I have 2008 jeep commander limited with a 5.7 l hemi that needed to have my steering wheel sensor calibrated after a dash out evaporator and and heater core replacement my Dad did at home. The esp / bas and traction control lights were on. After taking it to both Firestone and the Jeep dealership here in Killeen. They were not able to give me a resolution. Someone recommend Ashton Automotive and so I went. It was early in the morning and snowing. The manager greeted me and my Father very professionally. We explained our issue and immediately he knew what the needed to be done. He explained the process and costs. I gave him the key and he resolved the problem in a timely manner. I was back on the road in 30 minutes.Thank you Ashton Automotive.

Best shop I've ever been to. The service and communication were great. I love the interaction with their customer portal. I was sent pictures of everything through this portal. You get access to it via a link that's sent through text. It's just a great tool to have. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

I had to leave a review for the professional work Ashton s automotive mechanic have taken well care of my 2011 ford escape and fixed my problems in the few times I ve had them work on it. I ve very satisfied with their work and professionalism. They care about their customers and they took care of me and always have. My SUV is 12 yrs old but runs like new thanks to Ashton s. If you have problems with your vehicle I recommend them 100% personally . They don t disappoint and they will take care of your vehicle likes there own and that means a lot to me. I m disabled and they really helped me out. Customer service is awesome as well. Go see them if you have problems like I said. I give them a 10 star out of 10.

Took my car for oil leak and trans flush, plus 18 point inspection. Scheduled with Mr Cruz to drop my car off at 8am. The text messages and pictures they sent of everything they checked was awesome. Had my car finished in time, same day so I could pick up after work. I even got a message a couple days after ensuring my car was okay and was satisfied with everything. I was. Will be returning for the rest of Scheduled maintenance in the near future.

After a co-worker recommended Ashton Automotive, I Took my car in for a quote on some work , not only did they quote me in a timely manner they had the part and work done in a couple of hours! The whole staff was a pleasure to do business with , they were helpful, informative and easy to deal with! Got me going in a snap! Affordable and get the job done asap!Great experience and great guys!Need some work check them out!

First off let me say Paul and the folks at Ashton really took care of me! My car is lowered so finding a place to work on it was a nightmare (I probably called 10-15 shops), and nobody could take it. Not only were they able to work on my car, but they got it done in a timely fashion and a fair price. It's a huge relief to find a shop I can trust with my car and I'll definitely be using them going forward!

Needed a bolt extraction in a tight spot that no one wanted to do and charged way less then the 6k the chevy dealership wanted to charge me. And I got my car back before the weekend! Great place to handle whatever you need and the man who worked on my car was very professional and was straight to the point, no phone tag and no hassle.

The past year isn't Xterra has been struggling with a bad crank no start problem. I had it towed to the Nissan dealership multiple times just for them to throw parts at it and charge me an insane amount of money. I finally gave up on them & decided to try out Ashton Automotive. within a week they diagnosed my car, fixed the issue, and fixed other problems as well. They are a million times more affordable, extremely kind, and the system they have in place for showing you your diagnosis & potential charges is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. My go to mechanic for sure!

My husband and I have been using Ashton Automotives for over a year now and they have done an amazing job! They have financing available, which is helpful when I am strap for cash and something goes wrong with my car and I need to fix it rcustomer. VERY friendly and seem like They really do care and appreciate their customers. Thank you very much for yalls amazing service you provide.

I took my car in because it was leaking oil and these folks did a thorough job identifying and fixing the leak sources. As a young woman I never felt taken advantage of, which is rare for automotive shops. The shop is friendly and very fair with their prices. They don't try to upsell you on things your car doesn't need.

Great place to take your vehicle! The only place I will take my Charger now! These guys get right to the problem and fix it! I made appt and took my car it was fixed in no time! Really down to Earth guys and good at what they do!!!

Extremely happy with the experience/outcome with Ashton automotive. I took my truck to two separate shops (one chain one dealership) that failed to pinpoint the issue. Ashton automotive not only found the issue but got it fixed in the matter of a few days. The owner was eager to earn my business and was helpful throughout the process. I can t speak highly enough of the entire Ashton automotive. Definitely bringing my truck to them from now on.

