Employee made me feel I was bothering him trying to get a torque wrench. Was going to rent one as I only needed it for one job, but found that it is 2.5x more expensive to rent it for a 5min job than buying a new one for $50.

Great experience replacing a battery. Stephen went above and beyond helping me. We got it tested even though I was pretty certain it was bad. He made sure to check if I had a warranty. He grabbed some tools and helped me change out the batteries as well. Super helpful and great experience. Thanks Stephen!

The staff is always friendly and courteous and the do give military/veteran discounts.

If it wasn t for the District Manager, this would be at one star review, but I am making a review to let them know that the customer matters and you can t change the rules based off of how you feel and or the way the customer looks. Joe, you were very unprofessional and your managing skills are borderline questionable how many times have you given an answer to your customers or employees without even understanding the question. This Lets me know that this company was desperate to hire just anyone or maybe you (Joe) ware just having a bad day and decided to take it out on the rest of us minorities. I guess it s safe to say you haven t looked in the mirror lately. It s 2023. We don t have room for discrimination, if we re trying to make the world a better place keyword if; if you re not, I completely understand your actions today keep up the great work when it comes to being manipulative, dishonest, careless, and heartless you re doing great!!!

received very bad customer service while picking up my order. did not get the cashiers name but the older gentleman was incredibly rude. his tone of voice was very condescending and unwelcoming. this is NOT the first time i've received unnecessary attitude from this specific employee as well. the employee with longer hair was kind and you always have items are usually in stock so i will give 2 stars BUT i will NOT be returning back to this store after multiple rude encounters with the older gentleman.

Steven was great! Informed me what I needed over the phone and assisted me again at the store. Great customer service. Bailed me out of a bind with a new battery. I was visiting the Killeen area when my battery went bad. Helped me get back home to San Antonio safely.

I ve been in here once, and the gentleman that took care of me, was such a gentleman and very patient. Of course I was not able to resolve the issue that I came here for, but I did learn a little bit more about it.

I usually don t have issues here but today sucked ! I was passed off by the Boss because she was obviously in a rush to leave and realized that helping me would take more time ! I get it.. but the rudeness and abruptness wasn t called for ! Definitely could have been handled in a different way!

I was supposed to pick up a part that was purchased at another store after a call was made to verify that they had the part on hand. The associate never actually put their hands on the product so when I drove from one side of town to the other I found out that they didn't actually have the product at that store and I had to drive to Beverly Hills Tx (Waco) to actually get the product (60+ miles one way). The associate at the Rancier location was rude and unapologetic about HER lack of doing her job cost me both time and money. She actually hung up on the associate from the Clear Creek store and then was quite rude when I asked what we could do to remedy the problem. When she called the Beverly Hills, TX store she was again very rude. I would NOT recommend going to this store.

The black lady at the counter on (Veterans not Rancier) this morning did not want to do her job and referred my son and fianc� to YouTube! He asked if she could pull a diagram up of the car and she pulls up a You Tube video. She was very very rude and didn't want to help them. I need a manager or someone to contact me about if this type of behavior is acceptable and why would you allow this woman to work your front counter. Very unprofessional and even though this store is closer, I'll be referring everyone to another auto parts store.

The lady who initially helped was very helpful in assisting me with my problem...she eased my mind in how she explained things. The second lady who assisted me was also very helpful and professional, left very satisfied.

I used to go to this store all the time when I lived on-post, not so frequently since I moved off-post. The staff members are very helpful and friendly.

I have always liked this AZ they are not afraid to tell you to pop the hood and come help you without rushing you along. They're cool with me. They wont try to sale you an expensive part if they know it's not necessary. Integrity goes a long way.

I needed help with my light in front my van and the young man replaced it for me. He was very nice and a life saver for me! Thank you again for your wonderful help!

This location is the best out of all of them my husband needed help replacing a blown headlight and the whole crew came to help when they noticed he needed help even after they closed they were still helping him I thank GOD they didn't stop helping until they found a solution for us Brian made sure he helped us in every way definitely deserves 5 stars on his own keep up the amazing customer service I recommend this location specifically to everyone

I went to this store at about 7:45pm on 09/19/2022 to get a new battery as the one in my caar kept losing its charger and a gentleman behind the counter told me no we don't replace batteries and they were about to close. The store does not close until 9:00pm and it does not take an hour and 15 minutes to replace a battery. I left and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they were very happy to sell and replace my battery for me. I will for now on be an O'Reilly Auto Parts customer for now on.

They ordered a part had to wait for it to come in. Shows up and they ordered the wrong one and told me it would be even longer for the correct one to be there as well as having a new price.While being rude the entire time.Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Very unhelpful woman at the desk. Took two different personal calls before completing our transaction. There were four people behind us in line. Only for us to get home and realize she brought us the wrong part.
