I worked with Lance and I felt super comfortable with the entire process. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and I was updated the whole process start to finish about my car. Thank you to everyone who helped me out from the front desk to the dirty work.I don t want to be back soon, but if I have to be I know I ll be in great hands.

Staff is very professional and finished my car on time. I have had several cars fixed here and always the best customer service. Andrew is the man to talk to. He will take care of you. The receptionist is on point and coordinates everything flawlessly. Always a pleasure.

Absolute professionals! Lesslie and Lance are the best! They took care of me from start to finish. They keep you updated throughout the process and give you realistic completion time. I challenged them to fix my truck in 7 days and their team did it in 6 days.

They did an awesome job on the repairs on my car. I'm so GLAD I chose Caliber Collision. Dropped my car off 5/18/20 and picked it up 5/29/20 best turn around time then anyplace in town. Thank you all for the Great work and customer service!

The overall repair was great. Whoever is in charge of looking at the vehicle before returning it needs to be replaced. There was over spray all over my windows, my front blinker no lo ger works and they forgot to install my emblems and center cap on my wheel. The body work and paint look great!

If you re not with USAA insurance company or had made a claim with your insurance company this place will treat you different they do not care about you or your vehicle. After explaining to them I would pay CASH to get my vehicle fix they still wanted to get the insurance company involved. What does that say about this place. Cool I ll happily take my money and business somewhere else. The front desk lady do not have to be rude and unprofessional if you have questions just call the insurance company don t harassed me with unnecessary questions. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very poor experience with caliber collisionbeing an authorized adjuster of my insurance agencyThe adjuster had a cocky attitude from the beginning, denied aspect of the vehicle damage saying if they would repair these items as a favor but that if I went to another shop, I wouldn t get them repaired because they were Not recognized as part of their adjustment

I took my 2008 Benz in for a fender bender and what they did seemed to me, was like plastic surgery. Now, my entire car looks new. I'm thinking about hitting a tree, to what else wonders they can do! "Great Job Guys!!!"

- They had my car for more than 2 months after a car accident because their technicians missed a $20,000 repair that rendered my vehicle a total loss.- The service provider complained to me on three occasions that they were not going to be paid for the $7000 in repairs that they already performed because of their own incompetency and purposefully delayed submitting paperwork to my insurance to cover his own behind.- I had to call my insurance to force them to submit the paperwork.- When trying to recover the items in my vehicle, their customer support staff argued with me and kept making excuses instead of just letting me know my car was parked out front and ready.- When I arrived their front desk lady refused to acknowledge me or look at me and walked away when I was in the middle of introducing myself.- Before I left the man assigned to my account yet again thought it was a good idea to infer that this was problematic for them as well because they weren't getting paid.This has been the single most unprofessional experience I have had with any service provider in my 36 years on this earth.

I took my Palisade in for bumper repairs because I had been rear ended. Lance Smith was professional and finished quicker than what he had quoted me. I was told about 5 days to a week and it was finished in 3 days. I was kept up to date the entire time. He told me they would handle everything with the repair and my rental and dealing with the other persons insurance company. I did have to wait a few months for an appointment though. That was a downside and when I first walked in I was not greeted. The person doing the initial sign ins was in conversion with a coworker or delivery guy and proceeded to finish her conversation before acknowledging me, and I was the only customer in there and it was very obvious I was a customer. That would be my biggest complaint because I feel greetings in a business are important. But the actual work was wonderful and my car was very clean when I picked it up. I would highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

They were great had hail damage on 3 of my vehicle and they did such a great job , you could never tell that they did. My vehicle were also cleaned and washed when I picked them up. Bought my vehicle here for an insurance repair. I was given about a 14 day estimate or possibly more depending on parts requirements. But that was part of the act I guess. Because these guys and gals are magicians. Got my car back in 7 days and in disbelief that they were able to repair it so well. awesome service and even better results 11/10 would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle was in the shop for over a month due to parts being delayed which was unexpected but to my surprise they came in so much sooner than projected and I have my baby already :-) Gwen kept me informed on what was going on with my ride and when I got the call that I could pick him up I was so excited because the projected date was Dec 11 and they were able to get him all fixed on Friday 29 Oct which was amazing. They made my week :-) I would totally recommend caliber collision to anyone who s looking to get body work done on their vehicle. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Miss Alesha who help me through with the initial process until the end. She kept me well informed and with accurate information. To the fellows who actually did the work and repairs, than you for a job well done, couldn t be more satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle. To the personnel responsible for cleaning and treating my far respectfully, Thank you, you impressed me with the care you gave to me vehicle. To anyone reading this review, Take your vehicle to this location and nowhere else. You will be glad you did. I highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone expecting nothing but the best care and repairs to their vehicles.
