10/10! Definitely recommend this place. I'm never going anywhere else for tires. The customer service and communication is the best I have ever had and their work is phenomenal. A friend recommend this place to me and I am so happy I went with them. Gained a new loyal customer and will recommend this to everyone.

I appreciated this shop! Web and his crew are very friendly and good people. I shopped around for some rims in town and they have the best price in my opinion. Though it took me a few days to get the tires I wanted but when it came I was in and out. Definitely recommend for those ones looking for rims and tires! Best price in my books and great experience. A++++ Rim Shop!

Ace tires and rims personnel are knowledgeable about rims, tires, and even audio equipment, but make sure you check out any work that's done to your vehicle. I dropped them from a 5 star to a 3 because of issues pertaining to the quality of work done to my vehicle. Won't be doing any more business with this company.

Ace Tires is gonna have you right. They even showed us where we had a crack in our rim and taught us about impact from driving on pot holes and things. Riding on vogues for a reasonable price. Thanks Ace!

Excellent customer service with great prices. I had to wait a month for my wheels to come in (blame it on COVID-19) but, they kept me updated on the situation. When they finally came in, words can't describe the joy I had. To everyone at ACE TIRES & RIMS, thank you.

I am truly blown away at the type of work that's going on at ACE Tires & Rims #rimgang. If I could give 10 star rating I defiantly would. I am very stringent when it comes to my selection of mechanics that work on my 67k vehicle. From the cleanliness of the storefront, restroom, and showroom floor 100%.Hats off to the owner and all the sales associates to include the installation team and service department absolutely top rated service. I personally love and admire the fact that the new owner has an internship that teaches young men a trade while instilling in them a sense of direction, morality, and humility.What is being done at Ace Tire & Rims is what many of our inner-city communities have lost and that's a valued leader of the community.... I believe this business could be a future cornerstone of progressive development and empowerment to our youth. I feel what Ace Tires & Rim as a company and as a brand are doing is far greater than quality customer service, professional knowledge and installations..... It's putting a treasured confidence in the customer for this business owner of Killeen. I went into the store and was greet as soon as I walked in. They guys there were cool and very chill. I had a bent/ cracked rim and thought I was going to have to pay for another but they saved me over $700. Literally such a great shop.

You cant beat this quality and pricing!After walmart tried to Price gouge me an extra $60, I was at a loss of what to do. Ace Tires & Rims really saved the day and got me back up and running on a new quality tire for my Cadillac. Their employees are so amazing, great customer service skills, made the process easy and fast. My tire was over nighted to the shop and appointment set for 9:30am. It only took about 30 minutes. They replaced the flat, aligned my wheels, topped off all my tires, and even put my donut back in its compartment nice and neat. I would be so proud of all these fellas if they worked for me! Thank you again so much guys! Job well done!

Web hooked me up with a deal! He and his guys took great care of me. Needed a new tire and the old one put on my spare. They had me all squared away before 3:00 pm. Not to mention, really friendly service from top to bottom. This is a business that cares about their work.

I recommend everybody to go here for top notch service. The staff are very low key and welcoming. Not once have I ever went to a tire shop with out being pressed for up sales or felling like I got hustled . Ace tire have not ever made me feel that way ever. I want go anywhere else but to them, unless I'm out of the state to be honest with you.

Fast affordable service. Hubby scratched the rims on my vehicle and I thought the cost to fix it would be ridiculously expensive $$$. Much to my surprise...it was not expensive. My vehicle was in and out in a couple days. Rims looked brand new like the accident never even occurred. I dealt with Phil, he was courteous and professional. I was running a few minutes behind (past closing) to pick up my vehicle. And he waited for me. Sincerely appreciated that. Highly recommend this location.

