Great Customer Service!Friendly staff and atmosphere. Mr. Armando assisted me with my recent visit. He was very attentive and caring to my needs. He was very knowledgeable and really strived to help me find the best, most cost efficient way to repair my vehicle. I was very pleased. God bless

Trustworthy and hardworking people who are not only quick in answering phone calls and inquiries but also in giving updates of the repairs. They even did an extra mile just to help their customers. Caliber did a great job repairing the damage to my vehicle. The process from drop off to pick up was very efficient. Armando kept me informed of the status of the work and my car was ready earlier than planned. Overall, I'm very happy with the service from Caliber and I definitely recommend them.

This location has always been outstanding. The other day I had a large scratch on my new car and Danny Binion my Service Advisor went above and beyond to assist me. He could have over sold me on something but he was honest and beyond helpful. Because of him and this locations quality and integrity I will always recommend and use Harker Heights Caliber. Thank you for a superior experience!

Caliber Collision did an exceptional job on my car repair. From the great front desk staff, the considerate driver that followed me home then brought me back to get my car when completed to Armando my main POC who was simply amazing! This is for sure the place to get any repairs needed...

Great experience. Drove from Dallas to Waco because Chris Fabian jumped through hoops to get the part 2 weeks sooner than any repair shop near us and we needed our car. He was great to deal with, very professional, kept us informed every step of the way!

they did such great work with the repairs on my bmw. they were quick and armando went out of his way to take the time to make sure i understood everything that was going to be done. i was consistently updated throughout the process and honestly i couldn t have asked for a smoother experience. hopefully i don t have to come back but if i do i ll definitely come back here!

Everything Caliber told me to expect was correct. Timeline, etc, there were no surprises. They kept me informed during the process. They gave me a ride to pick up my rental car. The end result was excellent with no complaints on the work done. The car looked great.

Mr Armando Leos repaired my car early. He constantly updated me of the repairs. I m very pleased with the repair work Caliber Collision performed on my car. I attribute it to Armando!!! He is the epitome of Mr. Customer Service! I really enjoyed working with Matt from Caliber, he was up front and informative and I appreciated that. They fixed my car after a wreck and it s looks brand new! I have zero complaints their communication with me was on point and they coordinated with the rental company for me! Thank you all great work!

Good not aligned properly, dash lights on dash started to turn on , they were told after accident lights came on and was told that would be fixed also . Popping sounds when turning , did they even take the time to drive it and or look at it when they said repairs were complete ? Welcome to 2023-24 where businesses can do poor repairs and call them self s professionals.

The young lady at the front desk was very professional, courteous, and provided answers to all my questions and assist with getting transportation to the rental office. Danny explained the process and provided a detailed description of the repairs. I'd watch what business you do with this location. They lack morals and business ethics. First of all the lady at the counter was rude every time I talked to her. Second both my headlight bulbs and my battery were ruined when I picked up my car. The tech said he left it running so it would charge and had to jump it to start it. Okay I drive it to the gym and it leaves me stranded at the when I get out. so I bring it back the next day they're open. The manager says he can "help" me with the bulbs and not the battery. I don't think it is helping someone by fixing what you messed up. They say there's nothing wrong with the battery, so I take it to O'Reilly's and get it checked and it fails (no way). So they'd rather screw someone over and risk their reputation for $180, nice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
