. Thanks Jennifer in the service dept. for your help solving the issue!!

I bought my vehicle a few years ago from here. Everything was pretty good purchase was great. I came back today because the battery went dead after about two weeks of not being on in a brand new car.When I pulled up the guy just said you might want to go inside. No greeting or anything. I went inside and the woman in the service department greeted me with a frown. The frown stayed on the whole time we interacted. I told her the issue and she said we don t know why batteries die, it happens all the time. She completely disregarded my concern and became defensive.She didn t want to talk to me much. So I asked her if she had an ESTIMATED time for the battery change. She said I don t have an estimated time there s people in front of you. I stood there and stared for a few seconds and she finally blurted out maybe an hour and a half I don t know.I m glad I m leaving the area soon so I don t have to come back. It s a shame because I had such a good experience when I bought the car.

The service was great. There were 2 ladies that went above and beyond for me. I was struggling a little with sending my daughter off to another city. I was a little emotional and they really comforted me. I can't thank them enough!!!

My parents live in Killeen and it seems every few years - they want to buy a new Honda. They will go nowhere else but Cleo Bay, even though I've tried to get them to shop around in Austin. This time around, the salesperson was a very polite young man named Dustin. Dustin doesn't feel like your typical car salesman. He's very humble and matter-of-fact. My parents are older and he was incredibly patient with them. He was wheelin' and dealin' with me and my husband, but he would always respectfully negotiate with them, too. My parents were also very impressed. But, what was the most impressive about Dustin was after the deal was done. A lot of salespeople don't go the extra mile and drop you, once they've made the money. Dustin wasn't like that at all. He gave us his cell phone number and said he would keep us updated about everything (he did) and always gave us a fast response when we were getting jittery about things! I would highly suggest Dustin for a non-stressful, fair deal and someone who's going to follow-through every single time. We've also been very impressed with Cleo Bay Honda and their warranty repairs and also the QUALITY of their repairs dealing with Hondas - even the older ones.Services: Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Oil change

Got some touch up paint. Had to be ordered but they don't call you when it comes in, so be sure to follow up. I'm sure they were just too busy.

A hour and half A 1 service plus wheel alignment taking 4hrs. I came in at 745 and it's now 1057 and I'm still waiting

Showed up to the Honda dealership with my rebuilt title Honda Fit. Checked my car througly to see if anything was needed and did not try to sell me on an unnecessary service. A+ service departmentShout out to JJ!
