they replaced my clutch, flywheel, slave, & master cylinder in under 12h. was expected to be done in 2 days, but they worked till almost 12am finishing the job in the same day i had dropped it off. amazing guy & service.

Man they are great! They were super polite and very helpful. My tie Rod broke and I had my car towed to them. I was worried that I wouldn t have my car for a few days but they had it fixed within an hour and a half which was very impressive. This is my first time taking my car to a mechanic in Killeen and I can say that I know where I will be taking my car to for any repairs that s needed. Thank y all so much!

Yesterday Sept 26 2019 this auto shop was about to close when I called them, they gave me a reasonable time to come in and get rims/wheels from another car taken off and put on my car this process took over 2 hours from their closing time we had alittle complications with lug Nut sizes where I had to go buy some to fit my car, they waited patiently for me and the other person to get back and the job was done I highly recommend Anyone who s looking to get anything done with their car to go to Castillo auto repair! I for sure left that place happy And a satisfied customer!!

Hands down best mechanic shop in the area. Today out of nowhere my brake failed and I got stuck in the middle of the road. I pulled my vehicle in a parking lot and started calling mechanic shops. Almost all of them told me either they can't help me today or quoted me an arm or a leg, except Omar's shop. I initially thought my brake master cylinder failed but I wasn't aware of my car's chronic brake line problem until Omar told me on the phone. He said if you can drive here safely I can check it for you. I drove up there and yes he verified a brake hose causing the problem. He could easily charge me for brake line plus master cylinder and tell me hey we need to change both actually, but he didn't. He fixed the car in an hour and his diagnostic fee, parts, repair and bleeding the brake line all together was cheaper than other regular mechanic shops' oil change bill.I honestly won't be choosing any other shop if I need in Killeen anymore. It's difficult to find a honest and hardworking mechanic nowadays but I got super lucky today.

Got my front and rear brakes + oil change ($250+$25) done here couple of months ago. Brought the parts in myself. Mechanic omar and esmeralda both friendly. Nice family run shop. You can call/text if you need to know what part you need. Highly recommend them. I will be coming back whenever I need some work done on my car. Amazing service, got my truck fixed and got greeted nicely at arriving to the shop. Anthony the mechanic is a very knowledgeable man, go to him for your problems and he ll fix it. Will definitely go again!

Called around trying to get my car seen for a brake problem and Castillo was the only place able to see me the next day. When I arrived the service was quick and friendly as they worked to diagnose the problem and give recommendations on how to find the parts I needed, even looking up a few places and recommending other shops that could better diagnose as it was possibly an extensive electrical circuit issue.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic! Family owned spot that makes you feel welcomed and confident that you vehicle will be taken care of. The mechanics were very polite and professional, and best part, the price was far better than most places in town. This shop has won my business for as long as I live in Killeen and I highly recommend them 100%.

Great mechanic and one of the best, if not the best in town. I came in for a problem with a vehicle I bought from a dealership about 6 months ago. They quickly diagnosed the problem and serviced my vehicle. They were very polite and explained to me in detail the issues with the vehicle and provided me with future references in what needed attention now and what would need to just keep an eye on. Very friendly people and lo ely to work with. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for any issues. I most certainly recommend everyone to come see them if youre having issues with your vehicle and other mechanics have been giving you the run around. These people are legit and honest. Thanks for a great service and wish more shops had people like them working in them. Overall, great service with great people. My vehicle is in great condition now and have not had any issues since.

I've taken my car here twice. They're affordable and worked with me. Got my clutch replaced, new starter, and power steering pump. I drive a 2003 Acura RSX - I will definitely be returning for any other maintenance that's needed. Thank you!

They completely fixed our ac. Our u joint was broken and they found out what was causing the u joints to break and replaced the drive shaft, u joints and restored the ac. Very reasonable pricing, very informative and helpful. Would definitely come back

I wish I knew the name but the manager here helped me out and saved the day!! We went to so many different places trying to get my car worked on and he was the ONLY helpful one!! Came here initially for an oil change. Emmie & Omar treated my car with care and were very knowledgeable. Have had more services performed ( transmission oil, wheel bearings) and was never disappointed with service, price and time. Definitely my go to spot and they treat you like fam!

Amazing services for an even better price, I took my piece of work old 99 ranger to 3 different people prior to taking it here, none of them could fix my timing issues besides these folks, and the price was essentially half what the firestone on fort hood cost. The owner Omar and his wife where awesome! If you are looking for a reliable mechanic with good service and fair prices, stop your search. This guy was professional and serviceable. I went there with a sensor issue, not only did he charge me a fraction of the price other local mechanics asked for, he did it right. This was a new feeling for me, when I normally step into a shop; I can t help to feel that I over paid or that some how I was ripped off, this guy; I felt like I wanted to voluntarily give him more money! I had a caliper in my trunk and asked him if he thought I should swap it out, he took his time checked the old one out, then decided to install it for me at no additional cost. I can t speak well enough about this guy. In simple words he is how all mechanics should aim to be.

My wife came in this morning and explained to a man what was going on with her Jeep, he immediately took her vehicle in, took off her tire and fixed the problem in under 5 minutes, free of charge!! She will forever be greatful to you all for being very helpful, nice, professional, and taking her in, we will now always be costumers as well as the rest of our family that are local residents, again thank you all so much !!

They are very honest people and work really hard on getting your vehicle back in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable about cars. If your looking for a shop that will give you honest prices and tells you the truth, it would be Castillo's.

The service is excellent and the mechanic made time to check my vehicle on the spot and informed me the exact issue. The repairs were done same day. Very knowledgeable mechanic and friendly service. My go to mechanic in Killeen.

Theeee Mechanic shop to go to. I have been coming to Castillos shop since they opened. Omar has always been honest and is spot on. They have never failed me. Prices are affordable and Esmeralda did an amazing job finding my parts at a price I could afford. Thanks for your dedicated work.

I've been to multiple shops for repairs, but I will never look any further. Castillo is a very honest and dependable mechanic, with a lot of experience.
