The guys here are awesome! I bought the wrong fuel pump for my husbands truck and didn t know until after we installed it. The guys here exchanged it out for the correct part and discounted the one we needed to what we paid for the wrong one. Come here for your auto needs I always will.

I had a great experience with Joseph at the Stan Schlueter location in Killeen. He took a lot of time, care and attention to detail to make sure I was able to drive off in a running car. The world needs more great men like Joseph. Thanks bro.

I was in a rush and needed to get some fuses, I got to the Autozone right at 7:28 so I can be there when the doors opened. Well, the manager unlocked the doors right at 7:30 and I walked in there and he was ready to help me.He even showed me there were different fuse sizes for my vehicle which I didn't know. After he helped me I was able to work on the issue and replaced the burnt out fuses. I was well on my way for my 9:30am appointment. Great and friendly service!

The staffs were very friendly, & helpful. I went in for a diagnosis for oil change popped up on my dashboard. So, they took a look with computer. One lady told me about it & I'm glad she did.

Staff is always ready to help. If there is a new member, management is always happy to assist. Have always had any rental tools I needed as well. Tool selection is always full. Maintenance fluids are always stocked. Batteries I've needed have always been in stock. No complaints with this store.

Customer service needs improvement and promptness to help out their customers. I use to work for them years ago. The level of service has diminished and never seems to have products or broken down testing equipment

Crazy awesome service. I didn't even get a chance to ask for loaner tools to swap out my battery because the cashier was already wheeling a cart to my car and started changing it himself. How cool is that!?

I ve only been to this location once and from my only experience with them I know that they are all about their customers like my go to AutoZone that s closer to me. I needed a Phillips screwdriver and they allowed me to use one without having to purchase it they got my order out very quickly. I feel like AutoZone as a whole it s just great.

First time I went in to have their platinum duralast battery tested. Said it needed a charge test, and if it was good just to charge. Told me if it was bad that the warranty on the battery won't work for me because I wasn't the one that specifically purchased the battery 3 months ago. I found this to be extremely irritating because that was the whole selling point on buying the Platinum level battery, the 3-year warranty. I've never been to an auto parts store that won't honor a warranty 4 battery that was less than 3 months old. I wasn't trying to get a refund I was just trying to get a good battery.

There should be more employees. I waited over an hour for my parts because there was only one employee and he couldn't go to the back without another employee being up front. Other than that...super fast shipping on my ordered part and friendly staff.

We always get excellent service and great products when we go to AutoZone. As a female I appreciate the extra help they give you when you're clueless about car matters. They have helped me numerous times with headlight bulbs and things like that

I always go to Autozone but this location is a joke. They gave me their tool cart to change the new battery I purchased- when I said I didn't know how and needed help. The older man watched from the window laughing when I had a friend help. I wasn't even rude or disrespectful to deserve it! They just have awful customer service.

The store on Parmer Rd has to train the employees better. Asked for half inch heater hose and the parts person brought out three eights fuel line. I showed him on the hose he was wrong and I left to go to work.

I was looking for a starter solenoid. They told me for my car have to get combo starter/solenoid. I took starter out and rebuilt myself. On this 1998 Taurus solenoid is hardwired to starter. Turns out to be commonly know problem with these cars. If your battery gets a little weak starter jams.

I came here for a diagnostic because the check engine light was on they made me do it myself bc of covid apparently they don't want to come out to your car anymore also when I brought it back he didn't sanitize it or anything so I don't see how it was so concerned about covid but okay then he can't even explain the codes that were on there told me to take it to a mechanic such a waste of time.

I purchased a gel battery that ended up burning a hole through my fuse box which sits over the battery, TWICE! The fuse box was 335.00 no warranty ( on electrical parts) and Autozone denied the claim. They have lost a life customer!! After 2 fuse boxes ( from Chevrolet ) and 2 gel batteries (from Autozone) ! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AUTOZONE AND THIS 300.00 LEAKING GEL BATTERY!
