I took my car in week before last to get the starter changed. THEY ARE THE MOST AMAZINGLY COURTEOUS PEOPLE IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN KILLEEN. The moment you walk in, it feels like home. Very fair pricing and they work with your warranties. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I got my car back in just a few hours. I'm definitely making them my home shop

Al's Super Center has been my go-to shop for the last 15 years. I've used them for pretty much all normal wear and tear repairs: brakes, alignments, tire repairs, oil/filter changes, radiator fan replacement, radiator flushes, dash cam install, headlight replacement/adjustments, AC repairs. When my service contract ran out, they still provided me reliable and affordable service. I've never had to wait more that a couple of days to get my car or SUV back. When it comes to a family business Al's Super center is the place to come and get good conversation you can also get not only do they fix cars they build motorcycles, lawn mowers and they also do car inspections. Great vibes

This place is highly recommended! They are honest, fair and I ve seen first hand the kindness and generosity to customers from the owner and the employees. I have been going to Al's super center for at least 11 years and have never had any issues with them. they know what they are doing and will get it done. The mechanic' listen to what you have to say and help you out.

This was the best customer experience I've had in years! I called around for lawn mower repair and every place I called said it'd take 4 weeks. I took my lawn mower here and a fella named Shepherd did the work right away while I waited. I was in and out in less then 20 minutes. The price was really great and every one was real friendly. I'll head back soon to have the AC in my truck repaired. A++++Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place will RIP YOU OFF . They are not honest about the work they do and they will find everything that is wrong with your car and charge you DOUBLE. Do not do deals with this place and the MAYO s AUTOMOTIVE because they are all ran by the same family This is the most DISHONEST business I have ever dealt with.

We took our 2011 Genesis Track Coupe to Automax for transmission work that we thought would be covered by warranty that we purchased with the car originally. After paying a $115 diagnostic fee, we were told that it would cost $4,403.73 to replace the transmission slave cylinder (which is all the car needed), clutch and pressure plate as well as the flywheel. I called 'BS' on them and took the car to Al's Super Center where I have had numerous work done from small engine work to vehicle suspension kits installed. Al's was able to do the work in 48hrs for a total cost of $672.60. Car runs great and clutch feels solid and smooth. I highly suggest going to Al's Super Center for any automotive needs, big or small.

UPDATE:Im gonna finally have to eat crow on this one.Had to have an engine put in my car with an extended warranty, and while they completed the job on a timely basis, I got the car back with a coolant leak and multiple greasy hand prints all over the hood and drivers door. I had to wipe grease off my steering wheel and shifter. Then when I took it back for them to fix the leak there was an even larger stain on the driver's seat. This one looked intentional. Probably revenge for complaining. I think I will try someone else the next time I need work done. Sorry, guys.Ive used Al's since I moved to Killeen. Not disappointed yet.

This shop was amazing at helping getting me in for a whole ac unit in a moments notice. Found the main cause of my problem that other shops had over looked and did it all at a competitive price and had my car ready the next day. The Customer service desk staff lady was friendly, and knowledgeable and smoothly assisted me while multitasking and was quick and accurate insuring to give me the best service.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

My family takes our vehicles to Al's when we need work done. They do great work for reasonable prices. I would say they are middle of the road for cost but they are competent. They won't rip you off and do honest work. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience, when I walked in I felt uncomfortable. When the guy brought my device up, well he didnt really it was on the floor and he kicked the box towards me, didnt pick it up and put it on the counter for me. I asked questions he was short with me. He went to get some extra pieces for the device and just threw them in the box on the floor, No, hey would you like me to pick this up for you? Open the door so you can pick this up and leave easier? Help you to your car? He barely even looked at me. I just felt un welcomed and treated like trash. I will never be back, For what to pay to be treated like nothing. I already told the company im not going here again to get my device calibrated and thankfully they switched me to home delivery. Horrible place.

Great service. But their page says open till 6. But when I try to call around 5-5:15 pm to get an update no one answers the phone. Called 3 times between that time period and no answer. I stopped by around 5:45 and the doors were locked, lights off.

I went to Al s to see if they could help me with my brakes after being referred there by 2 different people who raves about how great this place was. Mr.Gene is the gentleman I spoke with and to say the least he is an awesome very helpful guy. (Everyone else who work there is extremely helpful and nice as well) They charged me only $98 for the front & $98 for the back. (Pads & rotors ) which seemed standard if not much cheaper than other people tried charging me. He also let me use my own parts! I also had him look at my AC unit. Well to say the least what needed to be done was a price ticket of $167.... Mr.Gene did all the work for me for FREE.99 ... he said that he saw my 3 little ones in the car and didn t want them riding around in the heat any longer so instead of having his mechanics do it, he just did it himself. Couldn t be more thankful! Lastly, my tire pressure light was on. Had 3 bad tires and only paid $115... I called at least 6 other tire shops in the area everybody was much more expensive, even for a use tire. So not sure what happened with the people with the one star rating but they deserve more than 5 stars! I just moved here the day before bringing my van there and I m glad to say I have a outstanding honest mechanic shop that I can go to! Long review but well deserved. Thank you to everyone at Al s.