Had to go out of town the same day my car decided it needed to be repaired (the ac fan wouldn't turn off, I needed new relays). The dealership I got my car from couldn't get my car inspected until days later! But I called Ashton Automotive and they got me in the same day, I drove over 5 min later! The person at the front desk personally drove to different automotive shops to find the parts I needed and kept me updated the whole time I waited. He was so helpful! And I was able to have my car fixed for less then what I thought it would cost and I was on the road later that day out of town, just like I planned. Thank y'all! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Need to do better at diagnosing vehicle. Brought in to fix a vibration/shaking at idle and noise when braking. They were able to fix my braking noise but not my vibration issues. I brought it in twice because it was still vibrating/shaking. After them replacing 2 motor mounts i still had issues. I spent almost $1k and still having vibrations. I went and did some research and I changed the transmission mount and no more vibration issue. Not sure who s diagnosing but they need to do better and then just saying because my car is old is a horrible excuse

Outstanding, friendly, and personable customer care. Very professional shop with highly experienced individuals. Ashton and Paul were great and took care of my problem, and explainee what the problem was to me at a level I could understand and without belittling my limited experience in automotives.I was in and out within two hours and paid under $200 for a repair. That being said, a high performance shop like this may not always have the capability for you to walk on. As soon as you feel you need them to check out your vehicle, please call and establish an appointment like I did. They were able to get me in early next day after a phone call.I am writing this review because I truly had a positive experience here and would encourage you to give them the opportunity to be of assistance if you're still doing analysis. Their labor is $120 hourly and they offer Military Discounts.

My car was in limp mode, everywhere else said 4-7 days before they could look at it. They had me an answer next day and told me that it was likely still under warranty so they recommended I take it to the dealership. Very honest and efficient not to mention respectful. I have never had such a positive experience as I did with them.

I usually hate being the one to take my car in for service work because I have always felt that they would try to get one over on me, I have never felt that way bringing my vehicle in at Ashton s. The staff was super friendly, they kept me in the loop with any updates on my vehicle and I was back on the road quicker than I had expected.

Ashton automotive and performance is a great shop with great people that do really good work. I had taken my 2015 Ford F-150 to Christian brothers automotive after my rear end and driveshaft got destroyed and they were going to charge about $4500 for the repairs which was almost double what Ashton automotive and performance charged. I will continue taking my vehicles to Ashton for all the repairs needed and will definitely recommend them to family and friends in the area. I m extremely satisfied!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Looks a little pricey off the start but once you see the quality work they do, the communication they have, and the end results hey produce are top notch. They are very open about what they are charging you for and have no hidden fees. Worth every penny and will he coming back for anything I need

Very honest repair shop. Fair prices and staff is always friendly. Even though I no longer go there because I have a new vehile under warranty they were more than happy to give me a referral. When the warranty runs out I will be back for my service needs.

I came the this shop was Recommended to me wasn t disappointed at all they did a complete over haul the engine had a hole in the block I purchased a used one they resurfaced everything brand new engine with some up grades along the way completely satisfied got the job done in a timely manner made my dreams come to and brought my car back to life. As for the Employees they were great kept me up to date on the vehicle and what things i needed to purchase all of it was worth it great people to deal with. Very great service center. Mechanics are thorough in their inspections and make their explanations very easy to understand. Also, they don't inflate their bill to make a buck. Def recommend!

Family owned or not upholding professionalism in business is essential to success. They failed to keep clear communication with me about their policies. I witnessed those policies change out of convenience. One employee tells me one thing and the owner says it s not true. I had to leave work to go get my car because I was informed of a payment plan I could enter into and receive my car so I can go to work and get more hours without the fear of not having a way home but was told that payment plan didn t exist. Clear sign of lack of communication amongst coworkers. On the same day I was TOLD to COME PICK UP MY CAR I was threatened by the owner with an ultimatum to pay today or have the parts removed and the returned in its original condition. After being assured I could pick up that day per a payment ARRANGEMENT being made. I can t say I m comfy with how they do business but enter at your own risk to all potential customers.Service: Transmission

This shop is awesome! Got my A/C fixed quick and it works great now, even in this Texas heat. They are willing to work with you when you need it and seems like they go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and taken care of. Plus the owners GTR is really cool. You can't go wrong with this team from simple repairs to performance. Will definitely be back!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning

Special on synthetic oil change brought me in for 1st time. Delayed time,over 2 hours for oil filter to arrive, I didn't have an appointment but still---. Did give thumbs up for explanation of potential problems with pictures to verify. Will try again.

Shout out to @buildsbyashton for going above and beyond, I went in thinking my midplate & twin disk were bad, come to find out on thursday morning when Ashton began to work on my car there was more to it than that, my top plate & flywheel were so bad. Ordered & expedited the parts thursday afternon, got em in friday around 2pm & Ashton and his crew had me back on the road by 6 to California. Thank you so much! Everybody make sure to check this shop out.

I overheated on my way home to Kansas City. The lady at this rv park recommended them. I didn't catch the mechanics name but he took his time and figured out the problem. They got me out of there in about 4 hours. If I'm ever back this way, I would definitely go to them again if I needed to.