Fantastic service. Felt like I was coming there for years. I had a damaged rim and they immediately got on it. Checked if its fixable or had to be replaced, checked prices and even offered me a temporary tire just so I can get on the road again until the replacement came. Got a great deal and one of the staff member went as far as helping me get my old tires back to my place when I couldn't fit them in my car. The staff is friendly, goes above and beyond and makes you feel welcome. You guys really took care of me. Thank you

Always a great visit. The owner is always willing to help you save as much as possible. Everyone there is so friendly and has such great customer service skills, the guys greeted me at the door. They are awesome and every visit has been a pleasure and they are so honest and they provide the best service in Killeen. Tires are really good, they even checked the tires that I wasn t replacing and made sure the better tires were on the front. I will always go back to Ace Tires because they show genuine service.

I wish I could give a 10 STAR rating...My daughter and I just purchased a set of nice rims from Phil and we had the BEST service I have ever experienced. They took the time to listen to what we needed and gave us their honest-expert advice! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy great priced tires/rims...

Came in and was greeted by Phil. He made me super comfortable with purchasing my first set of rims on my own. He helped me pick out a few and even brought them outside so we could see which ones would look better with my Malibu. I m very impressed with his professionalism and patience with me. He even got me hooked up and got my rims put on today. I will deff be back and I will definitely refer anyone looking for tires/rims here.

They are the best place in town. Wonderful customer service and they treat you like you are family. They have the best prices and a huge selection. You can t go wrong going here. They will get the job done fast and you won t have to worry about nothing going wrong because they sell quality products. I love this place! When it comes to tires and rims I recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic staff and service. While conducting routine rim maintenance, they found a potentially dangerous issue with my wheels and informed me immediately. Fixed the issue and had the car riding smoother than before. I will recommend Ace Tire & Rims to anyone looking to get great service and quality work.

This is the BEST place to get rims and tires. They are a family oriented business and they care. They are willing to work with you. I give them 20 thumbs up. We re from DC and as long as I ve lived there I never seen a place that is willing to care for your and not take your money. Big ups to them

Had new tires put on and uknown to me had a cracked rim issues driving back to Killeen. Called several different places this place was outstanding had several options even gave me loaner rims and tires while mine was shipped off to be repaired and painted at half the cost of new rims. Don't wait go visit them. I was quite surprised and made the Maro Pop!

Amazing service, very friendly workers. They have a lounge for you to wait while service is being taken care of. Definitely will be my go to tire spot. Ace tires and rims are the best in town .Hands down, They took care of me from the moment I step in the store, Im a very picky guy when it comes to wheels in my car and My man web was very patient with me and even let me try different wheels on my car until I found the look I was looking for. Great variaty of wheel , great customer service and great price. 5* for you guys. I highly recommend them!!!

About a month ago, I brought my rim to Mac Haik Ford Lincoln in Georgetown. They sent my rim off to a 3rd party manufacturer to be repaired. I got it back two weeks later oh, and they said that they could not repair it. I brought the same rim to Ace, and they had it fixed within the afternoon. To put sugar on top of this tea oh, they had it done an hour before the ready time. These guys know their stuff, they are dedicated to their craft and to putting out a good product. I highly recommend Ace Tires and Rims.

The first time I went in the owner gave me a huge spiel about how he was all about customer service and helpin people out. He made it seem like he was giving me a great deal and pressured me to buy immediately. I insisted on doing my research first only to find he grossly overcharged me. I bought rims for half the price else where but ended up trading my truck soon after and needed a rim with a different bolt pattern. I called and asked him if he would be interested in doing some type of trade plus cash. This punk had the nerve to tell me I need to hurry up and finish what I had to say because I'm takin up his time and his time is valuable. Well with customer service like that I guarantee itll be a lot less valuable real soon

Web was very friendly. The were upfront about pricing and the gentlemen in the back that were checking my rims for non-roundness were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and showed me. Great experience!

Great experience.. after weeks of research and shopping around locally I pulled the trigger on some 22s for the family suburban.. these guys really took the time to work with me and cut me a great deal and had the best options in stock... customer service was very appreciative.. veteran operated so i felt at ease like they wanted to offer their service more then want my money.. these guys are the best thanks alot brothers

Great service, friendly people, I ve gotten used tires, tire pressure sensors, mounting and balancing done here on multiple occasions. Highly recommend. They also Have new tires, wheels and some used factory wheels of sorts.
