Beyond satisfied with the level of work done to my vehicle. Caliber Collison will always be my go to spot for vehicle repairs. You can see from the before and after pics, excuse the dust on the pillar but it s all good now.

We have taken our cars to Caliber Collision off of Veterans Mem. for several years now and have always dealt with Kevin. Car repairs, insurance and rentals is no fun to deal with but we have always been able to rest easy knowing Kevin was making sure the repairs are running smoothly and that we are kept informed. He is very detailed and meticulous when assuring our cars are returned to us in the very best condition.This time when we called to schedule a repair we were pleasantly surprised to hear a familiar voice on the other end of the phone. Amber, at the front desk, is someone we have know for years from when she worked at a local pest control office. She is so friendly and helpful ...Caliber is lucky to have her!!We will continue to travel from Cove to Killeen (even tho Caliber has a Cove location) because of the exceptional service they provide!

Eli and the staff here were great. Car looks damn near brand new after I scraped a pole in my CT4-V Blackwing. The carbon fiber pieces were a bit hard to get, but the constant updates kept me informed. Picked it up a month later and am very satisfied with the repair. Hopefully I don t have another accident but will bring my cars here from now on.

I and my husband had to bring our truck in to get front end work done on our 2020 chevy blazer. Eli was our service advisor and he listened and understood the importance of us getting our vehicle back due to a vacation that was coming up at that time in January. They fixed and restored our vehicle to its fullest potential and I like that in a collision shop. Now this is where I will fast forward to today 3/22/24 I will give the receptionist a zero on customer service. I had called to check on a job application for the csr job that was listed today. The lady I couldn't understand her name when I asked for a hiring manager very nicely she automatically got rude and asked what it was about. I stated to her it was about a job application and when I did the application and what the position was for. She continued to be rude stating the position was already filled and hung up on me. That lady needs some training on how to have proper etiquette when handling phone calls in a csr front desk setting. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for collision work and I will continue to have Eli as my service advisor because he goes above and beyond.

I'm not good with words, but to sum things up. Caliber was great and still is great. Kevin at the one on Veterans Memorial Blvd was awesome with answer all my questions and taking care of both of my vehicles.

My truck was damaged from an hit and run on the passenger rear side. Caliber Collision got me in and took care of the damage. They even saved the insurance some money. I was kept abreast on the repair status weekly by my rep, Eli.Overall, I am satisfied with the work.

The experience was awesome. Customer service was awesome they kept me informed throughout the whole time. I wish I could give back.I m so glad my insurance USAA trust this company. First time ever that I had an accident it was a trauma for me but caliber collision made me feel safe.

Excellent place to get body work done and they offer popcorn to help lessen the pocketbook pain. I was impressed with the quick, professional car handling, and they did it with a smile.

My vehicle was well taken care of with Eli the service technician. He explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and he kept me in the loop by sending me text messages twice weekly on the progress of my vehicle s repair. He was professional at all times. Calibur Collision is Amazing! Hassel free got my car back on time and completely clean. Eli and his crew are phenominal. Highly recommend to everyone with or without insurance . High quality work done in reasonable time with a workmanship Guaruntee. Cant be matched.

Easy Peasy . Long as you do your part call your insurance or go on app and file your claim get a car rental tell em what's wrong and let them fix your baby it's that easy . I heard someone arguing with them about their deductible don't do that call your insurance and give them a hard time .

Very professional and personable. Treated my wife and I like people and not a sale. Good quality and workmanship. Took really good care of not just my car but the whole process of having repairs. Many other places make you feel stupid that you don't know much about cars but not here! Here JJ made our experience very worth while. I will return should I need their services again! 10/10

This is the second time having my vehicle repaired with Caliber Collision. This last time when the insurance company asked where I wanted my vehicle repaired I requested them since they did such an outstanding job the first time. Etienne was very professional and detail oriented in his job. The ladies who work up front were always nice and kept me up to date on my vehicle status. First time I ve ever had any work done on a vehicle I can honestly say was the best experience. Reade and eli kept me updated with everything that needed to be done on my car. They did a good job on my repairs. There were delays, but that's not my issue. Getting multiple push requests per day to take surveys on their performance is.
