Always great service and satisfaction at Caruthers! Donnie is an exceptional worker!The last tires they recommended and put on my truck lasted over 94,000 miles. I travel the country and this place literally has the best prices for quality tires I ve found. Happy customer and definitely a loyal customer! Also, Beefy is great company while you wait.

I had a pleasant experience yesterday with Caruthers Tire and Service Center. I own a 2018 Mazda 3 Sedan and was in need of rotors and brake pads. I showed up unannounced during closing and they got me scheduled in for service the very next day. Their technicians swapped the components and did the computer alignments for the ABS system. Feels like a brand new car. The price was reasonable and the people at the phone were friendly. Could not be happier.

Took them a a ball joint to get installed and were not able to get it done. They did not reach out letting me know of the situation I had to call them the day after for them to be able to tell me they were unable.

Well, i call this shop on Friday to bring in two work vehicles Monday for alignment. Dropped off first vehicle was supposed to get a call back when it was done to bring in my second vehicle. I finally called at 2:00 and was told my first vehicle has been done. But they cannot get to my second vehicle today. 5 hours for one alignment I don't find that acceptable.

My husband went to get an alignment done on his 370z and paid well over 100 dollars. And the results are the same as he brought it in that day. Literally no change at all. So I wouldn t recommend bringing any kind of sports cars here.

Took it in for brake issue they said they changed the front ones but only painted them for $100; told my wife the brand was paint, I knew they were lying. We had issue with the next day.Dishonest!

First time user. Very friendly associates. I was charged double for tow but they refunded me with no hassle.reasonable time it took to get my thermostat fixed.

Long time local business. Super friendly, mechanics are all friendly. Waiting area is spotless. The owners are fair honest and The prices were very reasonable. Turn around time on the work done on my vehicle was excellent.

Diesel RV needed fuel filter replacements and we were passing through with No Appointment . They got us right in and out within an hour, cheaper than a dealer and far more convenient. They seemed very busy and the shop was full but they dropped everything to help us out, THIS is the type of service and business that America needs more of!

Went in for a wheel alignment. Left with my vehicle making noises that I have never heard before. Didnt trust them to fix it, so I took it to the dealership. Lesson learned.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Eventhough every mechanic shop is backed up for days even weeks right now. They were fast super helpful knowledgeable and friendly to boot! Nice place inside can wait for your car or drop it and go some places I don't want to leave anything in my car when dropping it off but these guys here are great. And what a beautiful big bully baby dog they have to great you.

I needed to get my oil and fuel filters changed on my Ford F250. I called Ashtons in Killeen, they were too busy and referred me to Caruthers Tire in Killeen. Ashtons stated that they were good and didn't pad the bid, so I didn't ask their price, I know my bad. A few hrs later that stated the truck was finished and quoted $452.00. I immediately called Ashtons and asked how much they charge for a oil and fuel filter change, between 200 and 225. So, I spoke to Caruthers, confirmed the price, I explained to them that I was referred to them but Ashtons. I explained to them the price that I paid last time ($225) and asked why they were more than double the price. They stated they used Ford filters, I stated so does Ashtons, they stayed they can't at that price.They did drop the price to $320.00.I immediately drove across the street to Ashtons, confirmed their price and told them what Caruthers said about them using cheap products.So under no circumstances, will I take my vehicle to CARUTHERS. Unless you want a bill that's double the price of other reputable mechanics, DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO CARTHERS.I had to give them a one star to write the review they do not deserve it.I dropped off my truck bill, so I spoke to Caruthers and made a huge mistake

I took my wife s Tahoe in for some tire repair and it was nothing but a perfect experience. They were very professional and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be a returning customer!Service: TiresService: Tires

I was able to get my struts and read coils done.Whole job was done in a day, the only thing was waiting for parts to come in but once they were in dropped my truck off Wednesday morning and was complete the very next day.Donnie is very honest and straight forward about getting what u need.Taking your vehicle here is a smart decision

Honest, reliable and ethically run business (something very hard to find these days). They don't try to upsell just for the sake of it, they know what they are doing and are always easy to talk to about your vehicle and what you would like , or need, to have done. I trust them with all my vehicles, including my pride and joy. I have worked around vehicles for many years and have experience, but sometimes don't have the energy or time to do my own work. Highly recommend.

I came here to get tires changed today. From the moment that I asked about getting it done to walking out the door was less than 15 minutes. They provided great services. The prices were competitive and I will be back in the future.

Will never go back to this place. I brought my car in because it was leaking oil on my garage floor. The owner charged me a diagnostics fee and told me nothing is wrong, it is not leaking and that my power steering was "probably too full." A day later and my garage floor has oil spils on it again. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.

I was recommended Caruthers Tire by a local auto parts store for trustworthiness. They were professional, fast, and fixed a minor issue with my vehicle that I suspected was a much larger problem. I am extremely satisfied and will go to them for all my auto needs in the future.

They have good, FAST and professional service. After searching and getting experiences from most of the local ones Caruthers do good job. Plus, price is better. Better than Walmart I can say also.

If you're tired of being pushed around by Nationwide Auto Repare Chains, I would recommend Caruthers Tires for service. This establishment has a laid-back family atmosphere. There's not a pushy service person or anybody trying to Up-Sell what you really don't need.Integrity goes a long ways in the auto repair business. If this is what you're looking for in a Tire & Auto Repair Shop, you found the right place!
