The two guys who did this were awesome! They explained what they were doing, answered my million questions, and were patient that my one year old was testing his voice (babbling at the top of his lungs). Finally, they added the sticker to remind me not to roll down the windows for 3-5 days .I don t know if ever place does this but great service is in the details and this place has it down to a science! Thank you.

Came here to get my new radio installed after another shop messed up the install and they did amazing. They had done another one of my cars in the past and also did amazing. They were fast and very communicative about what they were doing. As I was waiting a nice woman from the back offered me a cup of iced coffee she had made. Overall great service and great work.

I wish I could give no stars. The lady working the desk was very snappy and not friendly at all. She seemed to just want my money but was not interested in showing me much product or talking with me about the tint. I had questions and wanted to see samples of the tint and she acted like I was going to steal the samples! My husband asked her a couple questions and she was very standoffish. I quickly realized this is not where I wanted to spend my money on tint and woofers.

They did an amazing job. Got a single 12 massive audio sub, amp, and upgraded front door speakers for $1200 and it sounds amazing. The install is clean, and it was done pretty quick. Originally went in to get the MTX dual ($650) but upon some research decided against it.

Went to AAA to get my bad window tint removed & replaced on my car which has a notoriously difficult back window. The owner gave me fair price for the work & I eventually decided to get a new radio and backup camera installed. He went above & beyond for me & even did some custom work to make it look good. He made sure I was satisfied and had me come back just to make sure my tint was perfect a week later. Fair pricing, good people & great work. Can't beat it!

Took in my 2024 sierra and these guys knocked it out the park. Sterio sounds amazing, greatly tuned. Clean install and professionalism at its finest. My business will go through them from here on out.

Great customer service with reasonable price. They use a digital plotter that cuts the tint based on your vehicles specs unlike other tint shops who cuts and trim the film as they install it in your car. The was a plus to me as this avoids cutting through your window moldings/trims or leaving blade marks on or around your window. I was in and out within a reasonable timeframe.

One of the best places in Killeen! So I ve taken 3 cars here in the past two years I have been here. They always have good prices on window tint. Good fitment. Has three types of tent company s 3M, Max Pro Max Jet and SunTek. All come with different warranties coverage. Clean office and work place very professional.

Keep in mind this is one of my first reviews cause this is how disappointed I am. I came into this place cause I was recommended by a friend. I ended up buying a pioneer touchscreen not even 60 days later the touchscreen goes out. Owner says he'll send it in to pioneer and get another. I thought great excellent customer service! Boy was I wrong. A few months ago by. And I am trying to constantly get a hold of this guy. And no answer. other people in the shop say they'll relay the message and give my number to him so he can call me back. Several visits to the shop and over a year and a half later the man never returned. My calls. My deck. never did anything to give me a refund give me a store credit, so I finally go in today and he just throws a deck at me thinking it's gonna make things go away. Keep in mind that this deck didn't even have everything that came with it accessories remote, etc. open box. But I took it because I am so tired of dealing with it. I am completely dissatisfied and will never bring my business to this place. Customer service absolutely sucked. Strongly recommend bringing your business somewhere else. May be somewhere that knows how to deal with customers and quality. Don't go here.

Giving them one star due to me asking for the darkest legal % tint on my driver and passenger side door windows which is 25%. they gave me what they wanted me to have which ended up being 35% which is still very see through and barely tinted and not what I asked for. When I asked them to correct this mistake I was told that they would fix the mistake for $100 on top of the over $320 dollars I already paid. I didn't ask for 35% tint I asked for the darkest that I could legally have which is 25% that is not what I asked for. Would not back and would not recommend them. Take your vehicle somewhere else. Somewhere that will care about the satisfaction of you the customer.Service: Vehicle window tinting

The photo depicts the quality of work by AAA.8/23/22, Response to owner: It would be best you raise your concerns with Google in regards to the date of the review. The review was posted in Feb. '21 after multiple attempts to get the problems resolved on a brand new installation done by AAA. No worries however, Jack's Stereo helped me out.

Amazing customer service. Good positive, upbeat attitude. Don't talk down to you like most other places. Had us in and out in under 30 minutes for a tint job. Definitely will be a returning customer...

This was terrible. I can't believe all of the scrapped of window tent was left in my back seat after AAA Tent finished. This is laziness and unprofessional!

I called first. Very knowledgeable staff. Got a windshield tint strip installed. Was in and out in less than like 10 minutes. Excellent job. UPDATE: I have been back times now, remote start installed ,bought some subs and had new deck and back up camera installed. Excellent work once again. I highly recommend them.

Drove to the town to visit parents, had no tint on my windows, and saw the business. Looked clean and professional, so came in and I must say, very wonderful place and even better folks. Knowledgeable, hardworking, fantastic staff. Even made us a cup of their homemade iced coffee. Absolutely would recommend and return back to AAA. 5 I could give more stars, I most certainly would.

Went by this place of business during the end of the day and asked if they had time to tint all my windows plus the front brow in my 2019 Chevy Duramax 2500HD. They said yes, quoted me a good price, and I drove off with my new dark tint in less than 45 minutes. Awesome place to go.. Very professional I recommend this place. Great deals. Same day speaker installation and awesome deals. Very knowledgeable on the products (name brand). I went all around Kileen to different places to install a speaker system and it was difficult to get anything or answers out of them. This place gave up front prices and time limits it would take to get done. Also I have a 2019 they do all year models. Going to be going to back with my other vehicle. Give them a try go check them out won t be disappointed... Rich

Fast service and great staff!Although I expected to get my two front windows tinted 25% and it instead was 30% :/.But i also didn t specify, I assumed since that s what was told on the text for the quote. Otherwise I do recommend.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Owner of the shop got me in and out really fast and even stayed after hours to get my radio install done. Overall really fabulous prices and knows what he s talking about when it comes to wiring up radios/subs and window tinting. 5/5 stars for this man!

These guys are freaking AWESOME! They were extremely professional knowledgeable and they did a superb job!! My window tint came out perfect! I've brought a vehicle to them to tint in the past and had great service. Dont know what happened. Are the employees feeling apathetic and not wanting to help people that walk into their establishment to conduct business? I'm not saying I waited 10 minutes or anything, but it was a reasonable amount of time that if I was an owner or even a manager, I'd be mad that my employees aren't going to the counter to help customers. I literally called another Window Tint shop (while waiting to be acknowledged) down the street and took it to them since no one at AAA felt like doing business. At this other establishment, I was greeted upon showing my face before I walked into the building. Apathy is real is AAA Drive Thru Window Tint.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Great experience. I took my vehicle their to upgrade my sound system. He took his time and made sure what I wanted would be the right fit fir my truck. He did the job in a timely matter and the sound was more than I expected. I would recommend AAA to anyone.

Great local business. The Owner is very professional and very nice. They do amazing work, have a great warranty, and is very understanding. I would recommend to anyone that wants the best window tint for thier vehicle. This will be my go to for any future vehicles.

I have had several cars and trucks done by J.P. and he has always been super quick and does a great job. I had an issue with getting my inspection done and he warranted his product and got me fixed up. I will continue going to AAA for all my tint needs.

I got in and got out, all the employees were social and knowledgeable about the services they provided, they knew about the products that they sold to a T. Super efficient, super friendly. My Tint looks AMAZING, the sun strip was a great recommendation, I m so happy. Definitely visit them if you re looking for an affordable and a thorough tinting job.

Kool people. They helped me out in getting my radio system sounding good. Good people who work there. I m very satisfied with everyone and their quality of work. After they installed my radio system I brought another one of my vehicles up there to get tint awesome job and will decently go back as well as recommend others. Nito.

I had a stereo with speakers installed on my Harley Davidson. JP was very knowledgeable of what I was trying to do with upgrading my stereo and provided me the best recommendation for a system. He installed the system in a timely manner and it looked very professional! I would definitely recommend AAA Window Tint for my stereo needs. Thanks JP! Great job!!Tony

*GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES*I was having music installation and headlight issues inside my truck. AAA was ready to trouble shoot my music and repair it on the spot. AAA repaired my music and has it sounding better without any ground noise. AAA also took time to trouble shoot and adjust an issue I was having with my high and low beam headlights. After, correcting my headlight issue, AAA was able to install LED lights at a very decent price. The headlights look great at night!!! I will be returning to AAA for under carriage glow lights on my truck. I WOULD RECOMMEND AAA DRIVE THRU WINDOW TINT to anyone performing any cosmetic upgrades on their vehicle.
